She walked a little slower then normal but she was enjoying the walk though the corridors of the ship. She saw someone she thought she knew but alas it was him. What she did know was the ship arrived with a skeleton crew, docked and is now waiting for the remainder of the crew.
She was stationed on a Romulan BoP, that was part of boarder patrol near Breen space. But her curiosity into the Federation its history, growth, policies etc, and the language known as Standard Federation was the deciding factors in sending her here.
She reached the door of the Riov-a ready room, strengthening her tunic, hand combing her hair, she rang the chimes and waited.

Vrih walks down the corridors towards the Riov’s ready room. He would want to let the Riov know that he has arrived on the ship before heading towards main engineering. Gave a slight bow with the head towards a few passing crew that he passed up. Once he arrived at Riov’s read room, he would see that there was already someone standing their at his door. Vrih would give her a nod before replying to her.
“Jolan’Tru.”, he would reply to her. “I’m Arrian Vrih Hwersuil, the Etrehafwe’saehne.”, he continued to say to Veralen.

Upon hearing a male voice address her she turned, then smiled. He looked as she did slightly overwhelmed and anxious.
"Jolan'tru. I'm erie Veralen Sahen, Amnei'saehne (tactical officer). I trust your well and the journey here was pleasant. I arrived on the first transport."
"I hear the Riov is very experienced and exacting. Sounds like my last Riov.

coming aboard by shuttle, Terrh disembarks and makes his way through the ship, making note of his new surroundings and nods to all who greeted him
He then made it to the bridge and walked toward the Riov;s ready room, seeing two others already waiting. One female, one male. He nodded to each of them
"Jolan'tru. My name is Terrh Sahen. I have been posted as Gonaiih'saehne (helm officer). I take it the Riov is busy?"
He would ask the both of them as he stood behind the male officer

She looked down the line to see another saehne, another male. She smiled then nodded.
"Jolan'tru. I'm Verelan Sahen, Amnei'saehne (tactical officer). I trust your well and the journey here was pleasant. I arrived on the first transport. It arrived with the birds." She laughed softly.
"I see we are all Oira'saehne-a (bridge officers). I was on a Rhiannsu BoP, before coming here. It's such an honor to be on a ship like this, would you not agree?"

His eyes focused on the female and gave a nod
"Yes, My journey here was very pleasant and I am doing very well. I agree that it is an honor to be on this vessel and may I say that is an honor to meet you as well"
A brief smile crosses his lips

She nods at him and slightly smiles.
"I see we share the same 3th name. I am from Krocton Segment of Ra'tleihfi (the main governmental seat or administrative area of the capital city)."
"I wonder how long it will be before the Riov can speak with me so I can look at my station." She nodded then smiled.

He sits in his ready room going over reports and manifests. Pausing for a few minutes he reflects on the mission the Dhivael has been assigned. Since the Dominion Wars the alliance has been working to stay together. Recently, though there have been attempts to sabotage the effort. Until know the High Command had been satisfied with the officer exchange program and Rihannsu personnel serving on lloann'mhrahel (Federation) vessels. But the tide was changing on ch’Rihan with the elections of a new senate and the general feeling was that the alliance fleet needed a Warbird presence.
The Tal’Shiar on the other hand did not completely agree with the decision of the High Command and senate. Their feeling was since there would be non Rihannsu assigned to various positions on the Dhivael there would be a compromise of Rihannsu technology, especially cloaking and cloak detection. The final agreement was written that all officers and crew assigned to critical areas would be either Rihanssu or cleared by the Tal’Shiar and required to take a loyalty oath which if broken would lead to prosecution and probable execution. Feeling the weight of this undertaking he shook his head slightly and took a sip of his citrus drink. He continued his examination of ship personnel.
Going over the records of newly assigned officers his eyebrow raises and he feels a slight bit of tension.
“A Vulcan science officer, interesting. “ and wonders why a Vulcan would want to be assigned to a Warbird. He would have to watch this officer closely. Looking up at the picture on his wall he smiles at the cunning and ferocity of his ‘pet’ hnoiyika. “The Vulcans are very much like you, my friend and companion of youth.”
Before he has a chance to resume he hears his door chime
“Mayri (Come)” .

He would give her a nod, with a small smile. “My journey has always have been well. It will be something interesting to see with this Riov on board. My last one was also the same way, but with more intensity.”, he would reply to her. Upon hearing a male voice behind him, he looks behind him to see who it was.
“Jolan’Tru. I am Arrain Vrih Hwersuil, the Etrehafwe’saehne on board.”, he would reply to Terrh.
Before introducing himself any further, Vrih would hear the Riov called out for them to enter. He looked over at Terrh and Veralen before the doors would slide open. He would motion to let Veralen in first, considering that she was there first before they were. He would wait until Veralen goes in first before entering into the Riov’s ready room.
Once he did enter, Vrih balled up his fist and placed It on his chest in a Romulan salute, giving him a bow. “I am Arrain Vrih Hwersuil, your Etrehafwe’saehne.”, he would reply to Riov, giving him his PADD with his orders on them.

He was about to comment on how he didnt know how long the Riov would be when he heard his voice calling to her to enter
"My guess would be not very long at all. As for us having the same 4th name. Perhaps it is coincidance?
He would give a nod to the male officer before following his two comrades into the Ready room, standing back a couple paces as the other two introduced themselves

She smiled at the others.
"It seems the Riov is now available to begin his interviews." Her hand instinctively moves to her hair she straighten it, tugs at her tunic. Vrih nods to show her that she is presentable.
She walks in looks at him, noting his striking good looks and intensity of his gaze showing clearly his command presense. Since this is the first time they meet she raises her hand in a fist, brings to her right side, hitting it just above the heart then opens her palm and brings her hand straight out and then drops her hand to her side. The salute being completed. She remains at attention.
"Riov, Erien Verelan Sahen, Amnei'saehne fraeta-a alhu talla." (reporting for duty) "I am honored to be here and will serve you, the ship, and the Empire with all my knowledge and skill, and do so with honor." She bows to him then stands straight.

S. Gale sighed as she made her way through the corridors. Her grasp of Rihanssu was scetchy at best, but her knowledge on Romulan Physiology was possibly among the best in Starfleet. Finally making it to the ready room; she arranges her uniform and makes certain she is "squared away" for her first meeting. She notices other officers waiting, smiles and bows in greeting. "Greetings, I am Erein S. Gale Cunningham. Reporting for duty. Medical. Officer Exchange Program."

He looks up as three Rihannsu officers approach his desk. He notes the intensity in their gaze and watches as they salute. Inwardly smiling he recalls his early days in the Galae and the first time he met each of his new commanding officers. Trying to hide the nervousness that instinctively comes from new experiences. he wonders if other species feel the same.
Outwardly though he presents the proper baring that has been drilled in him since birth. Studying each one purposely looking up and down and then back at their paper work he watches each movement and reaction as he gages the caliber of his new crew members.
He nods to the new Amnei'saehne who just handed him her paperwork. Looking up he bows slightly and says all of them,
"H'yhaa, jolan' tru i aefvadh (greetings and welcome) to the RES Dhivael. We will have a general staff meeting in 3 standard hours but right now I would like to hear from each one of you about your previous duty assignments."
Looking at his new Amnei'saehne, he continues, "Let us begin with you, Arrain"

She stands there at attention and looks at him while he speaks. His voice is deep and commanding a trait she has admired in those who command.
"Le, Rekkhai (yes sir). I served aboard a BoP, the RSE Ra'kholh, (avenger) as the second Tactical officer (means second shift). That was my first assignment, and I was there for 5 years begining as a 5th year cadet.(the year that's chosen for ship placement and to gain experience under a mentor) We patrolled, the area that rest, on the boarder of Breen space. We seldom saw conflict, and when we did, it was mostly non Breen ships. The uneasy treaty we now have with them has been close to breaking several times. But this, Rekkhai, you are aware of."
"My previous Riov, Riov Keirianh gave my name for possible placement in the exchange program based on my research and knowledge into many of the races and cultures within the Federation. I did not think I would be chosen, there are so many more who are qualified, with more experience. But it is not my place to question High Command or the Elements, only to serve with honor."
"I have of course, Rekkhai, because of my post of Amine'saehne I have taken the oath of loyalty. On my life, Rekkhai I will keep that oath. Should I ever begin to falter, I ask that you end my life in honor, by your hand rather then it end in dishonor for the Empire, you, my family." To futher demonstrate her loyalty to the Empire she hands him her dagger.
It was here where she ended her monologue. Hoping she had everything covered. Even her unswerving loyalty to the Empire. She looked into his eyes trying to gauge if she had answered him fully, but not cluttered with useless information. Her nervousness stopped her from being able to gauge this.
It would not do well, to disappoint him so quickly. Then the key phase, entered into her mind and she confident she ended at the right moment.
