Sitting the Data PADD down,"I was just enjoying the coolness of the quarters and going over the Engineering specs on this ship.It is very impressive it is designed to take a considerable amount of damage."
"Jayless as you know my name is Akeen.I am the Versatile Officer so I keep my self apprised of Engineering since I have found my job often involves assisting Main Engineering in some fashion or form."

"Yes of I will be joining you I think it is a good way to get to know one another more do you not agree?Considering we will be sharing quarters for as long as we are stationed on the ship."
Bringing his eyes up to meet hers his head tilted slightly toward the ground.

He had just gotten dressed from taking a shower when her heard his door chime."Enter" a young Lt. on Beta shift brought him a stack of PADDs.
Nodding he took them all and took a deep breath so he would not start cussing profusely.Thinking this many transfers all at once?Shaking his head he tapped his COMM Badge'.
"Lt. Saito Doctor Arai Lt. Saris please report to my quarters asap."

He waited until everyone was assembled "I have some news for you all Vash You have a transfer to USS Denver" then looks at Saito "Saito you have been Transfered to USS Dakota" looking at the at the Doctor "Doctor your to accompany Kaine to the Star Fleet Hospital in SF your to be her personal doctor".
"You have all served above and beyond all expectations and I hate to let you go but orders are orders.God speed and good luck to you all."
He watched as they all filed out heading in different directions shaking his head."I need a drink." He left his quarters and heading for Five forward he did not feel like leaving the ship considering everything that happened.

Giving her one more kiss Aleg limped off down the corridor towards the turbo lift. Great he thought. He needed to be on duty soon but at least he had time to stop by sick bay and have his leg checked out and more than enough time to make up a story before he got there.

Yuna reached sickbay, pushing the stoller in front of her. She had to pause a moment as she saw someone else coming down the hallway from the other direction. From the looks of it, he is in a hurry. She mananged to catch his rank insignia as he passed. He wore the same rank as she: Seond Lt.
She waited until he passed until she would enter and look around for the Daycare/nursery. She found it off toward the left. She'd enter and look around, seeing a couple other children of various ages already at play
The daycare attended came over and greeted her and they spoke about how she was just assigned to the ship as a new security officer and she needed a place to keep her kids to make sure that they are safe for the day. The attendant assured her that she is in the right place and would be happy to watch them until the end of her shift. She thanked the attendant and made sure her girls were comfortable before leaving them, not wanting to but she knew she had to as she could not take them with her on shift
If she is going to be in security, she is going to need to explore the ship to find out where everything is. With that thought in mind, she set out to do just that

While she showered she considered her new lodge mate. Its been a long time since she had one. The loneliness felt was hard to describe to a non Andorian. She got of the shower and towel dried her hair.
She went into the kitchen and ordered red-bat stew and Hari for dipping into the stews gravy. And she got them both a cup of Srjula (is a bright yellow, tart and bitter tea traditionally made by dissolving orange-colored leaves in
hot water.)
"Akeen come and eat. I hope you enjoy my selections."

She smiled at him. "I'm sure that it would but." She got up and went to the replicator. She brought back some oskoid warps and utterberri wine.
"The growls of your stomach tell me you need to eat." she sat down next to him after placing the platter of warps, and wine on the coffee table. She took one and feed him.

"There is one, on this ship I call friend. Major Sandra Iverson, we meet when she was stationed oddly enough on Andoria for a year. I was in the Imperial Guard and she was Federation. You would think she would have been assigned to a more friendly place. But no, she would not have her pink skin allow her such a privilege. So she was stationed with me at an installation in the Northern Wildness."
"She more then anyone gave me the knowledge, peace, and understanding to be alone for this long. She was the only pink skin there and most of the time when on patrol she would take on a bluish color from the cold. We would tease her."
"Simply knowing she was on board make things easier. We have an unusual relationship. That is too difficult to explain."
She dipped her hari, into the stew. "Tell me what has brought you here and are in the Federation or the Imperial Guard?"

"I was in the Imperial Guard ground forces to be exact.I guess you would see me as the odd one but I was always curious about the Federation and how they functioned as a fleet.I let that curiosity get the best of me and I resigned from the guard and enlisted in the one group I thought would fit an Andorian best and that was the Star Fleet marines."
"Once there I found the marines to my liking.For pink skins they were fierce fighters smart and able to adjust to any situation.As I said I was curious so I took the Versatile Specialist classes.I found I could learn more in that position.I focused on my duties and tried to push back the loneliness I felt however."
"After graduation I was assigned to the USMV Marianas a small fast response frigate.However I had to keep myself very busy as my thoughts kept going back to Andor.When I found I was being transfered to another ship I did not know exactly what to think,My commanding officer Lt. Colonel Baker called me into his office.It was there I was informed my transfer was to be the Tarawa."
"It was not until I got aboard that I found out another of my kind you to be specific was already on board.So like this friendship you have with this Iverson I have wondered if our Colonel has not done his research on our people and had me transfered.This is only a thought perhaps I put to much into how I came here.The stew is very good and I hope I have answered your question to your satisfaction."

"I have not given up my commission in the IG, I'm on loan." she laughed. "Actually an exchange officer, it was only supposed to be for a year. However, that year has become a few. I'm not sure who is responsible for the extensions but I've grown used to it."
"In some ways its more challenging, and I have learned a great deal. Mainly about myself and the pink skins. They tend to surprise me more often then not." She took a mouthful of the stew.
"It would seem they are destined to achieve a certain level of recognition. They are more of the peace makers and keepers then many races."
"As for Colonel Allen having something to do with getting another Andorian on the ship. Maybe he did, hes been concerned ever since my last lodge mate left suddenly."
