erein Hrienteh...................Begin Log;"Yesterday was my first day on the New York.Riov Radaik placed me at the TAC.The systems were set up different than any ship I have ever been aboard.It did not take me long to understand them however.I found our ship in sudden danger from nanobots attacking the New York.I and the CENG removed the threat by polarizing the ships hull,and raising the shields to not allow another such attack.I have found the ways of StarFleet most perplexing however.I am thankful that my Riov is from Ch'rihan.She has been with the Federation under the officer exchange program.With her help I am certain I can better understand how the Federation works.I gave her my oath as I should,to serve well and never forget the ways of my people.This oath is very sacred and I will observe it with the honor,duty,and passion that compels me.I will do everything in my power to help carry out this mission and all others that follow.........End LOG

erein Hrienteh...........Log On,"I finally meet my Riov in private today.I was deeply honored she accepted the gift from my family.I see the Elements favor her and her sense of duty and her passions are clear.I will not disappoint her in my duties and actions.This would be a great dishonor to myself and my family.::Smiles::,she has challenged me to a game of Ihi.I look forward to this,I am quite sure she will be an excellent opponent.As far as the ship and StarFleet are concerned I must admit are very different.Even my quarters are strange.They are adequate ,but very foriegn from anything I have ever seen or lived in before.My mind keeps going back to the promotions.The crew seemed so joyful over the event.In my culture such things do not occur.Promotions are held with the quite honor they deserve.I must remember I am no longer on ch'Rihan,but am an officer of the Federation.However I must never forget my duty and the passion that rules me.To do this would be to forget who I am and what I live and die for.I have talked enough of such matters.I will let the elements handle these things........END LOG

erein Hrienteh.......Log On."I have just visited the recreational room called Ten Forward.I ordered juice from the replicator.It was supposed to taste like the citrus juice I drink from ch'Rihan.The Federation has much to learn about our beverages apparently.I also encountered many of the crew in there.They were talking among themselves and I did not want to be rude and intrude upon them.I did see a Human dressed in pilots gear.We said nothing but the body language and his eyes told me volumes.He is one to keep a close eye upon.His eyes were consumed with the fires of hatred.His cold stare at the crew and at myself was enough.I have much to learn about the Federation and its ways.I will never forget that I am Rhinassu however.I cannot say enough how glad my Riov is from ch'Rihan as well.She alone understands that my actions are done from a sense of duty,and I am driven by passions that no other race can comprehend.I will make sure as the Versatile Specialist I will never be negligent in my duties where ever my post may be.I have noticed the staring eyes of the crew upon me. This changes nothing.I do not understand the High Commands orders nor do I need too.They placed me aboard a Federation ship and that is enough"...........End Log

LOG ON..........I found myself at the OPS on the New York at the start of the mission.We were doing a humanitarian mission helping a poor planet from the ravages of plague and starvation.I do not understand how or why the Gatherers would do such a cowardly act.They have apparently obtained technology and fused them together with other races technology to make destructive nanobots to destroy any ship that gets near the planet.The reasons for such actions is unclear.Why we Rihansu are looked at with such distrust at times,while others such as the Gatherers do such horrible crimes I cannot fathom.We would never use such despicable devices to wage some meaningless,and strange war.Genocide is such a horrible concept.::Shrugs::,Enough of such things,as the mission progressed I found myself doing both OPS and TAC.It was very demanding but I enjoyed it.I find that if one does not test themselves,how can they ever grow.In character and in skill.I am heading to sick bay for this physical that is mandatory on a StarFleet ship.It is a strange concept but I will do my duties whatever they are or how strange they may be to me.Afterwords I will go to this Ten Forward to try to better understand the ship and its crew.I still look forward to playing Riov Radaik in a game of Ihi.She will be a very formidable opponent,of this I am sure.

erein Hrienteh LOG ON..............I found that this part of the mission to be the most challenging.I began at the OPS station and it seemed things were going very smoothly.We had almost finished helping those poor souls that inhabited the planet.Food water and medicine were all safely sent.The Doctor had things almost completed planet side,and our Science Officer had sent rebuilt nanobots back into the atmosphere to destroy the remaining ones.We also discovered Lyran hands had caused the nanobots to destroy instead of repair.Lyrans are pirates and thieves why the Federation does not use its full military force on them I am unsure.Enough of this topic,We also translated part of the Gorn transmission.It was largely broken up as was their ship.At this time everything went rather odd.It seems the Freighter Captain was discovered to have other motives.Under Commander Malc's orders I sent several messages to the Freighter to no avail.I was ordered to Transport the Freighter Captain over to the New York.Riov Radaik went to speak with our guest.::Smiles::I am sure she used her Rihanasu charm to persuade the Captain to explain their actions.I also had to take over the duties of Tac.This was really of no major concern.A Galaxy class versus a Freighter::chuckles::.Commander Fedor ordered our CENG and a team to take control off the Freighter and send the remaining supplies too the planet.Because of communication problems I was sent to assist.I took over the helm of the clumsy ship and we delivered the supplies has ordered.::Looks at the ceiling::why the elements had to make things so complicated is beyond me.The mission was a success and I hope I did not disappoint Riov Radiek......END LOG

I found myself at the helm of a Federation Freighter.It handled less than perfect to say the least.::Begins to curse at the freighter in Rhinnasu.::LT Kinsley showed he is very proficient in engineering to keep that dilapidated ship close to the New York.

It seems the elements again changed direction,we where ordered to new coordinates to meet with another Federation ship.It seems we are taking on Ambassadors,and dropping off our Riov's guest.::chuckles::

I was finally returned to the New York and assumed the Science station.I got to finally look at the scans on the altered nanobots.They where cleverly made too destroy,but too fight in such ways is cowardly to say the least.I also hope the Doctor found her additional information about Rhiannasu physiology helpful.I have found her skill level very good and the way she handled herself on the planet very well indeed.

::Looks at a painting of his home-world for a second::On another note after the mission I was trying to learn about Terran music.I was taught many things about it from all the crew.But in the middle of the conversation I found one sentence very disturbing. Commander Malc was talking to me about music and food. He told me a good comparison was how he was taught good vs evil was the same as he was taught Humans vs Romulans.::throws his PADD across the room,and raises his head toward the ceiling paccing.::Why are my People seen this way.Did we not fight with the Federation! *Our blood flowed with theirs!* I do not think they even realize they make such comments.

But that matters not;how am I too dispel such prejudice if they see me as some monster? ::picks up his PADD and sits back down:: I will just do my duties and try to show them I am no monster waiting to attack them ,or some spy trying to destroy this ship or the Federation..........END LOG

Erein Htrienteh LOG ON...............>Today was unusual to say the least.First we where to entertain the Ambassador and the scientists at a formal dinner.Again I find myself on the outside looking in.If it were not for the Ambassador I would have never been talked too.I have found the crew has settled into little tightly woven groups and they seem content to stay that way.::Firmly grip's his PADD forcing himself to stay in control.::They accept the Riov as one of the crew,yet I am seen as an outsider.::Chuckles in frustration.::They somehow seem to think she is more approachable than me.Perhaps it is her time on the ship or her rank,but in truth we both live our lives by the same codes and ethics.Yet somehow I seem different too them.Enough of this for their is a far greater problem at hand.During the dinner Riov Radaik and the CSec where called to out for something.Soon after the CMO was called out as well.I do not know what the problem is but their lack of return too the dinner tells me something may be very wrong.I wish I could leave this dinner and find out what is going on.Such matters would come first on my world.::Sighs::'Yhea you are not on your world.So I will follow orders and continue to remain vigilant.I must end this log since I am still in the dinning room and must return to my seat............LOG OFF

Ensign Yhea Hrienteh........LOG ON>Tonight I was placed in the position of ASec.I was instructed to find the source of the transmission in the cargo bay.It seems the assassin who turned out to be Lyran used a simple Federation Communicator.I searched the ship for any Lyran life signs but it appears the Orion attack was just a cover so the Lyrans could use the ships sensor array to retrieve the coward.The question remains why would they risk war to kill scientists?I am very sure there is more to this......END LOG

Ensign Yhea Hrienteh......LOG ON>"I was assigned to TAC this mission.Under the Xo,s orders I ran tests to see if a hole was punched into our shields allowing a cloaked ship or something to enter.I was surprised to find a small hole had been made so now we no how the intruders got on-board.It seems some type of sauce on the deck was found.It seems this sauce is used by Orions.I am deeply troubled at these events.Lyrans Orions and even Gorns are making moves in this sector.If these cowardly races are working together it could be a very tedious situation.On a personal note I am Happy to see our CSCI is from ch'Rihan.It is good to have another from my homeworld aboard......END LOG"<

the Terothka virus.It is very dangerous to my people.

Ensign Yhea T Hrienteh Log On.........>"I am glad to report erion Tei is at one of the best science stations to help treat her illness.I have talked to Riov Radaik and I feel better about being home.I still find humans very odd.For instance LT Michael is marrying our Doctor.He shows her love and compassion as one should show their bond mate.Yet he still very loudly expresses his disdain for his own kind.I am puzzled that he trusts other Races more than his own.Yet he is loyal and dedicated to the ship and its crew.::shakes his head::On another note I hope this mission into Rihansu space will help the crew better understand our people and not see us as villains or monsters.They except the cold logic based conclusions of Vulcans and yet they seem to be apprehensive of my people.::Looks around the room at his new desk and chuckles::I hope the Riov will forgive my slight anger earlier.''Log Out.................

Ensign Yhea T Hrienteh ..........LOG ON.Today we received the much needed medical supplies for the Riov and I.We also received a data chip as well.I was placed in the Science department.We went to check a listening out post that had reported in.I found 4 life signs one very weak and low tech levels.I would blame it on the Klingon's but in reality we have no proof of anything at this time.On a side note I worry that our XO may be letting his past cloud his judgment.apparently he suffered greatly by an attack from one of our ships.I wonder if he ever thinks how many of my kind have suffered as well from the Federation in past times.LOG OFF

erein Yhea Hrienteh......LOG ON I had an interesting discussion with our counselor.It appears he thinks it is up to myself and our Riov to prove ourselves worthy of the crews trust.::slams his fist on his desk::My fathers and my grandfathers.He spoke as if I needed to atone for their sins when they committed none in the first place!My people have done nothing more than the Federation or the Klingon's have done.That was long ago as it is!I am on a Star Fleet ship and I serve her well.I have done nothing to make anyone doubt my loyalty to this ship or its crew.::shakes his head::I am fighting an invisible ghost.......LOG OFF
