She had went to the main console in Engineering and ran her paws over it to check to see if everything was working as it should. Before finishing she felt a push as one of the repairmen came to the console to check on something. "You could at least said 'Excuse me.' instead of being so rude." She noticed the look in his eyes as he found out she was just a Cadet. He turned back to the console ignoring her and she just stood there watching him making sure he got it done right or to learn a couple things.

Buford's Tail wags in laughter at Thelis comment, while he was on his way to the lift, "I left my comm open... he says with a pause "Perhaps its not a good idea don't want the Captain thinking Iz isz spying on him" he ends the comm

The doors swish shut "Bridge" he says the lift starts moving, it stops on the Bridge deck stepping off, he enters the Bridge

Tapping his Comm badge "Lt Thelis I am back on the bridge" he walks up to the Captain, and looks him over

"Ya'll doing good Sir?" he asks then lowers his voice so others can't hear "I mean with that implant in ya'all"

He stepped out onto the bridge, looking around, he would look around, seeing it empty. Most of the crew, he knew is on the starbase enjoying themselves as Terrasect is being repaired. Some people asked for transfers. He granted them, wishing them good luck and smooth trails in their new assignments

He turned as the TL doors opened, Lt Hound stepping out the reporting to someone that he is back on the bridge. His whiskers perked forward, watching him walk up and look him over like he is a meaty bone. His ears tilted forward and his tail twitched thinking this is odd behavor from the Kaindorian officer. Perhaps it was normal for him?

"The implant is not causing me any difficulties at this time. Only thing it is doing is feeding me information and instructions on how it works and it's capabilities."

He then looked to his left as it felt like someone touched his arm. Funny, he didn't hear anyone coming up from behind him. His whiskers twitching a bit as if he'd been flicked. What was going on here?

Buford nods to the Captain "That isz good Sir" Fe could smell the implant, and hear the humming coming from it "Iz think, is talking to the ship, I can hear the humming" he adds

He then saw the Captain look to his left, like he was going to speak to someone at the same time, the humming changed pitched "Whats wrong Sir?" he would ask

His tail lowered some his ears went flatter against his head, as he was concerned for the Captain,"The CSci and CEng need to know so, they don't hurt you while they check the ship" he he says

His ears tilt a bit in different directions when Buford mentioned that he heard humming from the chip. funny, he didn't hear any hum, even though the infernal device is in HIS head. "I would presume that would be the case, Lt. It talking to the ship as well as me, I am coming to the conclusion that the link to the chip is multi-directional, meaning it comes and goes from the ship to my brain."

As he looked for the person that he thought snuck up on him but finding there was no one there, he heard Buford ask if something was wrong. His whiskers and ears twitched as he looked back to Buford, seeing his lowered ears and tail. He stepped back from the canine officer. A dropped tail to him would indicate sadness, but lowered ears against the head indicated anger and/or surprise. He wasn't sure what it meant for the canine officer. Perhaps concern, as the strange smell coming from Buford might mean as well? "I thought there have been someone behind me but it is apparent that no one is there."

His tail twitched again, then turned toward the TL where Buford exited, hearing him mention Thelis and Lat's desire not to hurt him as they looked over the new vessel "Walk with me, Lt. I don't feel like just standing here on the bridge. I'm sure those two will be careful. If they do anything to the ship that would cause me injury, I will be the first to let them know."

Addition due to an action performed in the shuttle bay

Just as he reached the Turbolift, he felt a stronger, sharper flick. He spun around, jumping to his left, growling, ready to strike whomever is doing the flicking, but again there is no one there, except Buford. He looked a bit thoughtful, whiskers quivering as he recieved some information from the chip. He then relaxed and his tail spiraled a bit. Intriquing, he thought

OOC:: POSTED ON CARGO/SHUTTLE BAY AS WELL

Buford listened to the captain as he spoke, his eyes widen when he heard, "I am coming to the conclusion that the link to the chip is multi-directional, meaning it comes and goes from the ship to my brain." he felt like he was being talked down too, but said nothing thinking its from the implant

He noticed the Captain looking someone The Captain then replied "I thought there have been someone behind me but it is apparent that no one is there."

He was watching the Grabfoot seeing his body actions
Grabfoot then said "Walk with me, Lt. I don't feel like just standing here on the bridge. I'm sure those two will be careful. If they do anything to the ship that would cause me injury, I will be the first to let them know."

Just as he reached the Turbolift, Grabfoot spun around, jumping to his left, he was growling, and looked ready to strike Buford seen Grabfoot's whiskers quivering then his tail spiraled a bit.

Buford was about to speak when his com went off, and Thelis said "Lt Thelis to Lt Hound. The ship just moved about two feet from it's former position but there was no obvious sign of propulsion. I did touch it; flicked it with my finger. It's possible that might have been the reason for it's reflexive movement."

Buford Tapped his Com "That their make sense The Captain Jumped 2 feet, and looked for someone who touched him, earlier he thought someone touched him as well" he reports

Just as the vessel gave him the information that a male individual is sharply touching the hull, he heard Lt Thelis report to Lt Hound that the vessel jumped two feet without any mode of propulsion, Lt Hound reporting back that he has jumped the same amount of distance at the time of the flick. Oh, the ship has a mode fof propulsion alright

He made the few steps back over to Lt Buford, speaking into his communicator "Lt Thelis, Are you having fun flicking the hul of the ship or is this your idea of establishing how the ship works? Also, who's idea was it to report to Lt Hound and not myself?" His way of telling the both of them he doesn't like being spied upon

He stood there on the bridge, looking at Buford, but his attention is on Buford's comm badge, As he listened to Lt Thelis, in the cargo bay with the ship he and the Chief Engineer is looking over. He grunted as he commented as he could have kicked it, instead of flicking it with his finger. He took note of the humor in his voice before he got serious again "You could have, but that may be assumed that is an attack on the ship and a more stronger reaction would be given." Which he thought could pose a danger to him or Thelis, or even the ship again

" We've been unable to scan the ship. The hull absorbs any scan directed at it. I decided to see if it would respond to a physical touch. A method that we can now confirm, has been effective in establishing the extent of the neural connection between you and it."

He nods, hearing Thelis making that report, which he already knew of the neuro-link but what surprised him is how strong the link is. What the ship feels, he would feel also. That might prove to be a complication, if he can't figure out how to turn that particular feature off

"Lt.Hound was asked to monitor you while we performed our examination and had you been injured or incapacitated, it would have been necessary for him to let us know immediately."

His whiskers twitched as he was informed that Hound was asked to monitor him, which would mean he would be followed around like a little puppy dog ( forgive the pun, couldn't resist ). He thought the computer could have been asked to monitor his vitals and was about to tell Thelis that when he heard laughter in the back ground. He assumed that would have been his Chief Engineer

He listened as he spoke up, his brow raising as he asked for pardons for interrupting the fun. Fun? Hardly. He went on to listen to his request to see if he can't open the back hatch on the craft, then mentioned something about an incident with Voyager. He knew nothing about that

"Remind me to look up the incident when I have a moment of time. As far as asking the craft to open up to reveal it's secrets, I shall see what I can do to make it so."

He thought about the craft opening it's hatch in the back, even envisioning the hatch opening in his mind

As he thought about the hatch opening, his ears quivered in concentration, the look in his eyes nearly boring a hole in through Buford's communicator

"Captain, will you let us know when you've begun?"

At Thelis' question, He groaned in annoyance, his tail thumping the deck with the same emotion

"Ccertainnly Lieutenant. I have began when my last message had been made. I assume that nothing has happened since then?"

She saw what the repair teams were doing and she did not like what she saw and felt the Engineer Chief should be aware of it. She walks away from the repair teams and taps her combadge. "Cadet Kefira to Chief Engineer La'ta'nm, come in Chief." She waits for a reply and got none. "Computer show me where Chief Engineer La'ta'nm is located at." She looked as the computer display his location and left Main Engineering.

Location> Cargo/Shuttle Bay

She finely arrives and enters the Bay. She had noticed movement and walked over to them seeing the Chief laying on the floor and quicken her steps. She knelled down beside him and raised his head into her lap caressing his bald head and one of his large ears. She looks up to them. "What did you do to this sweet little Ferengi?"

[Commander Crio Ijoula]

After another brisk walk along the starbase promenade, Crio would make his way back to the Terrasect.

When he gets aboard, he would find that the repair crews are still working on all the damage that the ship had taken, especially noting the talk about the deflector dish.

He would pretend not to overhear, but would still pay attention to what was being said, having a healthy amount of engineering knowledge from Brexen.

~Your ship went through alot.. With that kind of damage to the deflector dish, it will take a while to get it repaired properly.~

Crio nodded to himself at hearing Brexen's reminder, and decided it was time to check in on the captain.

"Computer, what is the captain's present location?" he would inquire.

"Captain Grabfoot is in the Main Shuttlebay."

Crio would nod and make his way to the nearest turbolift.

Running into Main Engineering she spots the so called repairmen and runs up to them. "I have not received any orders that allows you in here." She listened to them and taps her combadge. "Cadet Kefira to Captain Grabfoot." After hearing the Captain she continued. "Sir, there are a couple of men claiming to be a repair team from the Starbase. I have not heard of any orders that they were coming Sir nor have I heard anyone else stating such repairs were going to be done. What would you want me to do with them Sir. Let them continue or throw them into the Brig?"
