Crio, out of genuine concern for his captain, tried to size up the medical situation, but knew that was probably best left to the doctor.
Looking toward MacAuley, his eyes asked what would be appropriate for this, as he had a couple of ideas. One involved a site-to-site transport to Sick Bay, and another involved calling a medical team up.
He guessed that his captain would want to avoid embarrassment, and he felt the heated look toward their helmsman, and he very nearly called him off on it, to relieve him of duty for such an insult, as he did not play around on the bridge when it came to respect for fellow officers. Instead, he gave Buford a very hard look, one that meant "Say the wrong thing.... and you're in for it."
He acted on instinct now and worked to help ease the captain's pain.
"Easy."

She had locked on to the team and brought them back home without as much as a word to the Captain. As her back was just surgically repaired and she was in a tremendous amount of pain being on duty for so long. Normally it wouldn’t bother her but now it was. The team was back and helm was making plans to tractor the ship she allowed herself to sit once more in a chair that was wheeled to her station so she could continue to work. Her beta shift replacement taking up a secondary tactical post to assist with the situation. Seeing the interaction between first officer and Captain she knew that the Captain was injured but how badly and for what reasons the good Doctor was going to have to determine as she was back on board now.

Out of concern for the team members still on the Jackson, finishing up repairs, he turns back to the helmsman.
"Helm, start out at half impulse, until we know for sure how the Jackson will fare under the tow, and slowly accelerate from all stop to that half impulse... We don't have a plasma fire on our proverbial tails, do we?"
Turning his attention back to the captain's situation, he takes in how he's holding himself, despite being on the deck, as a visual means to assess his injuries.

He heard the Helmsman's report that he is starting off toward SB 234 at full impulse and his ears perked up in alarm, despite the pain he is feeling. He was sure he said half impulse. He started to say something, to correct the canine officer to implement an earlier instruction when he heard the Commander correct him, asking him to travel at half impulse and giving his reasons. He simply nodded, agreeing with the commander, he thinking on the same path. He couldn't help but purr, but it sounding more like a chuckle, on the commander's plasma fire on the tail comment, although in the back of his mind, he imagined that would hurt severly
He turned a look toward the doctor, who seemed to be just standing there looking dazed. His ears tilted forward "Doctor, Are you feeling well?" He knew he wasn't. He wondered if the Docttor brought over a medical tricorder with her to scan for any survivors and determine a cause of death if she found any corpses

Buford slowly starts increasing the ships speed "Yes'um Sirs" he replies once the ship hits 1/2 impulse "Wez are at 1/2 impulse, tractor beam is holding firm Sirs" he keeps an eye on the Tractor beam readings. Buford's tail wags "Iz got a hot date with this cute poodle"

"I'm fine Captain, but your not. Come with me." Looking at m'Leezz "you too."
She went to TL with them in tow, the Captain knew he would receive assistance if he needed it. She had learned long ago Co's unless injured badly or seriously ill wanted to leave the bridge unassisted.

He looked at the doctor as she asked him, and M'Leezz, to come with her. She must be pulling his tail. He can barely stand, let alone walk.
With a surge of determination, he got into a walking on all fours position and slowly followed the doctor. He heard the Helmsman mention he had a date with a poodle and he paused "I am certain your date will still be there, Lt, whether we're at half impulse or full." He then addressed the commander "You have the bridge Commander" He said reluctantly, the added "Unless you wish to assist me"? If you do, then Lt Hound has the bridge." With that, he continued on and into the TL with the Doctor and M'Leezz, favoring his left leg. He had hoped he would never have to be in such a position, let alone have other people witness his weakened and injured state but he supposed it could not be helped

As the Terrasect slowly moves off at Half Impulse, with the Jackson in tow, the small Defiant class vessel that attacked them, now under Grabfoot's control, silently turns and begins to follow them, moving up and into a triangular formation with the Terrasect and the Jackson. All three of them on course for Star Base 234

She couldn't help but look as the Captain left the bridge, she hoped he was alright. It was hard for a male feline to admit to being hurt, or for that matter any feline. It was still part of the racial memory of being a top predator, to never admit to pain or injury least you become the prey.
She understood that all to well, but it was still a difficult thing to see and be part of. She brushed this off and went back to make some adjustments before her relief arrived in the energy flow patterns. Space chatter was the usual somewhat quiet, which was good for now.

He grumbled as they were forced to run at impulse power he and his engineering crewstill worked on adjustingthe warp enginesaswell as the Core. He was down on the third level of engineering showing a Cadet how to distribute power forthe Tractor beams adjusting for Spacial turblelance and particles that often found their way in tothe beam itsself. he tapped his Combadge not knowing who may be in Command of the bridge. "Lat to the Bridge you have full ships power at your disposal. Core is stable Repairs are holding."

He sees the power for the Tractor beams increase, he then sees full power return to Nav systems, tapping his Com "Iz thank you latanm now I can go to full Impulse towing the Jackson"
He looks at his Station seeing their nothing in front of them "Sir Iz can get full Impulse now, and Warp 1 and the tow will hold"

The Engineering team that COmmander Ijoula left behind on the Jackson to repair the Jackson's structural Integrety Field have completed repairs and report to Commander Ijoula. The go ahead can be given to increase speed to full impulse or warp one at the Commander's leisure
Meanwhile, Kefira pilots the shuttle left behind on the Jackson back to the Terrasect's shuttle bay without incident
At Half Impulse, ETA to SB 234 is 3 days, Full Impulse cuts that time in half

Crio was going over reports from the damage sustained and working to help coordinate priorities for their current situation when he heard that the Jackson's structural integrity had greatly improved.
"That's good. Monitor sheering force on the tractor beam as well as the Jackson's hull integrity and increase to three-quarters impulse."
He was not about to take any chances on causing further damage to either of the wounded starships, and is playing it safe. Under the circumstances, he believed it was understandable that he wanted to not see further problems come up.
He pondered the use of the warp drive, but remembered that he had seen Terrasect's navigational deflector dish was either severely damaged or outright destroyed during the attack with the drone.
He then heard the report from Engineering and pressed the intercom button on the captain's chair armrest to answer.
"Understood, Chief. That's very good to hear. What is the status on the repairs to the main navigational deflector dish, so that we can safely go to warp?"

"Yes Commander." She finished up getting the Jackson ready and then informs the engineering team that we are to take the shuttle back to the Terrasect. As they enter the shuttle she informs Terrasect of their departure. Sitting at the shuttle's helm she swings her tail to one side and turns back to make sure all were buckled in before taking off. Taking off she heads straight for the Terrasect for they were waiting for them before heading home and then onward to the next mission. Coming closer she informs the shuttle is ready to dock and not a moment too soon either. Her tail in the EVA suit was sore and moving it to one side did not not help it but to ease the impact when sitting down. She brings in the shuttle like a pro and lands it. At this time she not caring about the engineering team she tries to make it out of the shuttle to take off the EVA suit. She feels her tail and knows it will be sore for a while. Once again she could feel the space the ship gave and headed to her quarters before reporting in. Finishing up a longer then normal shower she thought that the engineer team had reported in and she is late in doing so. While drying off she looks over the last report she could get her paws on and glances out the window seeing the Jackson in tow. She felt that going over was only useful in getting information to what happened to her. After putting on a fresh uniform she heads to Main Engineering to report to the Chief Engineer. Her ears twitched at the sound of the engines an smiled picking up a word or two in finding the Chief. She headed toward him to report in hopping another EVA mission to decades away. She stood at attention and reports. "1st year Cadet Kefira reporting from the USS Jackson and ready for your orders Sir."
