She looked at Greathouse with an not amused look on her face. Really Lt.? Well I'm glad you told me that your full of usefully information I'm sure with pearls of wisdom like that you will be a fraken 20 star general in no time. She said sarcastically, she then got her coffee and walked off to find a place to sit. She found a place for her and Bart to sit she had left him waiting for his coffee, she sat down and sighed.

He watches her walk way, and shakes his head "She should really pull that stick out of her A....." he takes his food and walks to a table and sits down

You look like a pilot and a marine, Bart smiled. Adorable.
He looked at Greathouse, Pilots don't get 'grunt' humor but nice try.

She looked at Bart. There is a time and place for humor this is not the time or place. She took a drink of coffee but moved it a way fast as it was still a bit painful. Ouch!

Yuri, are you sure you don't want something to dull the pain a bit. [/color]He let his graze her lip. At least maybe something stronger to drink than coffee, unless the CAG still has you active.

He nods to Bart, then looks at Saito "Perhaps its not the time for jokes" he stands up after woofing down his food "But then fights between you and another crewmen is not the time either" he walks up to the Reclaimer and puts his dishes in it, looking back at them "A Chocolate passion punch with a splash of Saki will help dull that pain" he nods to them and exits

Bart had ordered a glass of ice and was folding it over in his napkin to be small enough for her to seem to be dabbing food off her lip. He handed napkin to her let his hand glide across hers. I must admit that he has got the nerve of a klingon spider monkey. I just saw David Greathouse give a lecture, albeit one line, on diplomacy. We'll see the second coming of James Kirk next.

She looked at David. I did not start the fight but I damn well ended it. she nodded back to him as he left.
She looked back to Bart and smiled at him as his hand glide across hers. It was nice of him to get me a drink but Chocolate and Saki not something I want to experiment with at this time.

Greathouse has a stomach made of granite. Bart smiled. His idea of a tasty treat would probably make a billy goat puke. Just use the ice pack. The pain is probably coming from the swelling.

She smiled and laughed. Ooh! that hurt. She put the ice back on her lip. I should have been faster. Do you think I am hard to work with?

Dobbs is a better than average RIO and the CAG didn't lie, some think she's the best in the air group. The problem is she thinks so too. A pilot's got to live up to her standards. I don't know if you are hard to work with or not, but I know that when a team is right personalities don't matter. If a team is the flavor toothpaste you use is an issue.

I thought we hit it off maybe that was the problem we are too much alike. Kind of like Matter and Antimatter. She chuckled a little.

You're young, no offense I'm young too. It just that youth also brings brashness, maybe you ought to compliment your youth with a more seasoned experienced RIO. Dobbs was your age that could also be the case. He drank some of this coffee.

"Mussels, sauteed with garlic and sourdough bread with butter, please" She hesitated a moment as she considered. "And a small spinach salad." That would help offset the effects of the garlic.
She took the tray and sat down. Few people were here and most of them seemed in a hurry. She took out a copy of The Toils of the Sun by Minermus that she had, as an exercise, been slowly translating from the original Greek and settled in.
