He chuckled again as she laughed "Yes sweetheart if we want to catch the ride to Thales" she takes his hand and starts back. He walked with her, commenting "I know, darlin'. I'm just playin' with your leg"
"15 days.. what will do for 15 days?" She asks. "Besides Talk, you mean"? He ponders that "I'm sure we can start thinking about what we want to do when we get there.. like build what where and how"
He also thought of some other things he'd like to do in those 15 days. As they approached the group again, he saw a couple new people "looks like we got some new arrivals" he tell her, holding her hand

So, down the corridor Hitomi walked, humming lightly to herself to fight away the feelings of anxiety she was feeling. She had not felt this way since she had applied to Med School and had been called in for her first meeting with the men and women who would decide if she was good enough to attend their institution or not.
She hated that feeling.
Eventually she found the door marked 'Governor: Sandorval Colony'. Pausing a moment to collect her thoughts and runaway emotions, she hit the chime... and waited. It seemed that the Governor was not in his office. This was turning out to be one of those days.

"Dun be looking so surprised. I wanted to kiss ya before but there was too many around. Now I think we should go." As they left she took one last look. Then she saw crews entering various cargo holds. It was then she was told they would be leaving in 2 hours for Thales. Since it took them longer it was worked out for the freighters to get there several hours after the transport ship would. They left the freighter going back to the lounge. He then offered his arm to her and they walked back to the others in the Lounge. |

You wouldn't happen to be looking for the Governor, would you? ::He flashed his best boyish smile at the woman.:: "Oh! Hi!" Hitomi found herself smiling despite herself as the man flashed her that cute smile. At least she didn't find herself blushing, yet. "Yes, I was told to meet up with him to finsh up the rest of processing. Things were running a little late and I am sort of a last minute recruit to the Colony." She offered her hand to him. "I'm Doctor Hitomi Yamazaki, and you are?" |

Actually, at this moment, I find myself very glad to be the Governor.
It's a pleasure to meet you, Dr Yamazaki. Last minute or not, I'm grateful to have with us on this little escapade. ::He chuckled.::

ACTION The freighters left DS5 sooner then the colony transport ship. Since the freighters took longer, both captains of the colony transport and the Captain of the fleet of freighters worked it out so they would get there 3 hours after the colonist were on the surface. Those watching the freighters leave felt the excitement and for some the concerns growing. |

Sara spots the freighters in the VP she squeezes Troy's hand "Their go the freighters wont be long now" she looks at Troy with a smile
She then sees the Guy as she walks back to the table holding Troy's hand "Hi I'm Sara Greathouse and this is my Boyfriend Troy Jensen" she then introduces her Family

He felt Sara squeeze her hand and tell him "Their go the freighters wont be long now" she looked at him and smiled as he glanced out the VP, watching the Freighter slowly leave port
He dreaded the long 15 day ride but then he was also looking forward to it. He was tired of waiting and wanted to get things started. He looked back into Sara's smiling and loving face "That's good, babe. I'm kind of tired of waiting. I can't wait to get started on that planet and start my life with you"
He smiled and then turned to the man that she introduced herself, and himself, and the rest of her family to, noting that he looked like he could be in the construction business "Nice to meet you" he said to the man ( Arron ) sticking his hand out for him to shake, his other arm around Sara's waist

Well, Dr, It appears it won't be long now. "How soon do you think?" She too noted the freighters leaving their parking orbit around the station and heading off to warp. "They travel slower than the transport ships, right?" Hitomi had to admit, that at the young age of 24, she might have felt little too young to take on the weighty role of Doctor to this fledgling Colony, the Governor didn't look too much older. Maybe they were all in for a learning experience together? |

Cerius greeting his brother with a hug when he came back seeing the two holding hands." The transports be leaving that means we're next. Glad you two love brids made it back. Would have been a shame to lose two lovely doves before the winds changed to favor their path."
Ivan just kind of smiled,"The only shame you would have felt would be the disapointment I wouldn't be around for you to irritate for the final trip to the colony."
Cerius laughted," Just checking to see if it was you ya old goat. Your glowing like you be a teenager in love."
Ivan sighed," I am in love, but not the way in which you are thinking. I am content to enjoy the simple pleasure of just holding," looks to Skye," onto the most beautiful women's hand in the galxy." He smiled softly at her.
Ivan then looked around and saw the gathering had grown quit a bit since both him and Skye left. He couldn't help but feel excited about the new adveture that would be comming to them all.

He shook Arron's handm feeling the strength in his hands, and knew he had to be in construction
He then chuckled a bit, as he looked over toward Ivan and Cerius, hearing Cerius giving his brother some more good natured ribbing
Ivan told his brother "I am in love, but not the way in which you are thinking. I am content to enjoy the simple pleasure of just holding," He saw him look at Skye, lovingly "onto the most beautiful woman's hand in the galaxy."
He spoke up, smiling at Ivan "Congrats, Ivan. Although, I think Skye would have some competition on the title of most beautiful woman in the galaxy" He looked lovingly at Sara, then looked back to Ivan, "They are quite beautiful, and special"
