This is the new SL .
A shuttle approaches the Tarawa and request to dock. The new Co is brought aboard after the disappearance of Col. Lexi Kaine. He will take the command and begin an investigation and search for her.

Stepping off the shuttle he stopped and looked around.It was good to be back but he would have preferred different circumstances.He had been teaching at the Marine Academy but he knew in his heart he belonged out here in the mysteries of space.
He grabbed his bags and left the shuttle deck and headed for the Tl.He rode it to the quarter master.Showing him his Orders PADD he picked up his uniforms.Usually he would have taken them to his quarters himself but he had orders and they were his priority.
He got two privates to take his baggage to his quarters he would set up later.He had made sure he put on a new Uniform on the shuttle.Walking down a short corridor to the TL."Bridge",his mind going over the mission as he rode the TL he almost did not notice that the doors had opened to the familiar view of the Tarawa's large Bridge.
As he walked in a Sargent notices his rank and called Attention,"At Ease everyone."He looked around and noticed MR. Moon still at Tactical and Captain Dorius at Helm.He gave them both a quick nod and found who he was looking for the ships XO.Walking forward he handed him his Orders PADD."Colonel Thomas Allen reporting as the Commanding Officer of the Tarawa.If you like you can have Ships Security verify the orders."
He waited for the Executive Officers reply.

He jumped to AA when the Sargent called Col on deck, he then took Col Allen's PADD
"That's not Necessary Sir I know who you are Its an honor to meet you, I am LtCol Ralph Hall" he was boiling in side but took it like a solider
"The ship is Yours Sir" Hands the PADD back and Salutes the Col, waiting orders

She felt an old presence and smiled it was Col Allen. She sat AA when she heard Colonel on deck. And then relaxed when he said at ease. She picked up on Halls anger and understood why he would feel that way.
Then her thoughts went to Colonel Kaine and hoping she would be found soon.

He had been on his next duty shift when he looked up and saw the face of an old friend, and a former commanding officer, who was returning to command once again
He snapped to Attention when the announcement was made that the Colonel is on deck. Relaxing as Allen gave him a nod of greeting and waited until he had reported in to greet him verbally
"Welcome back to the Tarawa, Colonel Allen. It's good to see you're back. You have been missed"

Sam Went to AA when the Col was annoced she looked at the Col she went back to AE when he said At Ease everyone

Saluting back,"Thank you LT. Moon.Col Hall I have been reading your background on the way here impressive.Captain Dorius you have the CON Col Hall and I need to go over a few things in the Ready Room."
As he spoke he noticed a slight stiffness more so than a usual attention in Hall.His return was probably a slight shock to him.That would have to be handled at a later date however Colonel Kaine was his priority as of now.
Keeping eye contact He motioned for Col Hall to enter the Ready Room.Once inside he walked to the replicator and ordered coffee black."Before we start care for something to drink coffee or tea perhaps?"
He watched Hall the whole time trying to gage his reactions.He wanted to see how he was handling the disappearance of Colonel Kaine and now his return to the Tarawa.

She knew Col Allen was returning and was looking forward to it. With his arrival would come the search and hopefully rescue of Col Kaine. No one knew what happened, she was scheduled to go planet side and that was the last she heard. During this time she felt helpless not knowing or being able to go planet side and begin a search.
She took out all the files and records she had going over them with a fine tooth comb for what must be the tenth time. Each time hoping to find something, anything at all and nothing new again.
She got up and paced for a few minutes and then sat down. Closing the file and cursing at her inability to do or find anything.

He follows Allen into the Ready Room and closes the door he looks at Allen RC Cola Sir
He had pushed his feelings to the back Col Allen was a great CO but it still made him mad, but right now Col Kaine was more important and as hard as he tried his concerned for his friend showed

David was having the team training "Cpl Jackson take this half the team have them do 100 jumping jacks" he says as he splits the team in half after Jackson replied.
He then takes the other half to do 100 push ups, he had heard a new CO was on board Col Allen but in three years he can't remember it Col Allen was was in Command when he arrived
"All right ladies 100 push ups and I want your nose to touch the floor Now begin" the team started the push ups

He heard the order from the sarge to take half the men and have them do 100 jumping jacks "Yes, Sir!"
He turned to Flame as she was also in the group "You're with me" he said then took have the men to do their Jumping Jacks "All right, men. I want to hear you count off. Begin"
Just for something to do, he started doing them himself

Nodding he handed him the cola,"Have a seat."Gesturing for Col Hall to sit as he took a seat as well."I know our mission to find Colonel Kaine is our top priority but I need to give you a crash course on what I expect from my executive Officer."
Taking a sip of his coffee,"You are my right hand man.The crew is likely to talk to you if they have any problems or concerns.I expect you to take care of them if you feel like it is under your authority to do so.And when you do just fill me in later.Also I know you will read me the riot act if I decide to go on an away team mission that could be dangerous."
"I will be honest sometimes you will win sometimes not.But I will take your advice on safety protocols.I will be sending you on a lot of Away Team missions so be prepared.Finally the most important thing.I expect you to think for yourself.If I give an order or set things up in a way you disagree with me thats fine just never question me in front of the crew.I have an office or the Ready Room.You can voice your disagreement there.I promise I will listen.I may over ride you but I respect your opinions and I expect you to tell me them."

He took his cola sat down and listened to the Col as he gave what he expect of him.

The Governor vague He's been no help at all, It took all my military training not to beat it out of him he say adjusting his uniform as he sat You have hit the nail on the head Sir he says I believe we should send an away team to investigate as Governor Ivan Tripitz is no help Sir
He takes a drink I most certainly will protest you going on Highly dangerous away missions
He takes another drink I will think for my self, and never challenge you in front of the men he smiles
He then slides a report to the Col Sir Eng Sgt Edward Winslow has taken time off for Family emergency he takes a deep breath And 1Lt. Vash Saris was Transfered 6 days ago they were justing getting to know each other

She was at her console on the bridge, checking on the placements of the security teams. When her com badge beeped. Listening to it, she answered, "Yes sir on my way."
She left her station after having her relief take over. Jaylas walked the short distance to the ready room she rang the chime and then entered.
"You wanted to see me sir?"
