She sat in her office reading reports and looking over personnel files. Also approving shore leave. She taps her combadge. " Lt. Kinsely Please report to my ready room." She goes back to reading.

Sitting in his office in sickbay and has just finish his reports to StarFleet Command and Starfleet Medical.
Doc figure that he will stay onboard as the do some resuppling and a few minior repairs to a few of the station.

As he sits back he wonder how those people are doing on their new world. He thinks that maybe he should have stay behind with some of his away team to help out.

The Tarawa arrives at the Earth Station McKinley, and the ship starts it shore leave. David gathers a few things then beams down in front of Charlie’s House, He walks up and enters the house.

Looking around he smiles he hasn’t been home in a year, as he thinks about all that has happen in the last 10 months. Aloud scream snaps him out of it “David! David!” Beth screams as she runs up and hugs him. He keeps a strait face and looks at her “Beth I’m Clyde” he says. Beth looks at him “You think I don’t know my Childs Father! The Man I Love!” She says up set David pulls her tight against him and kisses her passionately then looks in her eyes “God I have missed you” he says.

“I reckon no kiss for your mother, not like I matter” His Mom says, David walks over and kisses her cheek “Mom I missed you” he says as he hugs her. David finds his dad on the Mars Colony doing work on a project, he frowns “well maybe next time I’m in” he says

David then hears a little giggle he turns to see Beth holding Kayla, Beth hands her to him, he gently takes and holds her. “Kay this is your Pa” Beth says to he, she giggles and grabs his nose. David kisses her little hand “Kay….Kay” David cries as he kisses her head, Beth and his Mom smiles at David his face against Kayla as he holds her with tears running down his face.

David never wants to let Kay go shes two years old, and this is the first time he has held her or seen her in person, Kayla struggles then cries David looks at her "its OK Kay" he says he hands her back to Beth.

Beth can't help but laugh as she takes Kay, Beth makes a funny voice "Pa I had a bath I not need another" she says holding Kay facing him who giggles.

After the Tarawa arrives at the Earth Station McKinley, Sam heads to her parents house in Racine, WI once their she enters the house, “Mom! Dad! You home” she calls out. “Sam!” I deep voice yells as her father enters the room “Well just don’t stand their give your old man a hug” He says.

Sam gives him a hug “How are you Dad? Where’s Mom at? How’s Willie and Stacey ?” she asks, her dad laughs "I'm fine Sam" he says as her family comes into the room “Sam” her mothers says with tears in her eyes, Sam hugs her "Mom" she says, then she hears “Sis” Stacey says with a smile as she then hugs Sam, Sam hugs her back, “SAD!” Willie says with a grin.

Sam spends toward Willie and with a smile “WAD!” she says as she hugs him, then Stacey laughs “Some parents eh naming the kids they way they did” She says they all laugh at it three kids Samantha Ann Doogan aka Sam or Sad which she hates, Stacey Isabel Doogan aka Stace or Sid which she hates, and Willie Andrew Doogan aka Will or Wad which he hates.

Sam vowed to never do that to her Child when she has one, but what could she expect from her father Mark Anthony Doogan aka Anthony or Mad and Tammy Ann Doogan aka Tam or Tad.

They all set down and started catching up on what’s happened in the past year.

[Col Ralph D Hall]

Ralph Was setting in the Semper Fi Bar (a Marine Bar) near the Academy, the Semper Fi is quite large, all Marine cadets of drinking age visit and all Marines visit it when their back in SF.
The Cadet Semper Fi is another part of the Bar, theirs no alcohol severed their, but on Graduation night the wall that divides the two is opened up and theirs a party that last 3 days for the graduating class of Marines.

“Hey Jack Whiskey” Ralph orders. “Yes Sir! Snake” he says, has he gets the order Ralph nods. “Been awhile sense you been here Snake” Jack says. “Yes it has, just got in from visiting the folks back home, waiting for my new orders” he says.

“Snake! Snake!” A female yells, he looks toward the Voice. “Well as I breath and die! Sue! Sue Hadada how the hell have you been?” he asks her “Great Snake!, I want you meet some of my girls” She says.

Ralph looks at her funny. “Girls?” Sue laughs.” I’m a DI now” She smirks. “No you a DI the Girl who streaked down the parade grounds?” he asks, Sue laughs and takes him by the hand and leads him into the Cadet Semper Fi.

In Side Ralph looks around, a smile crosses his lips at all the fun he had in the place. He stops for a minute at the Honor Wall and looks at the photo’s of those who graduated top 20 of the class, A lot these Marines made it big in the Marines, Ralph sighs at his photo and his Buddy Rick killed in the war, A lot made it big a lot died.

Sue finely drags him over to a table of 20 girls. “Girls this is Major Ralph Hall” Sue says. The girls look at him and say hi. “Hello Ladies” he says with a smile.

“Oh great another one who thinks he’s god’s gift to women” says Mindy. “That’s enough Cadet Sullivan” Sue yells. Laughing “You maybe not like guys?” Ralph asks her with a smile as he sits by her. ” I like guys just not those who think their something every woman wants” Mindy says, Sue looks at her, Ralph holds up his right hand to stop Sue, his tattoo shows. “Well let me introduce my self! LtCol Ralph Davis Hall you can call me Snake” he says.

The other girls start asking about his tats. “I’ll show you them after I talk with Mindy here” he says. Mindy shakes her head “Snake, is that because of the tats you have?” she asks.

Ralph leans in toward her stopping 3”from her faces “No Cadet, I’m called Snake” he says with a smile. “Snake don’t you dare do it” Sue yells. “I’m called Snake because” he says then sticks out his tongue and wipes it across her lips. “Mmm tasty” he says. “if you were older I’d show why I’m called snake” He says with smile.

The girls all start laughing, by now even some guys gathered around, Ralph smiles at Mindy, then looks at the Cadets. “Enjoying your training?” he asks them, the Cadets yell Yes Sir, Ralph laughs.

He sits and talks to the Cadets for awhile telling them about the War, not glamorizing it, he told them what really happened after a few hours a Lcpl enters and walks up to him and slautes. “LtCol Hall Sir, I’m Lcpl Tillman here are your orders Sir” He says has he holds out the orders, at Attention. “At ease” he says has he takes the orders, then puts his thumb print the Lcpl salutes and leaves.

Ralph reads the Orders and looks at Sue “Got to go your looking at the new XO of the USS Tarawa” he says as he stands up he gives Sue a hug and a kiss. “See you around Sue, take care Cadets” he turns and leaves, as they all says by.

As he leaving the Semper Fi “Did that Lcpl find you Snake?” Jake asks. “Yes Jack thanks got run XO of Tarawa” he says as he opens the door. “Conrad’s Snake” Jack Yells as Ralph goes out the door, going to his guest room he gathers his duffle bag then beams onto the ship.

The Next Day David, Beth and their Families arrived at the church, everything is ready, its not the fanciest Wedding but it doesn’t need to be he's marring the woman who is life to him.

David is getting ready when his Dad enters “Wish your brothers could be here” his Dad says. “Me to Dad me to” he replies. “Oh Charlie and Clyde sent this months back said hold on to till you married snot nose” his dad laughs, David laughs “That’s Charlie and Clyde for you Dad” he says as he opens the box and finds a card and reads it.

If your reading this we couldn’t make it to the important day in your life, and we’re sorry Bro, what can we say we know you and Beth Ann will be happy together, and Kayla.
we wish we was their but we’re who knows were right now, we have been though a lot together and we well me Charlie was not always the best brother to you, but we know you know we love you.
So our gifts to you if you like is 200 Acers of land, Dad will sign over(Charlie). Also a Terellian diamond ring with a 24k band encrusted with Terellian diamonds.(Clyde)

David looks and finds the deed and a small box containing the ring, he smiles “Thanks Bros” he says.

Charlie and Clyde sent a letter to Beth as well giving her an emerald green Wedding dress made of Tholian silk.

Soon the music started and Beth’s father walked her down the aisle then took a seat, the preacher said his part and Beth Ann Millhonae became Beth Ann Greathouse.

After Visiting her Family Sam returns to the ship, Earth and seeing her Family was fun but, she missed the ship it has become a home to her.

Sam heads to Quarters carrying somethings she bought on Earth and what he family gave her.

[Lt Cmdr Melvin Moon]

Melvin stepped into the 10 forward lounge on the Tarawa after coming from his quarters. After finishing the shuttle mission he felt dead tired. After he parked the shuttle, he went straight to his quarters to get 10 hours of sleep, after calling the bridge to let them know that's where he was going.

He's actually gotten 12 hours. On his way to the Lounge, he heard about the change in command. Major Kaine had been promoted to Lt Colonel and recieved Command of the Tarawa from the Acting Captain, Major Aniri. He also heard there was to be another First Officer coming aboard

As he made his way over to the replicator, he wondered if this would be the last change in command for the Tarawa. He wondered briefly if he would ever get his own command

"Coffee, hot, mixed with cream and sugar and an Oskoid wrap" he stated to the replicator. After getting his order, he went to sit down

After Sam put her stuff away, then change cloths and heads for 10 Fwd.

As she heads to the lounge she thinks about David, and Dexx and wonders how they are, She enters the lounge walks to the Replicator "Eel (ål), (smoked or fried eel), Black pudding, (sausage made from blood), Akvavit (a clear, high proof spirit made from potatoes but, unlike vodka, always herbed) and Rice Pudding" she orders then heads to a table and sees Moon

Smiling at Moon "May I join you" she asks

He was wondering what Zarlena was doing when Sam approached with her meal and asked to join him. He gave her a friendly smile

"Sure, I would be pleased to have some company. I could never turn down the company of a lovely woman" His thoughts returned to Zarlena briefly as Sam sat down with her meal. He glanced at what she had

"That looks good" then took a bite of his wrap

Sam sits down "Thank you"she says, She then smiles Thank you for the complement but I'm not beautiful just plane,yes the food is good its Danish" she says "would you like to try a piece Eel its smoked eel" she says as she takes a bite

Melvin grimaced spying the eel

"Thank you for the offer, Sam, but seafood doesnt agree with me too well"

He turned his grimace back into a smile

"As far as being plain, I am sure that most guys would disagree with that statement, myself included. I think you're attractive young woman that any man would feel lucky to have"

Sam laughs at Moon's look as, he sees the eel, she takes a bite then some black pudding, She smiles when he says she attractive young woman that any man would feel lucky to have, she laughs "You know anyone?" she asks then takes a drink

His eyes twinkled with amusement as Sam asked him if he knew anyone

"It happens that I do"

He could almost feel her excitement rising
