Doctor you have made no mistake. Each of us has our own specialty. Yours is medicine. I understand that, ans respect it but I have a question.
Do the Lyran have a specific claw and fang marks similar to fingerprints, ridges, redundant organs etc? That is not only species specific but could positivity identity an individual? If so, is there a data base? It would give the families closure to know the killer and see the one brought to justice. For the Klingon's they use head ridges for example as Terran's would use finger prints.

::thinks for a moment trying to remember if she had read anything that was simmilar to what she had described:: I can't be sure with out checking, it sounds like a possibility of something that they would have. ::looks at her:: I will look it up in the medical database and get back to you.

"Jolan'tru erein Tei."I do not understand why but many would rather us use the Federation names for rank." "erein is Ensign and Riov is Captain."Though I think in private she as I prefers Riov."I know it is difficult adapting to these strange ways."Always follow the Mnhei'sahe and you will serve well."I see you have business with our Captain as well."

She listened to Ensign Hrienteh as he explained some basics about the federation and how it works. She noticed that despite being on a federation ship he was still very true to his beliefs. This allowed her to relax a little knowing she was not alone. He stated that she had business with the captain as well."au are correct I have business with the rio Captain. She stood there politely nothing more to be said.

Looks at the Doctor. Very well I will then wait for your report on it.
Is everything in order in sickbay? You have all supplies and necessary personnel? How is the new Assistant working out? Please include this in your report.
She walked to door with the doctor and then noticed that both Yhea and Dhiveal were waiting to speak to her. She asked Yhea to enter and informed Dhiveal to wait. That she would speak to her next.
Come in Yhea and have a seat.
She walked around her desk and took a seat. Gesturing to the ever present pitcher of water on her desk.
What do you need Yhea?

He bowed his head slightly to the offer of water.Taking a small glass and sipping it."Riov I apologize on the intrusion during such trying times."I have noticed our new Erein is having great difficulties adapting to Federation ways.::Chuckles:: "I am still having problems with many as well."I ask that perhaps I could aid her to better work under such strange conditions."I am here as well concerning LT Michael."His rogue ways and his hatred for his own people."Is this normal for most humans?"He stood silently knowing she would answer when she was ready.

She sat and listened to him voice his concern over the new exchange officer. And nodded to let him know she was listening. And then as he went on to speak of Lt Michael.
As to the human, from my observations and readings their seems to exist alot of mistrust between them. However his mistrust seems to be excessive even for humans. I have wondered why they can so easily trust another race over their own.
As for the Erien, I understand her difficulties. And I have noted her behavior displaying the level of discomfort. But, both of you are lucky. In the fact you have another around. When I was here at first I was the only one.
I would expect no less of you then to assist her at this time. It is not always easy learning not only the language, customs but to live them while doing so. In addition, I have told her my office is open to her anytime she needs to talk.
What do you think would help her the most?

He listened as his Riov explained the unique nature of LT Michael even for a human. He was more concerned about the new erion Tei.Responding to her question, What do you think would help her the most? "Riov since she has contracted the Terothka Virus there is not much I can do but trust the elements. When she returns I would like to help her with the ships systems and her station that is if duty permits".He stood patiently.

"Riov I also bring a request from our Doctor Danrea. She has asked me to inform you that she and sickbay are in desperate need of medications for Rihansu. She asked me to see if you could arrange a simple medical supply since we are in our home space.''Riov she shows true duty and dedication to her ship and its crew."Humans are truly a riddle."

She heard the chimes ring and then told him to enter. It was Yhea Hrienteh. Since his arrival while in Federation space she found great comfort in having him here. It was difficult for so many months to be the only Roman. And ever since, he has proven to be a valuable resource to her.
le, Yhea. She smiled slightly. It is good to be among our stars again. I have missed them as I know you have. She gestured to a chair opposite her. What brings you here?
He told her of the doctors concerns and the need for additional supplies for the Romulans on board. She nodded as the spoke.
I am in full agreement with you. We will be addressing that issue. I have already for seen the doctors request and have made arrangements for basic medical needs and data to be sent.
Yhea, I too am concerned for Tei. However, she is now being cared for. The reason she was sent to the science station and not a hospital, was to make sure she received excellent care and the latest treatment, since it was delayed at first. Hopefully, she will return to us soon.
She sits back in her chair, holding her cup in both hands as if to warm them.

He listened to Riov Radaik as she explained she was happy to be home as well.As expected she was already handling the medical situation for the Doctor. He nodded at her concern for Tei as well and was glad to hear the station could provide her better treatment."Riov as you are well aware I served aboard an RSE D Class before I arrived here."I must say however I have never met a more dedicated Riov and it is with great honor I serve under you."He sat in his chair sipping the water she had given him.

She listened to him as he spoke and nodded slightly as he complemented her.
I do my best Yhea to anticipate the needs of the various departments and then to act on it. I served under Erei'enriov Vrih Lhaihtrha (Federation equivalent Vice Admiral) He was a master in his ability to anticipate and fulfill the needs of his ship and crew. I have endeavored to follow his example. If, I can even come close to him in achieving this then I have accomplished alot.
It was not easy convincing some that the data chips were necessary. However, as always, logic when applied with some passion prevails. I believe, the salient point, was that Terrains need some physical proof along with words to gain the trust and confidence needed.
I've reviewed the data chips and found them to more then what I hoped for. Which is a bonus for us. If this alliance is to come into full force a give on our side has to take place.
I have contacted Maenek (doctor) Ssaedhe Aimne. She stated that Dhivael Tei continues to make progress. Her recovery will take a little longer, but she is in good hands and the elements watch over her.
She reaches for her glass of water and sips it, while watching him.

He smiled as he heard Tei was getting better."I agree Riov that we must show others through our actions and not just words.Words can be hollow and without taste or color.Holding his water up to show her.We were shown that long ago in our past.I also agree that we must give on our side to help the Alliance.::Shakes his head::Riov I don't understand some comments made by others of the crew however.I have been told I must show that I am not like my father or Grand Father. As if during our wars with the Federation only the Federation suffered. They do not think how many children and bond mates were left without, because their parents or mates died in battles at their fathers and Grand Fathers hands.
