Thomas arrived into sickbay as well. Doubled checked to make sure that sickbay was secured. Which really didn't take very long since sickbay is basicly bare.
"This reminds me of 'Old Mother Hubbard'.", Thomas said.
Even though sickbay was secured, he still had his rifle in position. Always kept an eye on the hatch.

Upon receiving "Understood sir. I'll begin preparations immediately. Everything will be ready within the hour."
Knowing there was little time to spare, she made her way back to the flight deck and had the deck crew prepare the transport ship, and returned to her office.
Pulling up the latest sensor logs she analyzed the Superior, looking for any signs of weakness in her shields. Within seconds the gears were in motion and the plans were beginning to take shape.

"Even if it is impossible to contact my superior with the dampening field up, but she would know something wasn't right if I do not respond in a timely manner. However, I will only comply in that way we can settle this peacefully." he replied back to him. He took his phaser and placed it onto a nearby console. -------------------------------------------------- "Good decision." Turning his back for a moment, he grabbed Justin's weapon off the console and continued speaking. "Search him, then take him aft."
The two miners closest to Justin moved in and proceeded to search for any additional weapons. Once that was complete they complied with the rest of their instructions. "Everyone stay alert, Lynarra drop the dampening field. Let's hear what his superiors have to say."

Going to the next Deck they search it, working the doors open they search room by room
"Look at this their valuables are still here" David says
"Cloths as well" Baker says as he looks in the closets
each room was the same, it was just like they all vanished from the ship
The more they Searched the madder David got "They could not have just disappeared" he says
"Greathouse +T+ to Major Aniri we just finished checking the next deck, its the engineers crew quarters, their empty all their valuables and cloths, even the kids toys still their, but no signs off them" he reports
"Baker thinks some cargo is missing we would have to count everything by hand to make sure, going to the next deck" he reports

She sits up in bed and dangles her legs over the side. She felt sligtly dizzy for a minute. Taking a deep breath she gingerly stood up, feeling weak and as if her legs would give out she held on and stood there.
After a few minutes she felt stonger and looking around she wondered if she could make to her office she had to know what was happening.

So far everyone had reported in with the exception of Kinsley. She was already on her way to engineering, he was too well trained to miss reporting in on schedule. He was now overdue, tapping on her com badge.
"Lt Kinsely, this is Major Aniri. Your overdue for you report in, I hope you have a good reason. I am now on way to your location." leaving her com on she gets off the TL and starts walking to engineering with her phaser drawn.

She maintained the Tarawa's position wondering what was going on. The reports from the Superior seemed to coming in late. And the ship acted as if it were on auto pilot. Its movements to exact, mechanical is the true feel for the ship.
She raced her pendant as she looked at the ship. While she was not one of the highest levels she should have sensed something more. Strangely quite is the best way to describe it.

She decided she take a walk to her office she needed to know what was happening. The last thing she knew they were in a battle and was boarded.
She walked slowly and with a noticable limp. The few who noticed her nodded a Marine came over to her. "Ma'am I don't think your ready to leave sickbay. Let me help you back."
"You want to help me Cpl, then get me to my office. I need to know whats happening."
"Ma'am I'll help you to sickbay and fill you in on the way. The things officers know and we don't I'll get someone to talk to you. Now come on Ma'am, we need you well. Lets go."
Realizing she would never get to her office she agreed and once back in sickbay she listened as he told her everything that happen.

As the dampening field went down sensors were able to detect the thirty seven lifesigns within the Superior's engine room. -------------------------------------------------- Overhearing the Lieutenant's superior had him slightly on edge. After he was satisfied with the positioning of his people he relayed instructions across the group. "Set your weapons to maximum stun, if anyone enters bearing a weapon don't hesitate to fire."
As much as he desired a peaceful resolution to this situation he wasn't about to take any chances. There was simply too much at stake.

He was monitoring his sensors when all of a sudden 37 life-signs appeared on his sensors. He blinked, not sure whether or not he was seeing things or not then ran a check to see if his console was seeing the same thing he is. It is.. He looked up toward Colonel MacDougall, reporting
"Colonel, My sensors are now registering 37 life signs in the Superior's Engineering section. I have double checked the readings and they are not fake. Shall I inform Major Aniri of this new information?
He waited for a response, a finger hovering over the hailing frequency key

Justin watched them to begin to draw their weapons after they have searched him for more weapons. Lifted up his head when he heard Major Aniri's voice. His instincts were going into overdrive by now and knew that he had to warn her. He taps his commbadge to report back to her.
+T+ "1Lt Justin Kinsely here. I have ran in a bit of a trouble down here, Ma'am. If you could say that. There isn't any way to say this, expect for being blunt. There are someone here that wishes to talk to you on a matter that has been going on on their planet, but I do highly suggest to be careful upon entering, Ma'am.", he would reply to her.

Kasia still not recieved any information from anyone. Nor any response to her com hail. She sighs.
"This place is starting to give me the creeps." She says to Thomas. She starts to try to access internal sensors to try and figure out what was going on.

Kyah goes to the bridge science station and logs in. She accesses the Superior's logs. She digs around for the information she needs and organizes it into a spreadsheet. She downloads the information onto a PADD and turns to the Lt. Colonel. "Sir, the Superior was in range of a mining colony on Algol IV, and a trading outpost at the edge of the Algol system. The rest of their recent contacts were with ships, and are listed on the PADD, sir." She hands him the PADD.

She once again got up and this time she was more steady on her feet. She walked to her office without being noticed this time. She sat at her desk and began reading the reports and made notes of the letters she needed to write. It was one duty she always dreaded. Instead of the usual standard letter she personalized hers. Those how were fallen were people first, very important and valuable to their families.
Each one was a struggle, she would call his/her service record up read over events that were recorded from the time they entered the Tar to the time of their death. But the one that was the hardest was the first one.
Mr and Mrs McLeod,
With the deepest regret and sympathy, I have the unpleasant task of informing you of your sons death. He was a remarkable Marine, a friend to his team mates. I was honored to have him under my command.
He died in service to the ship he was stationed on. His last act was to save a fellow Marine. He did this without hesitation.
If I may share with you, once when we had a weekend pass. He saw a civilian who was without food and hadn't eaten in several days. He took the civilian to get some food and shared with him a wonderful week-end.
His memory, and the times we shared both on the ship and on the ground will never be forgotten. May you both find peace in this time of need.
Major Sandra Iverson USS Tarawa UFMV 70251 Marine Commanding Officer
The first one was done, the rest she would finish as quickly as possible. The reports she needed to turn in could wait a few hours.

After taking the PADD from Lieutenant Kinsely he responded to Ensign Moon. "Affirmative, Ensign Moon. Make sure the Major knows everything we do. Captain Dorius, how quickly could you get us within communications range of the mining colony."
After skimming over the information he rose to his feet and turned his attention to Kyah. "Good work. Do we know anything else about this mining colony?"
