log MCO Stardate
I'm filling in for the MCO of this ship. Within hours of arriving FMar Weslynes sent us on a mission. Its the kind I personally detest. Cause of what it means.
Star base 234 received a distress call we were dispatched to render assistance. They were stuck with a natural disaster, titanic plate movement. Resulting in flooding, fires, extensive property damage. And worse the destruction of a major health care facility.
I have sent several teams down to:
1) business district -- to stop and looting that will take place it always does. Seems in times like this people either show the best or the worse in them. 2) To the Dam that is danger of collapsing to provide protection for the engineering teams sent down. 3) To major areas of industry 4) To local governmental section. 5) To reported areas of civilian casualties.
I hope we can save them all, but knowing thats impossible I will hold that as an ideal.
The CO of this ship has a great Marine detachment. I'm proud to have them serve under me.
End log........

Open log of MXO Combined log for 2 weeks
Well here I am again, helping out the Aryes. Last week Fox was on leave I was called in then.
The Aryes, was in a holding position off a alien ship. There were no life signs, but a distress signal was being sent out on a loop. So I estimate this happened within the last few days. When we beamed over I was struck by the feeling of unease. Probably because of silence. We couldn't find anything on the first search.
By the time the second search began Col Fox had returned from his leave. During the search two events took place of note: 1) Five Breen soldiers began to fire on us. I was able to take down 2, Fox took down another one. I was suddenly struck by a feeling I had not experienced since Davids death. 2) I knew there were more on an upper level. No one believed me at first but I took my chance during the slight fire fight with the Breen.
Sure enough on the next level there were 6 officers. I got a hold of Fox reported in, he followed me and between the two of us we made short work of them. Three were transported to the ship.
End log....................
