Stretching her back she tapped her COMM.
"Alright ladies everyone pair up and practice hand to hand combat.Remember this is training I do not want anyone injured."
She went back to inventory.
"Lets get this knocked out I need some exercise Cpl."

Kestra saw how majority of the Senior Staff walked into the Ready Room. She slipped inside the RR, right behind Lt Roberts, and somewhat unnoticed. She would find an empty chair at the table and sits down across from where Kasia and Amy. She smiled gave them a smile and then looked over at who all was there. Tried to get a 'sense' of how everyone felt at the moment.

Thomas gave her a nod in response. "Yes, sir.", she replied to him. He would continue to finish up with the inventory.
Checked to make sure that each equipment worked properly. Marine equipment must work properly or else it would mean a Marine's life if it failed to protect them in combat. Also, proper exercises also helps a Marine to keep their knowledge of combat unrusted.

As soon as the Colonel instructed them to take a seat she relaxed and then sat next to fly boy. She had no idea what could be on the agenda. But if senior staff was needed and it seemed all department heads it was important to say the least.
She looked at the Colonel giving him her full attention.

Kyah quickly becomes engrossed in their new experiment, a collaboration with one of the doctors on the effects of certain environments on organic matter and how to adaquately protect said organic matter from the environment.
Someone asks her why she isn't on the bridge, but she smiles. She would rather be in the labs, doing research. Someone else asks how the children are doing and it's all she can do to reisist pulling out all the holophotos. She contents herself with sharing a few of the best pictures of the boys and then returning to her work.

As they sat down she replied to Major Iverson,"I would be happy to help train one of your troops in being a Field Medic."
"In Fact Kasia is an excellent nurse and could help as well."
She stopped at that and waited for the meeting to start.

Jay watched as the officers entered the RR. She noticed how in the few months they were working together it seemed as if they on the same ship for months.
This was a good crew and had the padd ready to present with her recommendations for promotions. As soon as it was the right time she would.

Zar was at the conn when her relief come to allow her to attend the meeting. She briefly briefed him on what happened and then went to the ready room.
She walked in after Lt Elbrun entered.

Kestra looked over at Zarlena, gave her a smile. ~~Of course I'll be there.~~, she said to her telepathicly.
She was curious what is on her mind. Always hoped if everything is okay with each of the crewmembers. Eventually, she would find out at dinner.

Hearing the order to report, Cordais stopped and thought for a moment. Science was not usually considered a "senior" position on Rihannsu ships, nor was her rank "senior". What would be considered the senior staff might vary from vessel to vessel depending on the ship's designation. According to her observation however, Tarawa's senior staff seemed to include all the bridge officers. As there was no one to take over her station, she locked it as a precaution and quietly entered the Ready Room along with the others.

See Lt. Morgan walks over Salutes her and reports Pvt. Peterson is in Sick Bay and EMH will notify her once he has finished his examination
hers he say "Alright ladies everyone pair up and practice hand to hand combat.Remember this is training I do not want anyone injured." Looks around and sees a Pvt. standing with their back to him
"I guess we are paired" he says the Pvt. turns and looks at David, she takes her stance he looks at Lt. Morgan then drops and leg sweeps the Pvt. she falls on her back, but quickly gets up
She runs and slides to take out his legs, he grabs her legs lifts her up tell shes above is head in a standing position "What's your name?" he asks
She looks down "Kelley Sandra Kelley" she says as she feels her self falling as David slowly lowers her to the mat and lays her on her back
"Nice to meet you David Greathouse" he replies as he lets go and gets in his stance, she gets up and gets in her stance
He runs and slides to do take her legs out she Jumps up, to avoided it he puts hands down lefts his legs wraps them around her and pulls her down to the mat, grabs her legs pulls her up toward him puts his legs over her shoulder and pins her
"I bet you think your invaluable" she says with an attitude
Laughs at her saying that "I can be beaten, one must just know how, every opponent has strengths and weakness" he says as quickly yanks her up then stops her in a standing position, so she would not be slammed face first into the mat "My Strength is my body and mind My weakness well I would not tell the Lt. I wont tell you" he says with a smile "you must find that out on your own" he say as he lets her go
She steps from him and kicks his head "Ops" she says with a smile He laughs then jumps up as they finish the hand-to-hand combat training

Kasia blushed at the doctors comment. "I'm willing to do what ever is needed of me." she says speaking up for herself, and continues to wait for the meeting to start.

Seeing everyone was here he cleared his throat to get everyones attention.
"Lets get to business shall we?"Yesterday a Vulcan Science Station apparently experimenting with a new type of propulsion system had a horrible accident."
"They apparently opened a rift of some sort in space.The Vulcan's are not talking much yet so our reports on this part are kind of sketchy."
"We think that tried to close this rift but failed.And out of this rift came an unknown spacecraft.It attacked and destroyed the station as well as a Vulcan Space Ship that was in the area."From what we understand the destruction of the station closed the rift and the Alien craft warped out of the area."
Five hours later the USS Boston was attacked by this ship.The Boston is an upgraded Galaxy class much like the New York."
"The USMV Coral Sea received a distress signal from the Boston.By the time she got there the Boston was destroyed and only 43 survivor's were found."
"The alien ship warped out as the Coral Sea arrived.They did get some information on the ship before she fled however."
"We have a partial recording from the Boston that was saved by the Coral Sea."He stopped and played the transmission allowing them time to digest what they just heard.
"We have little knowledge about this ship our its capabilities."
"From reports from the Coral Sea it is triangular in shape and roughly twice the size of a Romulan D class."
"Our mission is to find this ship make contact and resolve this or if we can not destroy her."
"So far the ship has made no contact with anyone so we do not know its true intentions."
"Major Anniri has come up with a very logical hypothesis.We are most likely dealing with a new warrior race."
"They are most likely confused since they came through or was pulled into the rift."
"If this is a warrior race we must be careful when making contact.Any show of weakness would be used against us."
"We are walking a thin line people on how to make contact once we find them."
"I brought you all here to listen to what happened and for any input you have."
He sipped his coffee and waited for them to take in all the data before they replied.
