She heard the com link and when her relief arrived she crossed the bridge and entered the ready room. She sat down taking out a padd in case she needed it.
She looked around and nodded to the others who were gathered there.

She heard the door again and saw Lt. Doogan and Major Aniri enter. She nodded to them as well.

Moon heard the call for the meeting without the use of his comm badge. He called for his relief and when he got there, turned and entered the Ready Room behind Major Aniri

She looked at Melvin as he came and smiled. He walked over and took a seat next to her.

His eyes locked with Zarlena's as he took a seat next to her. He smiled as he heard her words in his head

Justin was working on monitoring the ship's systems from main engineering and to make sure that there were no repairs to worry about. He looked up from the console he was at when he heard for all Senior Staff to report for the meeting. He tapped on his console and then left main engineering to head towards the ready room.
Justin walked down the corridor towards a waiting turbo lift at the end of the corridor and stepped inside. "Bridge", he said to the TL computer. Some moments later, the TL stopped and he stepped onto the bridge. He walked across the bridge and makes his way towards the ready room. Once he gotten to the ready room, Justin rang the chime before he would enter.

She heard the chime and looked to the door. "Enter." She said waiting to see who it was.

Justin heard Colonel Kaine for him to enter and stepped into the ready room. He gave a nod towards few of the ones that were already there and looked over at Colonel Kaine as he made his way towards the table. He was quite curious what their next mission will be and hoped to find out soon.
"Hello, Ma'am. What is or new mission this time?", he asked as he sat down.

Kestra was returning to the bridge from her office and was right behind Justin when he walked into the ready room. She walked inside the room right behind him and found a place to sit in one of the empty chairs. She smiled at everyone that was there. Glad to see that everyone was well rested after the shoreleave that everyone had.

Seeing the Senior Staff had showed up he stands and walks over to Saris tapping his Comm Doc Report to the Ready Room he says Ralph knows some Doc's seem to think their not Senior Staff
Lt Ralph says as Saris turns to face him he looks at her a bit longer than he should You have.... he says with a pause the Bridge he says
He then Turns and heads to the ready Room entering it he takes a st by Kaine

Senting off the last of his reports to Starfleet medical...he gets up and heads out for the bridge. He enter the turbolift.
"Bridge" With that the the door close and the lift heads up.
Once he gets to the birdge he gets off and heads right over to the ready room...
Walking in looks about ..
"Sorry I late..."
finds a chair and sey.

Ralph looks at the Doc as he enters the Ready Room a few minutes later, the Doc then apologies for being late as he takes a seat, Ralph nodded to him, and waits for Kaine to begin

She looked to the Chief Engineer. " Vill begin in just a moment Chief."A few moments later everyone was in the room. " Now the ve are all here I vill begin our briefing. Relief effort convoys on there vay to the colony planet Valeria have been under attack by Pirate elements. So far they have not killed anyone but the loss of supply's to the many colonist cannot continue. The Tarawa has been dispatched to hunt down these Pirates. There are also been reports of pirates taking some colonists as slaves. Questions?" She waited to see if anyone had questions.
