Tonight was my first time on duty since my divorce. I miss ashley, but duty must go on. We got sent over to a Kazon ship, low life support, high on panicing kazons with weapons. Luckily for me, Darius was along. I gotta tell you, as good a marine I am, he is younger and has that edge. I'm the dinosaur and he's the new age.
We got the bridge crew off that alien ship and back to the aryes along with all of our teams. While the firefight was intense, we came back with only minor injuries. Thank god for that.

This is my first Log as MCO We have arrived at the planet Sigma Iotia II it was sending out dated federation signals.
Searching the Federation logs I found Captain Kirk left more out inside his logs then previously known I guess we know know were Dr. McCoy's com badge went.
The leader of the planet... His title is Kirk, recording from the bridge show all leaders of the planet have the title Kirk Capitan Shran is going down to the planet for negations with a few men, abound study of what happen I can not but help think it is a trap of some sort.
I have my My men ready should the Captain wish to take any with him on the mission

The away Team is some type of Trouble, My Marines are on stand by to extract the way team, were geared and ready to go
As we were waiting a tractor beam locked on us, then we lost all main power and are now on back up power, unless we regain full power the only way down is Solar Jump

My team was beamed down to the planet to investigate an explosion
We arrived on the planet with Ceng Reid ans started are Investigation and discovered that the miners had caused it, an Andorian Child was running from a miner who was shooting at her
Reid got the Child, and I ordered the miner to drop his weapon then counted to three when he refused I shot and killed him
My actions were justifiable the miners had caused the explosion, he had been shooting at an unarmed girl
I have gave temporary command of the Demon Knights to Sgt. Mark Harmon (Aka Ace) while I am confined to Quarters for the internal Investigation

We had a Staff meeting in the Captains Ready Room do discuss what can be done to save my rear.
The crew is working to help me, I still believe I was in my right, but I was sure my phaser was on stun, but as the Minor died it must have been
I feel I'm being used some how, but their were no other people around and as the minors have the body, no chance of seeing if a sniper took him out
I don't mind going to Prison for 30 years, hardest thing will not being able to see my children born or be in their lives, and missing Yuna OK I'm praying I don't go
I know this crew will do all they can for me, The Captain gave permission for me to com Yuna and talk with her,I'm so looking forward to hearing her voice

Capt Inid payed me a visit to get me side of what happened happened down their, I told her everything I could recall that took place, she is going to reconstruct the seen me and my Team will be involved in it Hopefully it jars something I or my team just didn't remember
Reid checking my Phaser and dissembling it to see if it maul functioned I haven't know him long but I know he will check and test all possibilities, CSEC and Tac are working as well, and the XO was busy trying to find prof to get me out of this trouble
The Crew is doing everything they can,and I know they'll find whats need to save my behind, hey well have the best the crew in the fleet
My Friend Devoroh stopped by to Visit, he's going to com Red Squads Doc to check Yuna as quickly as possible she's 2 months pregnant and can't sense the babies, which terrifies me
But over all I'm enjoying my Vacation, now who wants to buy Venus I'll sell cheap

The trial is over Captain Sharn gave up is career in StarFleet to shave my Fat, and get the talks back on between the miners and Andorins on that planet.
His Last orders to me was to accept what he done, and out of respect for him I will accept it, but I'll be Danged if I got like it.
We now have a new CO a Commodore, who says he runs a tight ship,on top of that Starfleet thinking of dry-docking some of the Sovereign class ships, so now the Crew must prove its self to the new CO and to Starfleet our ships worth keeping.
