She walked in wearing her work out gear a Grey aerobic bra and Grey athletic shorts and running shoes. She decide to do her 5 mile run before she started to do her work out.

Leave was extended to allow for the holidays, now its time to move on.

After her two hour work out she left the gym and headed back to her quarters to take a shower and get some sleep.

She arrived at the gym 20 minutes after waking up. There were only a few others in the gym as she entered. Placing her towel on a bench she went to the promenade part, which was really just a raised walkway around the gym used by those running or jogging. After a few stretches and deep knee bends to get the sleepy out as she laughingly called it.
She stood at the start line when Lt jg Torin, walked to the start line standing next to her. "Y'all ready there Captain?"
Zar laughed. "Still think you'll beat me?"
"Well, if I had y'all quickness I would. But then I'm only a mere Human. But, yes'um someday I will beat you."
As Janice took off, Zar allowed her a 60 sec start. To compensated for the differences in their races. They ran the course twice, and for the first time, Janice won.
"What did I tell ya, someday and its here."
"No fair you took advantage of my lack of concentration. " out of breath and laughing.
"Care to talk about it?"
"Nothing to talk about just a lack of concentration. I'll see you tomorrow Janice."
Zar picked up her towel, wiped her face and hands then tied it around her waist. Leaving she smiled at Jensen as he walked in. She went directly to her quarters.

Was in the Gym she had been crying and was taking it out on the dummies "No will touch me!" she yells as she kicks it "I'm a pregnant dog am I!" she yells as she fires off rapped punches
"I see him I'll kick his brains in" she yells, just then the doors open and ALeg falls to the floor, Flame runs over "You Ok Sir?"

He struggled to sit up and when he finally managed he fell over face first into her lap and mumbled "I mean it. I'm sorry. It was totally uncalled for and I still think your beautiful..and you smell good too" Ok..that could seriously be taken out of context at the moment.

She rubs his head "Thank You" she looks at him laying face down in her lap, then helps him sit up "Sir Maybe I should help you back to your Quarters?"
