This is where the meetings will take place. However, characters are welcomed to continue their story lines while this goes on in the general area.

The housekeeping staff finished getting the room ready. The supervisor came in and gave the room one last look and make a few minor changes. Everything was now ready.
The room had:
Water pitchers and glasses
extra padds
a screen for viewing if necessary

She walked into the conference room and found a seat. Sitting down she organized her padds and waited for the others.

She walked into the conferance room, she saw Skye there and nodded. She then found her own seat and waited

Troy walked into the Conferance room carrying a PADD and wearing a smile. He seen Sky already there and the other woman he seen in the lounge
"Hey Skye" Then he nodded at the other woman "Ma'am"
He thentook a seat and waited for the others

As each one entered the room she looked at them and nodded.
"I guess we're all as ready as we can be."

He walked in behind Troy and sat next next to him. "Ladies"
Chase yawned then smiled. His mind went over the information for the pending meeting. He got his padd ready for any notes he might need.

He entered the conference Room and nodded to the new woman "Ma'am" he then looked at Skye and Troy "Skye, Troy" and he sits downhe nods to Chase and waits, as he goes over his PADD

"Yep, Ready As I'll ever be" he told Skye before Chase and Arron walked in

She nodded to each of the men as they walked in, studying them to see what they individual strengths would be, to determine who would be doing what
She shook her head slightly. She wouldn't know unless they actually told her or she recieved a security file on each of them

Eventually Hitomi Made it into the conference room. She had gotten held up in helping one of the Mercury's crewmen who had sliced open his hand. She would have gone and gotten changed before the meeting, but did not have time. Hopefully the Padd she hugged to her middle would hide the stain until she could sit.
"Hi!" she offered after sitting and sliding the padd onto the table. "hope I am not late"

He sees the Doc enter hugging her PADD to her middle "Hey, no your not late" he could see the blood stain on her but said nothing its her job to help people "We haven't even stated yet"

She had left the conference room to find a decent cup of coffee. When she came back she saw the room filling up she nodded to the others and took a seat and waited for the meeting to start. She took a few brinks of her coffee to help her wake up.

Ravin entered and poured himself a glass of water. Turning to the Conference table he came up and took a seat, plaing water glass and PADDs down in front of him.
"Hello, everyone." He looked to all smiling, then noticed the blood stain on the Dr.
"Is everything alright, Doctor?"

He walked in and would find a place to sit down, as well.. He had a bad and would nod to the others.
