Taking the PADD, Ralph Looks at it then starts filling it out.

No Family history of illness, when he finishes he places the PADD on the BioBed by him All done Doc he says

Ok then...Col. Hall would you follow me. And Commander please feel free to do what you need to do...Cleck out the sections of coffees and teas I have place in the replicartor by engineering...You may find something there to you liking.

She nods. "Thank you Doctor I will try some tea." She heads to his office to finish her work. She sits at his desk and taps her combadge. " Lt Kinsely please report to me before you leave for shore leave." she waits for his reply.

After doing a full physcial and total body scan...Doc does a bio scan..

Well Col. it looks like you are in great physcial shape and it looks like you haven't pick up any nasty little bio bugs from your last assignment.

I will sign off on your phycial....You are fit to take your post as XO of Tarawa.

The Doc sign off and place his thumb print on the medical PADD,

Ralph nods to the Doctor Glad to hear that,I try to keep in shape he says.

Nothing else then, no need to check my Tattoos, or wonder why I'm called Snake he says with smirk.

Then if were done I'll be on my way he says

No Col...it's all right....that would be way more personal information then I would like to know.

::Kasia nodds to the doctor, he was right, she needed rest. she headed out of sickbay and back to her quarters and slept for the next 12 hours.::

Laughing Ralph gets off the Biobed Then I shall be on my way so you may examine Col Kaine"he says, he nods to the Doc then heads for 10 FWD

As Col Hall leave J.P thinks things around here are going to be alittle different now.

As he clean up and leave the examine room...he Lt. Kaz leaving.

I hope you get a good rest and I will see you went your leave is over.

Walking back to his office he see Lt. Col Kaine.

Ok Commander ...now it time for your physcial....please follow me.

She looks up from the computer terminal. " Alright Doctor." She turns off the terminal and gets up from his chair and follows him back to a bio bed.

Walking into Examine room 3....J.P picks up his medical Padd on the Col.

Well Ma'am...I going to have you fill out this medical report as I start this. You do know that Starfleet Command has all it personaal who take over command of a Star ship or station to go through a battary of physicals to make sure they are fit for command.
And since you had a physical went you reported here I'm going to cut through some of the red tape.

With that he hands Col Kaine the PADD and start doing his report.

Col....There is a section on that report that ask what medication you are on or have been taken within the last year. If you are not on any right now, I will fill out those you were on over the last year.

Picking up his medical tricorder he starts....He starts off monitoting the health of her central nervous system by doing an Neual Activity Index...The NAI is effected by her sleep, stimulation, drug, and other factor that effect her level of stress in her. Her reading is 96, a good normal reading.
Next he does a Composite Nerual Profile...CNP detail her brain wave activity measurreing it with electronencephalogram(EEG)....as the reading come across the small display of his tricorder..he see that she once more has normal reading. He looksover to the Col.

Ma'am once you have finish the report...Would you pleace lay down on the biobed, I have a few more tested and that will be it.

She nods as she fills out the medical report on the PADD. " The only medication I am still taking is acinolyathin for the my
muscle spasms I get in my back every so often." She hands him the PADD and lays back on to the bio bed. "I heard from Starfleet I've been reinstated as a pilot." She should have been happy about that but she did not look it.

After the Col spoke those words J.P would have thought there would be a smile on her face..

Well since this promoted...I don't think there will be alot of time to be off flying sole.

Col....Is there something wrong?

"If I tell you Doctor does this stay here as part of Doctor-patient confidentiality?" She grins. Just then the Chief Engineer voice could be herd fromher combadge say he was on the way. She taps her combadge. " Acknowledged Chief I'll be here."

[1st Lieutenant Justin Kinsely]

Justin stepped into sickbay and was curious what the Colonel wanted to talk to him about. It shouldn't be long before he'll find out soon enough. A minute later, he was greeted by one of the NPC nurses.

"Hello, Lt. Everything okay?", she asked him.

Justin gave a nod towards her as he placed his hands behind her back. "Yes, I am fine. Colonel Kaine ordered me to report to her.", he said to the NPC nurse.

"She'll be with you in a moment. The Doctor is speaking with her at the moment. I'll let her know that you are here to see her.", the nurse said.

"I can wait until she is done.", Justin said.

The NPC nurse gave a nod and went on with her business with the other patients that were also there.

Col....anything we speak about in my sickbay stay right here.

J.P now hear her combadge go off with the voice of Lt. Kinsely. He looks down at her on the biobed.
