Returning back from the bday care center, J.P. see tha there a few patients waitin. He over to Nurse Kaz...
Kasia...I am back..I see that may need some out here?
J.P looks at Lt. Doogan...
I am Doctor Rugter....I see you are here for a physical....please follow me....we will go into Examine #2 and get this over.

Sam sees Nurse Kaz and smiles at her, and starts to sit down to wait her turn, when she hears the Doc Kasia...I am back..I see that may need some help out here?
Sam looks at the Doc and smiles as he says I am Doctor Rugter....I see you are here for a physical....please follow me....we will go into Examine #2 and get this over.
She follows the Doc to Examine #2 " 1Lt Samantha Doogan the new CSCI you may call me Sam" she says as she enters Examine #2

Ok Sam...I am Doctor Rutger...the new CMO of the Tarawa. Feel free to call me Doc. Please follow me into Examine Room #2.
With that J.P watchs as the new CSCI enter room.
Please have a seat on the end of the Biobed Sam...I have a few questions for you before we start...
J.P takes a seat on a stool by the bed and takes out his PADD.
Ok...let start off with you full name, age and rank, follow by your heigth and weigth. Plus please tell me if you have any family illness I should know...plus any scares or broken bones too.

Sam sits up on the Biobed and listens to the Doc "My Full name" she sighs "Samantha Ann Doogan, I'm 31, 1Lt CSCI" she replies
"I'm 5'11" 155 lbs no Family illness, no broken bones, I have a scar its.....its on mt right Brest, someone got carried away and bit me their" she replies

Clecking all the information the Lt just gave him...he starts going over all her vital signs with his tricorder. As he taking the reading he asked Lt. Doogan a few quications...
So Lt....what ship have you transfere from?
Seeing all her reading are normal, he ask her to lay down so he could do a total scan of her body.

She sits sill as the Doc goes over her Vitia signs then he asks what ship she transfered from
"The USS Arizona" she replies as she lays down like the Doc asks so he can scan her body
"So what ship were you on before this one" she asks

The Arizona...heard that a fine ship. I transfere from Starbase 517 in the Alpha Quadrant. I was the Chief Surgeon.
Once done with the his vitia and scan. He down loads all the information in to the ship medical computer so it will up date the Lt. medical recorder.
Well Lt. Doogan...I mean Sam...smiles.
I find you fit for duty and you may now go see the ship counselor so she could cleck you out next. You will find her office down the hall....Once more it my my honor ro meet you...OO by the way the Counselor's name is Lt. Elburn.

She nods as the Doc says were he transferred from, she smiles at him as she is cleared for duty, getting the Shrinks name, she takes her PADD "Thanks Doc" she says as she exits the examine room the heads for the CNS Office

Kestra smiled at both of them as they introduced themselves to her. "Glad to meet you both.", she said to them before they were taken back to their examining rooms for their physicals. She decided to leave the sickbay and headed back to her office so that she can prepare to meet them again. It was nice to meet new crewmembers. Something that she enjoyed.
