He smiled as she laughed "The entire quadrant or all of Betazed. You are an attractive woman, Zarlena." He then noticed the change in topics. He went along with it "I agree. Niagra Falls is one of the more beautiful sights that Earth offers. As humans like to say, time flies when you enjoying the moment and making memories together."

"Thats very true. Can I get you something else? And enjoy this now, cause once your well this ends." she laughed and her eyes lit up.
"Tell me about the things you enjoy doing when alone."

He continued smiling at her, his smile genuine and content. "I always enjoy my time with you, Zarlena, no matter how little or how long we spend together. Between you, the Oskoid wraps and the wine, I am very content and happy"
He thought for a moment about what he liked to do "I like to meditate, especially after a long shift. I like to read holonovels and when i am not doing that, I am thinking up ways to improves tactical and weapons systems."

He realized too late letting her enter first put him at a tactical disadvantage. He stepped ahead and threw the dirty shirt in the closet and cleared parts of his table. I'll replicate us something to drink. How's ice tea?

"Could we make that hot tea? Something relaxing, camomile or lavender, maybe? And please stop cleaning up, it's like an unnecessary apology. I assume neither of us are here to pass judgement on the other?
She sipped the tea when he'd passed it to her, lacing her fingers around the cup with a contented sigh.
"I was expecting some sort of showdown when Colonel Kaine was taken. Now that it's over, I'm still trying to convince myself that they aren't coming back for me too. But it seems that the less known, the better and this is one of those times I'm happy to be considered unimportant."

He stopped putting things away and replicated the hot tea quickly. It was not something Jack drank, but he found it strangely calming. He wondered if it was one of the counselor's 'methods' of relaxing patients. I've been in the military a good long time, and I've never seen a transfer like that. It was less a transfer than and extraction. They had orders in hand and what made it most curious was taking Dr Arai along too as 'caregiver'. I don't know what happened, but its definitely above both our pay grades. He took another sip of tea. "But lets talk about you. What impressions have you formed in your short time here?"

They were on the shuttle, and she was looking to her left out the VP. She was happy to know an Andorian would be on the assignment with her but he was so moody and hard to understand. Maybe with time that would change.
Sitting across from the female Andorian, he found himself staring at her, and immediately looked away. It had been a long time since he had an assignment with another Andorian, too long, and he found himself strangely uncomfortable. Yes, on his planetside leaves he would seek the company of other Andorians in one of San Fransisco's many pubs, but then he would find himself alone back at the Fleetyards. Keeping to one's self had become an unfortunate habit.
She noticed a slight slowing of the ship and looked forward catching him looking at her. "Maybe we are getting closer to the station." It was then the pilot announced that they would arrive in 5 minutes. "It seems my guess was correct." She began to gather her book and other carryon's.
"Obviously.." he added and then turned away again, ready to grab his bag when it was time. Relieved that the attempts of small unneccesary talk would cease, a few minutes later he leaned forward to look out at the view of the Yankee class starship as they approached.
Within minutes the announcement was made that they were docking and to remain in their seats. She looked out the VP watching the approach. Then once docked she stood up, "Would you like to walk with me or on your own?" She had decided she would allow him to pace this; as long as she got to the Tarawa she could care less.
He had been studying every line and curve of the Tarawa's design upon their approach, and now he was focused on reporting to Security as soon as his feet touched the ship's deck. His eyes darted up and down quickly at the female, and he waited for her to move. "I will walk on my own." he replied, his antennae giving away his impatience.
"As you wish." She went to collect her duffle bag and slinging it over her shoulder she walked off and in the direction of the shuttle. Her orders in her left hand ready to hand to the guard for viewing. She walked briskly, reaching the ship first, then entering, going to the quartermaster for quarters assignment, and then on to sickbay.
His brows furrowed ever so slightly as he watched her walk away, and he found himself once again...alone.

She reached the lodge and was welcomed by the cool air. She began to look for where she would find her exact sleeping area. She found an empty one and put her duffel bag down, then quickly unpacked. Adding all her personal touches could wait, she was anxious to get to sick bay.
Once she finished she left to go directly to sickbay.
"See you later Thavanichent." was all that he heard as the door closed after her.

"Turning the tables on me? Well for one, I've noticed that you seem to have a general distrust of counselors. Not the person, just the office. You don't think it can be useful to talk with someone from time to time? A counselor is just someone who is trained to listen and to offer sugestions."
She blew on the tea to cool it. "Do you have any honey?"

With Davy's dinner done and his bath finished she got him in his pj's then sat on the floor with him to play hover-cars. He loved playing with these and with his toy fighters. Most of her leave has been spent with him and she has so totally enjoyed it.
Of course the time with the grown-ups in five forward was great.

"It seems we share many of the same interest. I also enjoy reading, mediation, I also enjoy swimming, dancing and listening to classical Betazoid music."
"Its true we don't seem to have much time to spend together. I hope that changes, I would enjoy seeing you more often." She smiled then sipped her wine.

He nods, agreeing with her that they do share common interests, like reading, meditating and a couple others that she mentioned like swimming and dancing
"I would like that very much, Zarlena, as I enjoy spending as much time with you as I can." He took a bite of oskoid, along with a sip of win

After having been informed that Chief Security Officer Aniri was off duty in Five Forward Lounge, Anichent headed to his quarters to drop off his travel bag.
He keyed in his access code and walked in, stopping in his tracks as he noticed the comfort of the room...and the touches of Andorian decor around it.
As if entranced he walked over to a side table, a bowl of sandbush seeds sat in it's center, and he picked one up between two fingers, then eating it slowly as he took in the rest of the room.
Forgetting for a moment his reason for being on the Starship, he began to strip down, rubbing his chest with one hand as he walked into the sleeping area.
As he looked around he realized he was really not alone. Not anymore. An unexpected and unexplainable feeling of apprehension crept in, and he heaved his bag onto the last empty bed, and quickly redressed, and rushed out heading for the lounge.

Of course, He answered and got up to fetch the honey. He returned to the table and put the jar in the center with a sthingy in it. And my reply to your answer is 'touche' as you have answered a question with a question. Obviously something that is done quite often in your profession. However, I will answer your inquiry. I don't have anything against you personally or your profession. I've just met enough people who do the job who 'can't turn it off' so to speak. There's a fine line between friend and counselor. People trained in psychotherapy tend to analyze to a fault. I don't know you well enough to say that of you, but if you are addressing fear I don't have any. I'm interesting in getting to know you. I'm just wish to know if a source of professional interest or personal.

She woke up her head resting on Jackson's chest, she turned her head and kissed him, and smiled when she broke the kiss "As much as I like this, I'm feeling hungry darling, how about we got the lounge?" she asks having snuggled up closer to him and rubs his chest
