Having since reported to his duty station Aleg had ran several drill in the past few hours and probably had most of security hating him. It wasnt like anything exciting was going to happen so going over everything seemed the thing to do. Hopefully the Major didnt think he was going over board. The last thing he needed was her coming down on him as well.

He received the reply from Colonel Allen. He smiled. He knew the man wasn't sure if they would be needed, but he wanted them sharp anyway. He set the alert status and scrambled the pilots to standby status. He sent and acknowledgement "Fighters on standby as ordered sir!"

She tapped her com and spoke to engineering. Making sure everything was preceding on schedule. As always just before a mission she got a little antsy and needed to double check everything.

She went over her calculations and entered the program to make sure the Tarawa would not be discovered.
She looked over to Moon and smiled then busied herself with running a diagnostic.

The USS Farragut Hails the Tarawa informing them it is bringing them crew transfered to the Tarawa. She is informed to stop short of the solar system and send the crew in via shuttle so the mission cannot be compromised. All crew members coming to the Tarawa can now post.

Jack received the Majors communication and confirmed that the shuttle was indeed ready. He sat staring at it looking at each curve and line. This skiff had a crew member taking her down in hostile territory. Whenever he was on a dangerous job in the SCE he would always touch his 'Saint Christopher's ' medal to the shuttle. He did that for this one. He would let no one watch over this bird but himself. Its mission was too important. He sat inside the artificially worn seats and waited to so the Major off.

Vash looked out the view port of the shuttle she could not wait to get back to the Tarawa. The new recon training exercises were a nice change from security duty. She wonder what was happening on the Tarawa from them to take this route back.

He looks to Vash. "So Lieutenant do you like movies about gladiator's?" Granted not the best thing to talk about but to get the Lieutenant to talk was like pulling teeth.

She looks to Winslow and raises an eyebrow. Are you serious Sargent? Is that you best pick up line? She looked at him waiting for his response not sure if she wanted to hear it.

He had a look of a deer in the spotlight not knowing what to say. As he was trying to say something the shuttle pilot just announced they had landed on the Tarawa. "Well I need to check in Lieutenant see you around." He got his duffel bag and ran to exit.

She chuckled as she watched Winslow almost knock people over trying to get out. She picked up her duffel bag and made her way on to the Hanger deck she wondered if Hall would be there to meet her.

He looked at the time and took a deep breath. It had been long enough and it was time to get Major Iverson going on the mission.

Marc decided he wanted to see Sandy off, but didn't want to interfere with her preparations. He sent a message to her that was simple. :When you get back, you owe me lunch, Marc
He sent it with a smile then went back to work.
