He jumps out of line when Greathouse calls to him to start light training exercises
"All right, ladies" He yelled, looking to those assembled "You heard the Lt, light exercises on the double, move it, move it, move it!"

He sees his team jump into Action and start a light work out. They divide up and some do jumping Jacks other do push ups.
He looks back to Nemi and Marcus They get right to it he smiles I'll take it easy on them, their wound tight and I learned form the Major theirs a time to press them and time to pull back

He looks at Marcus and smiles Anything under Full Gear, this is really more of a warm up than light work out
He watches his men Their wound tight about what has happen, no use in pushing them to far, I would have them run 5 miles on top this and some hand to hand training,

He was suppressing that he was worried about Kaine, and Iverson, as not to worry his team

"Assessment? I wasn't here on business." She walked with him down the corridor "But If you like, I can offer an opinion or two. From my observations, if the Marines here are a reflection of how the ship is run in general, then I'd say there's a lot of pride in service indicated. But now I'm curious lieutenant, why would you be interested in my perspective?

Interesting observation, and one I came upon right away also. He thought for a moment about the question and the meaning behind it. Its had to know with you 'psych types' if a cigar is a cigar and a question a simple one, but I have a simple answer. I'm ambitious. It would be easy to say I' m curious and part of me is, but now that I've actually begun to take seriously my career I would like to command a ship like this one day. If you take that into account, learning how to assess morale and asking a counselor her observations on the matter are logical.

As they entered the turbo lift Marc noticed a few eyes on them. It was no surprise, the counselor was not an unattractive woman. He prompted the lift for Main Engineering. This would be and interesting conversation considering he had only met Bradley once and briefly. As the lift opened he allowed her to enter first.

After finishing his light work out, he moves over to an area of tables,
Gets him self a tall glass of Milk and sits down, the other come over
Gears says Would you look at that he made 2Lt
Angle He sure did he's an Officer now she goes to Attention the others follow
As you were he wiggles his fingerer to Flame she moves up to him
I am also your MXO he says quietly
Flame yells Well Hush my Mouth he's the MXO they all look at him
He laughs She is better than a ship com Flame blushes

Having been doing his usual security duties he posted a team on the Marine Deck then took an "Unofficial" visit to a certain Marine he had not seen in over a week. It wasnt like the whole place would fall apart if he took a few minutes to say hi before heading to the bridge would it?
