He would ring the chime to the office.. He had to hold and see if she was in the office so that he can see her and get this meeting over with.

Kestra looked up the door once she heard the chime. "Come in.", she replied. She understood that not everyone wants to visit the ship's counselor once they first come on board. Whenever the Ensign did walked into her office, she stood up from her desk and smiled towards him.
"Welcome aboard, Ensign.", she replied to him. "I'm 1Lt Kestra Elbrun, the ship's counselor. You may call me Kestra if you like.", she said to him as she extended her hand towards him to shake hands.
Kestra also knew that some people are not always comfrontable talking to a ship counselor and she quite understood that. She always tried to embody the pleasantries so that everyone felt at ease talking with her. It was only her personality to have people around her feel comfrontable at least.

Left a message for the counselor that he will come later for his psyche evaluation and heads to sickbay.

A nod of his head was given as he would walk in. " Aye Ma'am" As for shaking hands he did not feel like shaking her hand yet. " May I ask why we have to be here for Ma'am?"
He really did not like being in the office at this time

Kestra understood if he did not wish to shake hands just yet. She withdrew her hand and places her hand behind her back. "I would still need to clear you for duty.", she said to him quite frankly. She moved back to her desk and easily leaned onto her desk. Kestra heard the chime and also received a message from a new fighter pilot that he would come back at another time.
"It is my understanding that you were highly regarded by several of your peers that you once served with, but I do wonder, what your thoughts are on your first assignment here on board the Tawara?", she asked Ensign Fallon.
Kestra could sense something from him, but she would not search for the answers for him. The CNS office is the only office that does not have any recording devices any where. It is only for the confidentiality of what a crewmember would say to a Counselor.

A nod of his head was given. " I under stand that Ma'am" He would stand there with his hands behind his back. He would take in what she was asking him
He would think for a few and would then answer " Well Ma'am I think it is not like it would be when I was in the academy Ma'am. I know there are no teachers here to have stop things bad from happening so it is going to be slightly hard I think.. And I now I am ready for this."
He would just stay standing there. He was relaxed and would try to answer all she asked.

Kestra listened to what his answer was to her question. She gave a nod of knowlegment after he finished. "True that there is no teachers on board, but there are officers on board that has been in Starfleet for number of years. They are always good to have as mentors.", she replied to him. She could tell that he was quite ready for what will come ahead of them. In her eyes, she saw that as comfronting to know.
"It is good to have a clear head and understanding of could come for each mission. Not very many people have that at first. Some require it after some time through out their years as a Starfleet Officers.", she continued to say to him. She walked up towards him and gave a smile. In some sessions, she have several questions. In others, one sometimes survice for now. This was one of those sessions. "I sense that you do have some level headness, which is good, and I do find you fit for duty. I do understand if you do not wish to come by my office any time in the future, but still want you to know that my office is always open for you and for anyone on board.", she said to her.

Kestra returned to her desk and began to make notations in her report about Ensign Fallon. A normal report she normally does on each crewmember that first come on board. After she made her few notations in her reports, Kestra was also informed that, in addition of the new fighter pilot, that there is also a new Chief Science Officer on board. She would see what files that they have before the come by her office to be cleared for duty.
Since that her cup was empty, Kestra picked up her cup and had it recycled. She decided she could meet the two new officers in sickbay and left her office to meet up with them.

Heading back to sickbay J.P runs into Lt. Elbrun coming from her office.
OOOO just the person I wanted to see. I need to speak to you about Major Kaine and getting her back to being a pilot.

And by the way...should I calll you Lt.? or Lt.Elburn or just Kestra?
As for me...I will answer to Doc to John.....smiles

Kestra smiled as she bumped into the doctor. "Hello, Doctor. I don't mind being called Kestra.", she replied to him. Kestra continued to listen to what else he had to say.
"Is there any concerns that you may have for her?", she asked him. As she was talking with the Doctor, Kestra heard someone calling her. She saw that it was Sam. I'll be right with you in a moment, Sam.", she said to her.
Kestra looked back at the Doctor. Don't mind waiting for a moment so that I am able to clear her?", she asked John.

No....take your time Kestra. I will be back in about 15 minutes. What I need to speak to you about is about some testing I need you to do on the Major. I am trying to get her flight statics back. And i going to need your help.
Looks over and see Sam...
And I see you have a patient....we will have time to talk about this later.
