T'Lar is on a proper bioed, using some breathing technics and mediation to ease the pain of labor. Her contraction begins to become closer each time a contraction rears up.
Sortak, T'Lar's husband, would come into sickbay, once he have heard that T'Lar. He would come up beside and would watched, emotionlessly, T'Lar giving birth.
T'Lar would acknowledge Sortak, breathing a bit more as another contraction hits.
"Doctor, how far along am I?", she would ask him.
Sortak waited for an answer and would notice that the Doctor had not responded. He logically assumed that the Doctor was busy with T'Lar and Sortak would step back to let him do his job.
T'Lar would now be fully dilated and ready to push the baby. When it was time to push the baby, she begins to push and the baby began to crown. She relaxed a bit, catching her breath before pushing again. With one more push, she was able to push the baby out.
The baby, a boy, would start to cry strong and loudly. The nurses would take the baby and clean the mouth and nose off before weighing him. Weighing in at 8 pounds and 1 ounces, length at 24 inches. T'Lar would lean back onto her biobed as she looked over to watch the nurses take care of her son. She and Sortak already had a name picked out for him.
One of the nurses comes over to T'Lar with her son wrapped in a blue blanket. She would take her son and looked at him. Sortak came over and would look at his son.
"When we are able to pass by Vulcan, Taurik will spend some time in schools there when he is of age.", Sortak would say to her.
T'Lar looked up at her husband and nodded in agreement. "Of course. In the mean time, I will help take care of him for a few months until he is weaned.", she replied.

::walks into the sickbay as he takes out a PADD so that he can take inventory of the ships medical supplies... Afterwards he grabs a fresh PADD and sounds inputing information, it reads saying the following: "As most of you should know by now I'm the new Chief Medical Officer. Just so that everyone knows who I am and what I'm about heres some stuff about me. My name is Robert Devoroh I'm half human half brunali, I was born in San Fransico, Earth. My father was a member of Starfleet while I was a child and he always told me stories about what he did; he was an engineer. So when I was a little I felt that there was no better life then Starfleet, granted I decided not to be an engineer, I wanted to be a Doctor. After attending the Starfleet Acadamy I then went on to graduate from the Federation Medical Acadamy where after completion I was given the rank of LT (JG). As a very... Hands on type of Doctor I prefer to be right there giving medical treatment instead of handing a vial to a nurse and telling them to "go for it" I'd rather do it myself. So if you find yourself in sickbay you can pretty much expect to seeing a lot of me; and I promise you weather your... Cardassian, ferangi, human or Klingnon it wont make a differance you will recieve the same proper aid and care as I would give to my own family. Thank you and I hope to see all of you, on the best of terms of course!"

So one by one everyone please come see me to get your physicals done ::walks to the replicator to replicate the medications and tools that he needs produced... Nothing serious, a laser scalpel, a few new hyposprays, supplies that he would need to restock the medkit::

((the following is a log between Robert Devoroh and Clyde Greathouse for the physical))
Cylde Greathouse [11:37 P.M.]: "I came to meet the new Sawbones but I can use a physical haven't had one yet" Robert Devoroh [11:40 P.M.]: "okay well go ahead and take a seat and we can do this physical" ::he pointed out where the nearest exam room was:: "oh and I'm Dr. Devoroh nice to formally meet you in a situation other than combative" ::he was referring to the disaster mission they just had:: Cylde Greathouse [11:43 P.M.]: ::heads to the exam room and takes a set:: Pleased to meet you Dr. Devoroh Clyde Greathouse ::Sticks out his big hand to shake his:: Robert Devoroh [11:46 P.M.]: ::shakes his hand then grabs a medical tricorder along with the the scanner for it and started with the physical:: "so, have experienced any difficulty sleeping, headaches, anything out of the ordinary" Cylde Greathouse [11:48 P.M.]: Nothing out of the ordinary ::Scan shows old broken ribs 3, a broken leg bone upper leg, and broke right forearm, all healed up:: Robert Devoroh [11:50 P.M.]: "any pains in your bones where you had things broken? How about muscle cramps, exhaustion?" ::he's only asking these various questions because he has to, of course he's getting reading out on his medical tricorder:: Cylde Greathouse [11:51 P.M.]: No pains, unless you count my brothers, no muscle cramps or exhaustion Robert Devoroh [11:54 P.M.]: ::he lets out a chuckle:: "I would actually consider you lucky. I was the only child... Well anyway's Lt. you appear to be in perfectly good health however I would try to be more careful and watch how many bones you break. Also increase how much calcium you get in your diet" ::just looks at him, kind of that look as if he's saying his calcium levels are lower then they should be:: Do you have any questions? Cylde Greathouse [11:55 P.M.]: I need more Calcium :;he looks shocked:: Robert Devoroh [11:56 P.M.]: ::nods slightly:: "don't be so hard on yourself. A lot of people don't get enough calcium. It's actually more common then you think, just have an extra glass of milk or two and you should be fine" Cylde Greathouse [11:57 P.M.]: ::laughs:: Milks all I drink I don't drink Alcohol Robert Devoroh [12:00 A.M.]: good, neither do I... I'm always too busy. I hardly ever leave sickbay. ::smiles:: though to be honest with you they actually found out back in the 20th century that a single glass of beer was healthier then a glass of milk... But that's just a glass, I wouldn't recommend a keg" ::laughs:: Cylde Greathouse [12:01 A.M.]: ::laughs:: do I need supplements then Doc Robert Devoroh [12:02 A.M.]: ::shakes his head:: "nope, as a said an extra glass of milk or too a day should do just fine." Cylde Greathouse [12:03 A.M.]: Works for me Robert Devoroh [12:05 A.M.]: "alright then if you ever want to come down here just to 'hang out' that's fine with me. I really dont care, I believe that laughter plays a vital role in treatment anyway's. Laughter releases endorphins, endorphins makes you overall happier, also strengthens your immune system and brain activity" Cylde Greathouse [12:06 A.M.]: I'll be sure and stop buy Doc, and visit from time to time Robert Devoroh [12:07 A.M.]: "okay, well you take care then Lt." Cylde Greathouse [12:07 A.M.]: you as well Doc ::stands up and exits the exam room::

The new Captain of the Aryes walks into sickbay, several lower officers address him as sir, and silently he wonders if he will ever get used to it. He finds a space on a bio-bed and waits for the doctor.

I'm assuming your here for your annual physical. So first a few harmless questions... Have you been experiancing any headaches, troubles sleeping, muscle cramps anything out of the ordinary? When I say ordinary I mean think about a time when you felt like you where feeling great and base it upon that." ::he'll wait for a responce before running a scan on the captian::

Getting the message, and processing it at it's face value, he makes his way to sick bay after close of his normal duty shift. He enters the medical area, then waits patiently, as only a mechanical lifeform could for someone to approach him.
He watches as other crewmen come and go for their physicals. While he waits, he runs a self diagnostic, finding that all of his functions are proprely with in spec, and there is no degredation in his positronic net. Though, if he had any malfunctions he would have reported to engineering for repairs, rather than sick bay, but he did have that request for all crewmen to report in for an anual physical.
