He ran on the treadmill. You know there are other wasy to make a man's heart race if that is your goal. Otherwise, I had this test two weeks ago. We pilots have to take physicals more regular than the other positions.

J.P is bring up the medical records of Col. Hall. that is his family and military. The Family one just goes over the regular stuff,,,mother, father, brothers and sisters. It's also go back to went the Federation started keep these type of recorders.
next J.P goes into his military one. This one is pretty long too. J.P jumps over all the personal physical till he come to his last command....pull that out and starts reading. After a few minutes he gets up and gets himself a cup of coffee and tap his badge.
Lt. Kaz,,,if you are in sick...place come to my office I would like to see you....Doc out.
He now starts with the Lt. Col medical recorders...he was the one to give her,,,her last physicla and he still need to clear her so she can get into a fligther again. Or maybe be commander of this bird will be good enuogh for her.
He sits back and waits for Lt Kaz to report in one way or another.

Kasia appeared in the doctors office. She had been working almost non stop since they had got to the planet, now with almost all of the patients taken care of and gone she was ready to go off shift and sleep.

J.P looks up from his reading and is taken back as he see Lt. Kaz in the door way.
Well that was quick..smiles..Yes...I like to thank you for all your help and endless hours you put into this last mission. I don't think we could have had the level of health care on the ship durning those time without you. That is why I am placing a letter into your service recorder. I also going to speak with the CO about seeing what we can do about getting you promoted.
And by the way...you do know that Major Kaine is now Lt. Col. and the new Commander of the Tarawa.

Looks up and see the two officers standing in his door way.
No..no one is early..I was just having a few words with my Head Nurse here..Please take a seat for a minutes as I will get you recorders up.
By the way I will be taken Col, Hall first since it looks like you just had a physical 6 months ago.
Plus my physical on the Commander will take some time to do.
he turns back to Lt.Kaz.
I think you need alittle time off the ship. So way don't you take so shore leave...If anyone need it it's you.
So Kasia...I will see you in a few days or more.

Ralph sits down and puts his Duffel bag to the side, looking at Col Kaine he thinks. I'd take my time giving her a physical as well He then looks at the head nurse and smiles.
He sits back and waits for the Doc to start the physical

Ok then...Col. Hall would you follow me. And Commander please feel free to do what you need to do...Cleck out the sections of coffees and teas I have place in the replicartor by engineering...You may find something there to you liking.
With that J.P heads to #3 with his PADD to starts the examine.

Ralph Stands up to follow the Doctor, as he listens to him talk to Kaine Coffee and Tea nothing else in that Replicator? he asks. I could go for an RC Cola and a Moon Pie he says, as he follows the Doctor to examine room 3

Doc just shakes his head and smiles...
Lisiten Col....If you do all your paper work and don't give me a hard time...You can get a RC Cola and a moon pie once your physcial is done.
Once in the room Doc hands Hall a PADD.
This is the stander StarFleet Family History report....fill in the blanks. You know the routine.
With that the Doc starts doing Col. Hall life sign on his tricorder.
