He moved so he could see Kefira as his feet were on his desk moving them he fell out of his seat hitting his head on the wall as his rump hit the Floor both with a thud. Pulling himself up from the flooor and finally in his seat again looking rather tasseled up now he looked at her with a practiced smile trying not to laugh at himself, "At ease and," takes the PADD, "thanks."

She watched him fall and she wanted to go to him as soon as she could but also knowing this could be a test she stood there at attention until he said she could be at eased. Then she steps up to him when he took the PADD. She glanced over his head to see if she could see a bump that the fall could have caused. Thanking she sees one she rubs her hand over it. "All you all right Sir?"

He smiled this one genuineas he gently took her hand in his holding it between them he noticed for the first time how pretty she was, he caught himself staring even if it was only for a second or two causing him to clear his throat as he released his hand and, quickly began to study his PADD now keepng his eyes "glued" to it as if the PADD were the only thing of interest.he skope rather meekly " I am okay now. Thanks......Kefira"

Not sure if he was blushing or not. "Are you sure Sir? If you get a headache, nausea, dizziness, loss of blance, double or even fuzzy vision, sensitivity to light or sound, feeling slowed down, maybe even feeling foggy or not sharp in concentration or even forgetting things. Even having trouble sleeping or irritability could be signs of a concussion and you would need to go to Sickbay right now Sir. Would not want the ship's best Engineer passing out when needed the most Sir."

"The Captain appears to be very tired and could use time to rest or get some sleep. The others appear to be excited about being docked. Would you like to go on Starbase 178 and grab a bite to eat or would you like to stay and catch up with the duties here Sir?"

The idea of the Starbase and eating made him smile.Turning off his desk top he then cme around his desk to stand beside her.with a light bow to show his lightened mood along with his smile he then spoke. "Lead the way"

She takes his arm. "We go together then." Then walked on. She wanted to keep aware of him since he had hit his head. If he was going to get dizzy or pass out she would have one paw on him all ready and can at least ease him down to the floor and get help to him.

She gave off a giggle as her tail swung behind her. "No Sir. Not unless the Captain had his eyes on me but I was never confronted about it." As they walked upon the Starbase. "Now there are many places to eat here and I have not eaten at either one. Do you have a favorite place?"

Having been busy with helping with the repair efforts on Terrasect following their return to spacedock, Crio finally found sorely needed time to spend with a crewmember that he has developed deep feelings for.
Having put his thoughts down into his personal log, he decides it's time to come up with a good way to surprise Kestral, and spend some needed time with her.

Kestral's time on the ship had been spent so far looking about it woundering what all has changed if anything. What new faces would greet her and just how lucky she was to have made it back to the one person that she was growing attached to and developig strong feelings. The thought of him just made her smile enough to make her look happy that there was social time to be had amongst the crew. Even though so far it had been quite for the most part. She just hopted that if there were going to be any more suprises that they would be good ones because right now she was on edge hoping to be acepted once more amongst the crew.

He comes up with a couple of ideas. First off, to be more comfortable, he changes into more casual clothing. Although not expecting anyone to have to call him, he decides to keep his com badge on his jacket, but turns it off.
He then decides to check with the computer to make sure Kestral is in her quarters. Upon finding her there, he heads out of his quarters, heading for hers.
He wasn't sure what would happen, but knew that with his own feelings, 'the sky was the limit' as the human proverb went.

Spending time amongst the crew for so long she was isolated again in her quarters giving them all time to recover from the whole ordeal. She was herself trying to get over the fact that she had to meet her love again in such a circumstance and then ask to be transferred back to the ship risking separation again. Sighing to herself she laid out on the couch with a book and began to read hoping to be transported away from the ship for a while but finding it hard not to think about him. However, she was obeying instinct which was to allow him to choose the time to rejoin and enjoy each other's company.

Done in the lounge he decided to return to his quarters. Engineering was complete with the repairs. Reports had been sent. He was ready for workbut that would wait til morning for now sleep was what he needed
