She got down off the biobed. "Yes, Doctor thank you for your time. I know you are a busy women with all the crew to look after. I'll make sure to come down the moment I have a question about anything. Take care of yourself though. Don't want the Doctor needing to be Doctored."

He helped Jane down from the biobed and heard her words to the doc
"Yes, you should rest when you are tired or in between patients. A tired doctor is not an effiecient one" he smiled the Doctor

Dan'lia smiled and shook her head. "I have very little else right now to take my attention. I have plenty of time and energy to look after the crew."

He nodded at the doctor, still smiling "Take care, Doctor. See you next month"
She then took Jane's hand/arm and slowly escorted her out of sickbay, returning to their quarters

The next day Ejiul enters sickbay for his shot, he looks around for Dan'lia as he takes a seat

Dan'lia entered sick bay from her office. "Ejiul," she said, smiling, "you are here already. I did not have to call you to get you down here." She picked up the medical scanner and holding his hand so his arm was outstretched, she scanned his arm up to his shoulder and neck. "You are healing well." She administered another hypo in his neck. "The swelling has gone down even more than I had hoped. "
Dan'lia looked Ejiul in the eye and said, "I enjoyed our talk in the lounge last night. It is nice to know that I am not the only one to disappoint the family. You would not believe what my father said when he heard that I was about to go on a ship with Starfleet personnel. Even with a Rihannsu as a Riov, he was--lets just say: not pleased." she shook her head.

He smiles back at her "Ie with a maenek as nice as au I don't mined coming to sickbay" he listens to Dan'lia tell him he his healing nicely and gives him another shot
He looks in her eyes "I enjoyed talking with you as well Dan'lia ie, I guess we are disappointments to our families. My Family was the same way to them I was showing once again I was not Rhiannsu enough for them" he sees her shake her head
Taking her hand "I'm pleased au joined this fleet and are on this ship....it may not be as good as your family being pleased, but I am" He notice he had taken her hand, he lets it go "Forgive me for being so forward"

Dan'lia stood still for a moment. "Hann'yyo rhissiuy - ("Thank you very much). But I still do not understand. What does it mean to be Rihannsu; but to love your family, serve the empire, and follow the path the Elements put before you. By being here, with this other people; learning from them and letting them learn the truth of Rihannsu: how better can we serve the empire? To me, you are more Rihannsu than many I knew on Ch'Rihan "
Dan'lia dropped her head, suddenly unable to look at Ejiul. "Now you see why I am in trouble with my family."

Ejiul looks at her as Dan'lia describes what it is to Rihannsu then she quickly lowers her head. Ejiul gently raises her head
"Hann'yyo rhissiuy ie, I understand why au are in trouble with your family" Ejiul smiles at her "That is why I am plus my actions, when we talked in the lounge and later Zan joined us, to my family it would have been wrong to tell au, au are beautiful that is done in private"
Ejiul tilts his head "I could never sign a song to au while others are around in the lounge, it shows lack of control"
He then takes her hand "And according to my family its wrong to hold your....someones hand in public and never kisses anyone in public its like if we show we care for someone its a sign of weakness" Ejiul says looking in her eyes

Dan'lia meets his look. "No, Ejiul, the caring and the showing that you care is a sign of strength. It shows that you are strong enough to be yourself, and still be with another, to help them be strong." She puts her other hand over his.

He smiles at her when she says the caring and showing it is a sign of strength, he then feels her other hand put over his hand
His eyes darken some as he takes his free hand and places it on her cheek, he looks at her for a moment before he leans in and kisses her softly on the lips
When he pulls back "arhem usae Dan'lia" (I am sorry Dan'lia) "I should not have done that" he says

He smiles when Dan'lia kisses him back and forgives him "I'm going to leave now before I do something to make au mad because I really want to kisses au again and he starts to leave

Dan'lia says, "Yes, we do not want to rush, but to let the feeling grow." Then she raises an eyebrow, "However, remember, your maenek will be very upset if you miss your appointment tomorrow." she grins.
