She heard the announcement, and sighed. "Aye, looks like the mini vacation for the artifacts people has ended. Actually its not so bad, I'm not used to so much free time."
When Chase got up she looked at him. "Good night Chase, and sleep well. I'll be seeing ya in the morrow."
After he left she looked at Ivan and his brother. They continued to talk for the next hour, and then she looked at Ivan. "I'll have to be going now. I need to go over my plans and reports in preparation for the meeting. I'll see ya at breakfast." She leaned over and kissed him. "Good night."
She turned then walked out.

After eating, he spent his time visiting and talking with Sara. A couple hours later, an announcement was made over the intercom that caught his attention
"All Artifacts employees there will be a meeting at 1000 hours in the conference room."
He smiled a bit "Alright. I was wondering when they were gonna get around to meeting to discuss this new world of ours"
He started getting tired as it was getting late in the day. He turned to Sara "Well, love. looks like tomorrow's gonna be a busy day so i think i'm gonna turn in early"
He leaned in and gave her a lingering kiss "Sweeat dreams to you and don't miss me too much" He laughs, then gets up. As he passes Beth, he musses up her hair a little "g'night kiddo. See you in the morn"
With that he left and returned to his quarters
Once he entered, he knew he was not alone. He heard movement in the sleeping area and assumed it would be his new roommate. He was already half expecting him
He went into the sleeping area and leaned on the doorway jam with his elbow, seeing his new roomy sitting on his bed "Hello. You must be my new roommate"

Ravin drank down his water, and meticulously wiped his mouth as he finished dinner.
"Well, Dr," He said after hearing the announcement.
"It appears as though they want to put us to work right away."
He smiled. "I'm not techinically an Employee, but it would behoove me to be there."

He put the padd down and looked over in the direction of the male voice. Sitting up he nodded, then stood up and walked over, extending his hand.
"Chase Addison, Communications Admistration."

He noded to Chase as he left and Cerius half grined at the man. The two brothers then stayed to talk to Skye before Ivan caught on to what Skye said about a busy day. I understand and will see you in the morning when the sun meets again with the sky and its time to eat. He smiled as she warmly kissed him and he kissed her back before letting her go to her quarters.
That is when he desided to get up and limp his way back to his sleeping asignment. His brother more or less helpted him knowing full well Ivan was not one to ask for help. Ivan was still mending and Cerius was still helping him heal in more then one way. The brothers then went to their respective areas and got ready for bed. Ivan layed out on his bunk when he got there and just staired up at the cealing. He knew that this night would be the night he would lay awake.

He pushed off the wall/doorway with his shoulder slightly as his roomy got up and met him with a handshake. He took a couple steps forward and met him, extending his own hand to shake Chase's
"Troy Jensen, at your service. I'm the Transportation Administrator of Thales"
He gave him a friendly smile as he shook his hand firmly

He nodded as he released the mans hand. "I was getting ready for tomorrows meeting. Have a lot cover. Its amazing how much has to be done yet, even with the prelimarly work of Artifacts."

She went directly to her quarters entering them she saw her room mate still wasn't in. Taking her padd and data she sat at the console and began to go over all the plans she had so far to choose which one she would present as the most viable.
Once she decided on that she began to make her presentation, and tried to see any possible questions she might be asked. Preparation was important in what she did, along with accurate records. After an hour she got up to get coffee knowing this would be a long night.
After getting the coffee, she returned to her work.

standing in the middle of the mess hall listening to the overhead message nodding to himself with a smirk 10 AM huh why the heck can;t anything be translated into civil timing? 1300 1450 whats with it?" shaking his head checking the time roughly 9 PM "well thats enough time his jobs simple enough just electrical communications lines relays and plug ins for transmission replicators and prepackaged units easy enough still for a few drinks some music and entertainment. wrinkling his face up a little and finally settling on a menu item from the replicator chosing a simple salad and iced tea to wash the whole mess down with taking a seat next to the windows always hating watching the stars move around all the time man was not intended to live this way he thought personally flipping his PADD out reading a few sections from the Torah always relying on it for strength and guidance courage and encouragement. browsing the materials and smirking to himself while nibbling down his salad. plenty of time he thought to himself.

At 2300 hours she took her padd with her and got comfortable on her bed. Hoping this would help her to relax. In the last few days so much had happened, that at times it seemed she lived an entire lifetime in that span.
She started to read Wallace by Nigel Tranter and fall asleep after a 30 minutes.

Beth looks at Sara "He's going to do that one to many Times and i'ma gone whoop his a$$" she laughs
"Sissy I remember Charlie always doing that to you, so I know you will not whoop on Troy you can always ask him to stop" Sara says
Beth lowers her eyes "Iz don't mind, and Iz told Charlie to naver do it again" she sniffs "Iz yelled at him and he ain't been around for 11 years, its all my fault"
She looks up with tears on her face "He's never seen Kayla, because of me she's never gone to know him, Iz did mean to make him mad" Beth cries
Sara moves over to Beth and hugs her "Sissy you had nothing to do with Caryl on died and he started running" she says then gets up takes Kayla and they head for their quarters
"He started running?"Beth asks
"Yes from love he was hurt so bad, he ran and built a wall around his heart, he keep everyone out even us" She says as they enter the Quarters
"Funny Thing on walls you build them to keep things out of your heart but the also keep things in, all the pain and sadness eat at him, I'll send him a message that I need to talk to him, you get some sleep" Sara says Beth nods as the but Kayla to bed then Beth and Sara goes to bed

Chase released his hand as he had released and he heard him say "I was getting ready for tomorrows meeting."
He nods, going over to his own bed. The bed that he shared with Sara. He couldn't help but smile at the memory "Yeah, I need to do that myself. Figure out what I want to do and what questions to ask"
He then sat down on his bed as he had seen Chase done, grab the PADD that was on the nightstand and heard Chase say Its amazing how much has to be done yet, even with the preliminary work of Artifacts."
He looked up and smiled at him "Yeah, isn't it awesome? Not only do we get to dig around and dig up some past relics, we also get to colonize a whole new world. Now that's cosmic" excitement twinkled in his eyes

"I suppose so. That only reminds me of my real love archeology and anthropology. I discovered that in my last year of graduate study. What a year. Man I will never forget that year." he chuckles and shakes his head and reaches for his beer on the nightstand.

Jeff was sitting in his room.. He would relax before he would have to take up his life as the Cop for to say. He would open a book up and start to read. He had not had time to just relax for about 4 years and now he wanted to relax for at least a hour or so.

Hitomi made her way back to the quarters she shared with a yet unknown roommate. Technically, as an "employee" of Artificats Inc, she had no frills accomadations aboard the Mercury. After all those years in the school dorms though, it was still pretty nice and roomy.
A quick strip and a trip through the sonic shower had her feeling clean and ready for bed. Soon she would be sound asleep and waiting for the new day and the mandatory meeting that would hopefully answer so many questions.. and maybe pose whole new ones at the same time.
She could only hope sleep would find her soon enough
