David is in the transporter room when he hears shore leave is over.
Looking at Beth "Are you sure, you wont stay?" he asks her
"Hun, I just don't think a ship is a place to raise a child" Beth says
David smiles "I understand" he says as he kisses Beth then Kayla "I love you both and will get back when I can" he says looking in Beth's eyes "I hope you will not tire of being gone allot and move on" he says as he closes his eyes.
"Hun, y'all know how y'all say once a Marine always a Marine? Well I got something stronger" She says with a smile "Once a Greathouse always a Greathouse" she says as she Kisses David "Now go before you get in trouble" she says she makes Kayla wave by as they are beamed off the ship
David watches them go then Taps his Com badge "All right Black Sheep report to Paradise Deck play times over, I'll be their in 3 minutes" he says
"We'll be their" Gears laughs, David then heads for the Marine Deck

Sam's Com badge goes off as the crew is recalled, they will be leaving in 2 hours, she looks at Dexx "Dinner was great, and so was the Company" she says with a smile as she finishes her meal, she waits to go back with Dexx

She was in the middle of a tour into an Earth ice cave. In a way it reminded her of home, but many of the dangers she knew was not present. This was more relaxing, peaceful. It was welcomed after everything that happened. But she would do it again.
She tapped on her com and reported in. "Aniri here, I'll be back on the ship in 30 mins."
She immediately returned to the hotel, and got ready to leave. After settling her account she had the Tarawa beam up her up.

She was already walking across the gangway from the station to the Tarawa, when she herd the message come over her combadge. She taps her combadge. " Saris here I'll be back on the ship in 60 seconds saris out."

He wipes his face with a napkin. then looks at her and smiles. { Thank you for joining me. I enjoyed your company very much. I gues like all good things it must end and now we have to get back to the ship.} He stands up and offers his hand to help her up. { Shall we?}

Sam smiles at Dexx "Yes I'm going to miss this place the food was good" She says as she takes his hand and gets up "We don't want miss the ship, we be in trouble" she laughs

Sh laughs. { I'm Sure they would wait for you. What would the bridge be without the most beautiful science officer.} He said as he walked alongside her back to the Tarawa.

Sam walks down the corridor and arrives at her quarters she enters her code then smiles at Dexx "I would like that very much" she replies on having dinner again
She opens her door "Would like to have a drink if your not head to work" she asks

She and Melvin decided to spend their time talking and getting to know each other. Leave had sped by or so it seemed. Her comm went off and she rolled over looking at his sleeping form. She gently placed her hand on his chest, ~~Melvin wake up, we have enough time for breakfast here or on the ship. Which would prefer?~~ She kissed his cheek.
