Re: USS New York Detached Duty under Romulan Command

This is a reminder that the USS New York NCC-71686 is on Detached Duty, under command of Starfleet Designation Captain Eviess Radaik, otherwise under Romulan Designation Riov.

Any orders received by the New York with official origins in the Romulan Empire are to be adhered to while the New York is under these orders. Responsiblity for vessel operations during this Detached Duty falls to Captain Eviess Radaik. No crew under her command whom follow her orders will be held responsible for any actions, though insubordination will be dealt with under Federation Policy.

These orders do not extend into acts of war, or other acts which are considered in breach with the Federation Prime Directive, which are expressedly forbidden by the Romulan/Federation Exchange Program.

As the New York is currently under Romulan Command, civil matters are not considered breach of the Prime Directive.
