::he looked at Derral and waves instictively laughing because he's an andriod in sickbay, he found humor in that. He then over heard someone asking a nurse for medication involving a headache that sounds to be current. He took the initive and made his way to Inid Kiara:: Hello I'm Dr. Devoroh, I couldn't help but over here that you wanted medication for a recurring headache? Perhaps a more indepth look will help show what the cause of the headache is; it wont take much more than a few momants of your time and we would be able to take better care of your headache.

yes I did, I suppose we could do your physical now as well... We already know that you've been having headaches, any loss of sleep as well? ::walks to the biobed so that she can get comfortable:: I'm going to be doing a sub-neural scan, have you ever heard of a MRI Scan done by Earth doctors in the 20th century? It's kind of like that, only a lot better, it should be able to help me indicate whats going on. Though before we do begin I need to know alittle bit more about these headaches... Frequency, severity, and what seems to trigger them, like for instance you notice that when you're stressed out you get severe headaches I also would like to know if you have any questions for me ::he prefers his patients to be well informed prior to performing any tests of any kind, normally he would use a medical tricorder but he decided to bypass that since he already knows of an issue... He offers Kiara a kind and reassuring smile::

"Doctor my sleeping pattens are erratic, so its very difficult to answer that."
"I've been getting headaches since the age of 8, after being thrown into the wall of a cave. So you will find some scaring of the brain tissues. Near the temple region on my right side. Thats were the headaches originate from. Severity? Normally between intense and very intense. When I come here they're very intense."
"What causes them, hard to say. I have never really noticed any discernible pattern. They come on fast and with a vengeance."
"How often, I have never kept track. I guess really depends on different things."
As she sits on the bio bed, her left hand begins to unconsciously tap a rhythm, and when he approaches the tempo picks up.

okay, I need for you to relax this should only take a few momants ::he starts presses a few buttons on the console on the biobed as the sub-neural scan begins to scan her brain for even the slightest of injuries or abnormalies the scan ends rather quickly but the results will take some time to read:: sometime tomorrow I will be able to tell you the results in the mean time... ::he grabs a hypospray and inserts a vile of hydrocortilene:: this is a pain killer used specifically for headaches ::he taps a button on the hypospray for the correct dosage then gently places it against Kiaras' neck then presses another button to administer the drug:: I will need for you to come back in after a few hours for your results until then I'd like for you to to rest inside your quarters someone else will need to cover your shift until then... Also after I get your results I think I can do something to take care of the scaring I dont want to do it yet until I have a better understanding

::he was up all night working on what he could do and had some nanites made that was specifically programed to repair the damaged tissue in Kiaras' brain. He looked over at the monitor in the medical lab as the results finally came back in. Looking at the results he was able to draw a conclusion on Kiaras situation and he was correct... It was the scaring in her brain that was causing these intense headaches and the only effective way was to... Repair the scaring. He had to test the nanites prior to using them on a living being so he had some scarred brain matter replicated and injected the nanites; the effects where slow but present which tells him that the nanites where a success and ready to be used on a person... He tapped his combage: "Inid Kiara, please report to sickbay." Now all he had to do was wait::

::he looked at Derral and waves instictively laughing because he's an andriod in sickbay, he found humor in that. Seeing the doctor wave at him, then promptly have his attention caught by someone else, he continued to wait. When addressed, "I was informed that all crewmen were to report to sickb ay for annual physicals. If you wish, I shall download all of my self diagnostics to your PADD, so that you may evaluate them.

Hearing the comment, he nods once as is established in his observations of humans. "I only answered orders, Lieutenant Devoroh. I have completed my self diagnostics, which I shall take to sick bay. I am sorry if I have cause you any inconciderate malfunctioning."
He turns and makes his way out of sick bay, his route destination: Engineering.

::he walks to Kiara and takes her back into her office so that no one else can hear the conversation since it involves someones medical treatment:: "okay, so the good news is the scans came back negitive across the board. All that means is that there is no abnormal growth or anything like that and the cause of the headaches is the injury you had when you where 8 years old, I realize you basically already told me that you had that injury but I had to look into it further... Protocal I'm sure you understand. So here are our options, we can either mask the issue at hand.... This being drug therapy for the head aches, or... We can try another route, I've managed to synthize nanites that will specifically target the brain tissue to heal the scar which means no more head aches linked to this forever; however... I will need to keep you here for a few days for observation, just to make sure the scaring is gone and there are no ill effects to the treatment... When they nanites are done I can remotely deactivate them and they pass threw your system natrually... If you need time to think about this I understand take the time you need, okay?"

She took a deep breath, the idea of never having one of this headaches was tempting. But the last time a doctor performed a procedure on her, it was, well. She looked away for a minute and came close to tears.
Then telling herself this was not the labor camp. She took a deep breath, remembering this was the Federation and he *had* to follow guidelines. She sat at his desk considering it.

"well as I said... Take your time, I understand that it's a difficult choice" ::he slowly sat down in his chair:: "if you decide that you'd rather just come back into sick bay every few days to recieve a dosage thats fine, but in the long run your body will begin to develop a tolerance to the drug. With this treatment that I'm offering you wont need to come back ever again for these headaches, but as I said before for a few days you will need to remain here for observation... Which can be a good thing, think of it as a vacation. You can just relax and hang out read a book I really dont care as long as sick bay doesn't become a jungle gym ::for a doctor he's pretty laid back!::

She really wanted a permanent solution to her problem. The headaches have become worse over time. She held her left hand to stop it from shaking that new. Since the increase in pain her hand starting shaking.
