As a founder and CO CinC I am committed to providing a safe place for simmers to come together and role play. To develop friendships both in and out of character. To allow us a way to express our creativeness.
An incident took place this weekend that will not be tolerated and threatened to reverse the very principles of this groups foundation. As a result that member has had their membership revoked and is permanently banned. And, now what should have been common sense needs to be spelled out for a few people.
1) No member will be allowed the right to threaten physical harm to another member in real life. Ex beating etc.
2) No member will be allowed to threaten another members life in real life.
If someone is a victim of such verbal abuse log it and send it to me. It will be dealt with immediately.
To brake one, or both, of these rules will result, in the immediate termination of membership. And a permanent ban placed on them form attending or being in any STUF function or activity. Up to and including the Recruiting Room, sims etc. And if a request for references come in from another group that will be included.
We, the command staff take this very seriously. A permanent record, has been made from the logs of the members involved and officers who tried to handle this. These will be released to the proper authorities if necessary.
