"Hello Lieutenant Walker." Bar smiled. It had been a week since the repair of his leg and routine was the one thing he welcomed. "I see you are your usual self. Always trying to see what we might be doing to your fighter."

She smiles at Bart "I would not be much of a fighter pilot if I didn't know every inch of my fighter" she looks at her fighter.
"Plus I wanted to see how you were doing, I need a good Chief around to keep my bird in top shape" she grins .

He laughed. "And flattery will get you everywhere ma'am. I have your fighter here. I have made a few adjustments to the targeting system that will make your RIO happy."

She laughed "I'll let Pinky know about the adjustments to the targeting system" she says as she looks at her fighter.
She looks back at the Chief "You fly fighters or just work your magic on them?" she asks

Marc had finished his lunch with the CO knowing less that he had before. He knew two things: They are in 'hurry up and wait' mode, and this crew had gotten way too comfortable. He called Bart over to him. He wasn't sure if all he pilots were present so he wanted them all on the scene immediately. "Bart, make the call to Operations. I want all pilots present and accounted for on this deck in five."

Bart walked over to his console. He knew when the CAG was in this kind of mood it meant more work for him. All well and good, he needed to get back into the groove after his injury. He tapped a few buttons on his station and routed his communications to the bridge "Bridge to Operations, Lieutenant Lassiter, requests a ship wide announcement that all pilot and Hangar personnel report to the flight deck in five, vacations over."

She heard the call from the Hanger bay and raised a brow. she opened the channel to the hanger bay to respond and replied. Acknowledged Hanger bay. She then closed the channel and then opened the ship wide comm. Attention all pilots and Hangar personnel report to the flight deck in five minutes. Attention all pilots and Hangar personnel report to the flight deck in five minutes. That is all. She closed ship wide comm.

He was already heading to the hanger bay when he heard the call come in. He had hope to put in some sim time if they were not going to be flying any patrols. Thought maybe somethings changed and he could get some real flight time. He waited in the hall way before going in hoping to meet up with some other pilots.

Bart heard the almost robotic, but soft voice of the Operations officer, and had suddenly realized that she was new. He saw Sheppard enter the Hanger bay. Bart walk toward him still with a slight limp. He was not quite healed from his ordeal of the last mission, but the work was helping. "I've been working on your fighter." He said as he walked up to the pilot."Added some things too."

Spacy enterer's the Hanger Bay in your normal perky mood, for the meeting thats been called, Pinky was right behind her.
They stand in line with the rest of the pilots at attention, she is hoping for some real flight time, as she keeps her eyes strait a head.

He saw the chief walk up to him and inform him he had been working on his fighter. Thats great Chief does this mean we are going to get some flight time in? He hoped he felt he had been away too long from his fighter.

Before Bart answer Marc did. "That is correct," he said in the way of and announcement. "Seat time will be had by all. Though the ship is idle, I do not wish my pilots to become the same. Therefore, we will be doubling our flight rotations. I also want you to look for me to join flight rotations randomly to observe you techniques and teamwork. Its time we sharpened our skills. Vacation's over people."

Grins at what Lt Walker said, he then look to the CAG. Sounds good Boss is this just a training hop or will there be an assigned patrol as well?

He turns to Sheppard. "Pilot you are a Marine," He smiled. "Your OJT started when you signed your name. Everything is a mission. So yes these are live patrols."
