[1Lt Kiele Christienne]

Kiele entered the restaurant assessing it with a critical eye. Plenty of room, good kitchen facilities. She nodded, satisfied. She'd have to get started on the decor quickly. She was planning a garden style tea party. Lots of flowers, lace tablecloths, tea, finger sandwiches, tarts and trifles.

Placing the reserved placard on the door, she left to gather up the needed materials.

Kiele wiped the sweat from her forehead and in doing so also realised how much she needed a shower.

Everything was ready.

A veritable Victorian garden of flowers had been gathered from various botanical collections. Getting everyone to agree to contribute something have been the most difficult, but the effect was well worth it. The air was delicately scented with lily, hyacinth and tuberose along with some exotics from Risa.

Tables were decorated with lace tablecloths in baby blue along with a centerpiece and a favor for each guest.

Fresh brewed tea added it's own flowery scent. She'd chosen one made with flower petals, remembering Nomine's preference for florals.

Sandwiches and sweets were laid out buffet style and the computer was programmed to play a variety of soft instrumentals. Grinning , Kiele decided on one last minute addition. A holo-peacock strutting about.
Perfect!
She'd get cleaned up and be back in an hour.

[Ava Walker]

Ava enters the restaurant she is dressed is in a formal Teal Dress with matching wide rim hat, she looks around

Smelling the scents of all the flowers and the fresh brewed tea, she smiled at how beautiful it was, she tried hiding feeling uncomfortable in a dress, she was always more of a Tom boy than a lady

Ava spots Kiele and walks up to her "I never been to one so fancy before" she says embarrassed "I hope Nomine likes my gift" she shows Kiele a bottle of J'adore L'absolu (J'adore L'absolu- Eau de Parfum Absolue) "Were do I put it at" she asks

[LtJr Summer Mist to~Sivao]

Summer Mist enters the Restaurant and is over whelmed by the smell of flowers and Tea, but notices how they do smell quite beautiful together, in he Black formal dress, she still trying to understand the need to covers one body with fake skin

She walks up to Kiele and waits until Ava and Kiele and looks around until they finished "Everything is beautiful Kiele you did a great job" she says as she holds a container of fresh natural Jasmin tea"which table do we but our gift" she asks

[LtJg Dr. Reeba Davenport]

Reeba Enters the Restaurant and sees a Young Girl and a Feline she sees Kiele and walks up to her, Reeba is wearing a Rose dress and matching hat

"Hello Kiele" she smiles "Lucy I mean pathfinder described you" She says as she holds up two bottles of 1996 Salon Blanc de Blancs Champagne "wheres the gift table" she smiles

Kestra walks in, wearing a lovely sky blue dress, and is stunned by all the beautiful flowers "Wow, someone really outdone themselves. This is quite beautiful" She smiles

Yuna comes in behind Yuna, all wide eyes and bushy-tailed, wearing a stylish purple and green style dress "Oh, Party! I always love.." She paused and gasps in awe and wonderment as she looks around at all the pretty flowers Oh, this is so pretty, don't you think, Major. Someone really went all out for this party"

Kestra nods in agreement to Yuna's comments "I agree completely" She then looks around for the bride to be but doesnt see her "I'm guessing the bride to be hasn't arrived yet"

Yuna looks around too, not seeing the bride to be but she does see Ava "Nope, I guess not. Pardon me, Major while I go over to say hi to my future neice in law?" She paused, looking a bit confused, then she leaned in and says secretively "I may end up marrying one of her uncles"

Kestra raised her brow a little and smiles "Well, let me say congratulations to you in advancement then. I maybe getting bonded myself sometime soon"

Yuna looked at the Major with suprise and excitement "Who? Who's the lucky guy?" She asked with innocent curiousity"

Her eyes lit up and and her cheeks colored a bit "One of the officers on the ship I am on. He's a romulan and he thinks I am the most wonderful woman in the quadrant"

Yuna giggled in pure delight "Well, good luck with that, Major. I'll come to your party too if you should decide to throw one. See you later" Yuna turned and waved toward Ava and went over to talk to her until the bride to be made an appearance

Kestra nodded, still smiling, thinking of Dnal. She then shakes her head, thinking that can wait. She then looked around and waited for the bride to be to show

Arriving a little flustered after several hours of shopping, she looks around. Stopping short briefly, she looks at those present. Getting her nerve back, and settling her light cream dress with a darker coffee accent, she steps into the room. Closing her eyes just inside the door, she sniffs deeply, taking in the scents of the Restraunt.

Opening her eyes, she takes another look at those present. She smiles as she approaches them, and nods. "Good day to everyone."

She looks at Kiele, "You have done a wonderful job. This is beautiful. I am sorry I am running a little late. I had to find a dress and hat. I had no civilian clothes prior to this one."

She smiles again, her obvious joy showing as she stands uncertainly with her hat in hand.

Kiele arrived feeling refreshed and wearing dark rose, the color of a hibiscus, and a matching hat. Making her way to the kitchen for a last minute check, she'd only taken a few steps when the doors opened to admit several guests. She recognized Summer Mist as one of Nomime's Bridesmaids but the other two she had never met.

She turned and smiled in welcome and greeted them in return.

"Thank you all for coming and thank you for your wonderful compliments. The gift table is there."
She pointed to a nearly empty table to the side of the room. Her own gift had been placed there previously. It was, she thought, absolutely superfluous at the moment but she hoped Nomine would find an occasion to enjoy it later.

"The Bride-to -Be should be here soon. Please have a seat and help yourself to some refreshments. I wasn't certain who would be coming but please let me know if anyone has any special requests or needs regarding food and drink. There's also a party favor for everyone but please wait until the Guest of Honor has arrived before opening them?"

Smiling warmly, she stepped aside, gesturing again for them to make themselves comfortable.

Still standing awkwardly in the door, in a dress for the first time since she was about eight, she looks at Kiele, "I'm sorry. Did I arrive too soon? I was under the impression I was supposed to be here early."

Continuing to play the good hostess until Nomine arrived, Kiele kept the trays and the tea replenished. She wondered how many friends and associates Nomine had, though she'd told her earlier that she had few friends in Fleet.
It was just then that Nomine appeared at the door. The cream dress she'd chosen looked wonderful on her.

Kiele couldn't help but return her smile. It was infectious. She had an idea too to give her an "air kiss" but couldn't quite bring herself to it without laughing at the mental picture.

"It was no problem. You aren't supposed to be the first here. You're the guest, not the hostess." She looked around as the room began to fill. "It seems you have quite a few well-wishers."

[Ava Walker]

Ava greets Yuna when she comes over wearing a stylish purple and green style dress "You look great Yuna Uncle Clyde would agree" She smiles as they Chat

Ava sees Nomine enter and watches her as Nomine greets them then talks to Kiele Ava smiles "at least I'm not the only one uncomfortable in a dress" she giggles to Yuna

Looks at those all ready present, and blushes slightly. "More than I would have known. I have not had much time to get to know people in the fleet. I have been busy keeping my sick bays in one piece and stocked."

She smiles shyly at everyone present, "Thank you all for coming."

Seeing Summer Mist, her smile grows as she sees someone else she recognizes on site, "And, Summer Mist, thank you ever so much for being here."

Finally, she turns to face the others, taking a deep breath, "Forgive me if I do not greet each of you by name. I have not had the opportunity to meet many others here."

Kiele smiled and shook an admonishing finger at Nomine.

"Now stop feeling so self-conscious and enjoy yourself! How about some tea?"

[Major Kestra Suder]

She turned towards the door as another female officer entered and addressed those who were assembled in the room. She had not met her but she intended to remedy that. She walked over to newcomer and addressed her. ( Kiele )"Hello. My name is Kestra Suder from the Talon. I came to pay my respects and offer my congratulations to the bride to be"

She decided to leave out her rank and position as this was a celebration and we weren't on duty. She suddenly felt a wave of joy, mixed with a bit of nervousness and she turned back to the entrance seeing another she has yet to meet. She sensed that she is the bride to be and waited until she approached the woman she ust addressed and tell her she done a wonderful job

She nodded in agreement and waited until she finished speaking before politely introuducing herself

"Hello, My name is Kestra Suder, from the Talon. I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to you and your intended bond-mate and hope that you have many years of joy and happiness"
