Ralph had just exited the ready room and walked onto the bridge walked over to the XO seat and sat down.
press the com button on his chair LtCol Hall to Lt. Kinsely run a systems check then Power up all Systems, we will leaving in two hours he then switches to ship wide Com Attention all departments run systems checks and all departments report in he orders
He then checks on the supplies, and fines the ship is fully resupplied, he sits back in his chair and waits for the areas to report in

She tapped on her com, "All Marines accounted for, and we are ready for deployment when needed. Inventories are full. Iverson out."

She entered the bridge then went directly to her console. She entered her access code and the console come to life, she smiled. Then she looked at the last maintenance report.
"Sir, Helm reports, we are green and ready for departure. All related departments are at optimal levels."

Hearing Iverson's reply he looks at the roster and sees its Major Iverson the MCO he press his Com button Acknowledge Major, Hall out he says
He looks over to Helm Very good Capt he says as he looks at the roster again Dorius he says with a smile

Before going to the bridge she stopped at her office to go over the reports. She checked out the new crew members calling up their service records and reading up on them.
Then turned her attention to the reports that were on her desk. There was nothing unusual in them or to report. Finally she went over the roster for security.
Thirty minutes later she entered the bridge crossing it, to go directly to her console. She entered her access code, checked the security monitors, and had the security teams report in.
"Sir, Security reporting in. All teams are in position and we are ready for departure."

Ralph sees an Andorian enter the bridge and he watches her go to her station were she reports her teams are in position and ready for departure
Looking at the Major Very Good Major Anri he say trying to pronounce the last name

He entered the bridge a few minutes behind Zarlena. He moved over to the Tactical officer, relieving his relief. He perused the readings and done some quick sensor checks before he heard the new XO call for all departments to run system check and to report in
He glanced up and looked at him. ~ Ralph ~ scurried through his mind briefly and he mentally chuckled before dismissing it
"Tactical systems are green across the board, Colonel and ready for any action"

Once the Doctor is do with the inventory, he see that several of the cargo crates mark with his names. He wonder if they are the one he been waiting to catch up within.
Find a few crew member and ask them to bring thsm to his quarter..once they have some time.
Both men agreet to do so...with that Doc heads back up to Sickbay.

Justin had already came back to main engineering a few days earlier in order to work on the automatic and manual targeting modes. When he started on testing them out, it appeared that there was a slight glitch in the targeting mode systems and he was working on getting them worked out. Not everyone is able to pick up glitches at their consoles. That is why some people are adaptable to pick up things better than others.
Justin was working on the glitches when he heard LtCol Hall. He tapped on his commbadge to return a reply as he continued on to work in main engineering. +LtCol Hall+ "1Lt Kinsely here. I've been running system checks on both automatic and manual targeting modes as Colonel Kaine ordered and I had found a minor glitch, sir. Am working on it and it will be repaired before we set off.", he replied to LtCol. Hall.
As Justin waited for a reply, he continued on getting the glitch taken care off immediately. While he is working on the glitch, Justin ran system checks on the rest of the ship's systems. It was only a moment later that he found the slight glitch and quickly repaired targeting mode systems. The system checks on the ship's systems showed that everything was normal.
+LtCol Hall+ "The automatic and manual targeting modes are repaired, sir. All system checks in great condition.", he reported.
