He entered the lounge with thoughts of Last meal. He looked around a bit and saw the Tal'Shiar Agent T'vlack eating her last meal. He gave her a bow and a slight tilt of his head out of respect
He then saw the Amnei'Saehne: Veralen. He gave her a nod then turned toward the replicator to choose what he wished to eat. He ordered some in'hhui ( some fish in general ) with some hholaer ( coffee, 3 times stronger then expresso )
He took his meal and started to approach Veralen's table when he saw the Pilot Commander: Tr'Kayton enter with one of his pilots. He ordered his meal and approached Sahen to see if he could join her. He paused, feeling a little disappointed, then thought of the few whisperings he had heard as he came from his quarters to the lounge. Those of Tr'Kayton and the female pilot. Whispers that they were sleeping together
He looked over toward the female pilot as she was getting her meal and then back to Tr'kayton trying to invite himself to join Veralen. His disappoinment turned to annoyance and he turned back toward Veralen's table
He walked up to tr'Kayton "I believe your female companion wishes you to join with her" then turned to Veralen "Would you object to a third dining companion"?

He looked at Hdean with a slight frown, nodding, actually sympathizing with his fellow rommulan officer "Terran females are usually quite loud when they want or require something"
He then turned his attention back to Sahen

She told both H'dean and Terrh to have a seat. She would enjoy thier company as it was a long shift.
"How are you both doing?"

He took a seat and left room for H'Dean to sit, not really wanting to but he did not want to seem rude
"To be truthful, I am relieved the mission is over and we all can relax and enjoy a meal together"

Renn walked into the lounge and looked about. It was a casual atmosphere at least as casual as Rihannsu could be. It wasn't like any of the lounges on federation ships or his time in the resistance where there was a camaraderie to the group. He found a replicator but again it was in the Romulan language. He didn't have time to familiarize himself with Romulan food as he made his decision to leave quickly. He noticed others were starting to lose patience so he got out of line and sat down in frustration.

She walked into the lounge she had started a pratice of looking around a room for specific things. And she saw it the Bajorian Operations officer. She stood to the side and looked up Bajorian meals and drinks. She ordered, Hasperatsouffle , and spring wine. She walked over with the tray and sat at the table with Renn. "You looked hungry and the replicator still needs to be set for Bajorian language. But we have the food. Shall I return with my tray or leave you to eat alone?"

He looks at the food and smiled. It was a thoughtful gesture, but Renn wanted something else. Thank you for the effort, but if you could, would you order me something from the Rihannsu menu. If I'm to adjust to life on board a Rihannsu ship I have to understand the culture not just the words. So I would prefer a dish that is is typically eaten at lastmeal, and the answer is no. Bajoans hate to dine alone. I would be honored if you would join me.

"As you wish, however I think I will try that. Looks interesting. I'll be right back."
When she returned, she brought him hlai (a ostrich-like bird, served roasted with vegetables), oykrh (a flat bread), and lyo (tea). She placed it in front of him then sat down.

He said a silent prayer to the prophets then looked at the plate and compared it to hers. "Now you'll have to tell me what I am eating."

"Of couse pointing to the plate. Thats hlai, its a large fowl on our planet best comparision I have is an ostrich-like bird, the vegetables are tolekrya thats the black, root-like vegetable, its slightly sweet. The bread is called oykrh and taste something like rye I've been told. And the drink is regular tea."
"How are you doing on your assignment." she smiled and took a bite of the Bajorian lastmeal.

He cut a small piece of the bird and awkwardly smelled it before tasting it. It tasted suprisingly pleasant he swollowed his bite then spoke. When I'm at the Ops station, its no different than any other ship. The way orders are taken and given might be slightly different, but I'm always at home in times of danger. Its times like these that I'm out of my element. I mean there are a few things that I saw that I wasn't sure of like this oath that the subcommander felt compelled to take on the oira.

She listened to him as he spoke. "What confused you or you found so different about the oath?"

Why such a thing would be taken out in the open on the oira like that.
