He felt the love that ebbed from her and he let it wash over him, warming him in every part of his being, his love for her, ebbing out, mixing with hers, filling the room with overwhelming love and contentment "We are truly blessed, Imzadi" He looked to his daughter, who seemed to be overjoyed at the feelings that were emanating from them. Lon didn't seem to excited, with his belly full, he was drifting off to sleep. Jane reached out and touched Jemma's cheek and she smiled, rolling into her hand and get more cozy in his arms. He listened to Jane and he smiled at her "Of course, Imzadi. Don't push yourself. I can take care of the twins while you rest up from the birth. It will be no trouble. It'll be my pleasure to take care of the three most important people in my life. The birth was pretty intense, and joyful and I believe the doctor stated that you should rest until you feel strong enough to be up and around. I'll take care of Jemma and Lon, and you, when you need something" He smiled lovingly at her and leaned in to kiss her forehead

She smiled at him knowing that he would always take care of her, Seams to me you always take care of me no matter what state I'm in. I just wished that you didn't have to see the dreams of my past. How, a marine medic exsperances the battle feild. She shook her head, But that's over now and I couldn't be happyer. I have three very important people to look after now and a new family to care for. Then she started to move trying to get herself into a most seated position on the bed so Lon would have a better place to rest as it seamed he was almost rolling out of her arm in his sleep.

How a marine medic experiences the battle field" He was about to say that is all in the past now and that she didn't have to do that sort of work anymore, if she didn't want to but then she spoke up again But that's over now and I couldn't be happyer. I have three very important people to look after now and a new family to care for."
He reached over with his free arm and helped her into a sitting position "I'm only doing what Iike to do best, Imzadi, and that is take care of the three most important people in my life, my loving and beautiful wife and the 2 beautiful children that she gave birth to. It is no trouble taking care of you three. I enjoy it immensely"

She finally got seated upright a little so her back wasn't having so much pressure on it and the little one was still sleeping on her chest moving only to cuddle into her more. " And I wouldn't have it any other way. I am just hoping to get back to my feet. Seams to be so long since I've been able to with the twins growing so big so quickly. Lon seames to like to be warm. He keeps trying to bury himself in me when I move. She chuckled as Lon squirmed on her and she put her hand on his bottom so he would feel safe.

As he helped re-position Jane, he saw Lon trying to cuddle with her more as she got more comfortable and he chuckled in amusement "Seems like Lon is like his father. He draws comfort and contentment when he is being warmed by a woman, specifically his mother. I draw comfort just being near you, Jane. I am sure you will be able to get up and move around when your body is rested from giving birth. You shouldn't try to push yourself"
He glanced down at Jemma, and seen the she has fallen asleep too, just like her brother, using his shoulder as a pillow. He held her in the crook of his arm knowing that she felt safe and comforted in his arms

Looks like Jemma is taking after her mother. Feeling the warmth of a man she loves surround her and his protective arm around her and she'll go to sleep in an instant and be relaxed. She then leaned over to kiss him. I'll be up in no time just that the down time is going to be ruff on me because I'm a marine at heart always wanting to be on the move.

David looked back to Jane and gave her a charming smile "Another trait she shares with you is that she's just as beautiful as her mother" He kissed her back as she leaned over and kissed him "I know it is in your nature, as a marine, to be always on the move, my darling but you should rest from time to time" Humor lit his eyes "I am sure that those moving around instincts will be quite helpful when the kids start running around themselves" He chuckles

Her eyes started to drift close, I am sure that they will be running before we know it. Enjoy the time you can hold them for much of their life they will not want to be held. Looking at her husband she spoke, Still you'll have to get me out of here as soon as the Doctor says it is ok for me to do so. I don't want you to have to do all the work. After all they are our children. They should see us both working to know we both love them very much.

He smiled at her, seeing her eyes drooping a bit "I do so enjoy holding them. As they get older, I know they wont want to be held as much" He looked into her lovely eyes as she looked at him. He gave a nod "I will be the first person to spring you from bed. I know you are getting antsy to move from laying so long. If you feel like moving, I am sure the doc will not mind giving you a clean bill of health" he smiled at her "I am sure the twins know that there parent know that they love each other, and them, very much. I am sure they feel it as well as see it with the beautiful eyes"

I don't remember Doctor's orders as I was not too with it when she gave them. So, I don't know when I'll be up and able to walk around. I want to, so despertly, spend time with you and the children where you don't have to come to me. She smiled, They are my lovely angles and you are my Imazadi. This is what I was fighting for all my life. Now that I got it I want to enjoy every moment.

He looked a bit thoughtful as he thought back to where if the doctor specified how long she should stay in bed but then he couldn't come up with an answer "I don't recall the doctor specifying a time of how long you should stay in bed, love. She just stated that if you needed her, just call. Then she and Ejiul left" He smiled a bit then added "with their hands clasped together" He then turned his smile on her "Imzadi, I don't mind coming to you when you aren't feeling well, and bringing the twins to visit too. I would walk to the end of the universe just to be able to be near you. I am sure if I was down for some reason, I know you would lovingly take care of me. They are two wonderful angels and you're the mother and my Imzadi. I've also waited for so long. Imza heard our prayers and put us together. I couldn't ask for a more beautiful bond-mate"

I couldn't ask her for a more carring and handsome bondmate. Should you ever need to rest or are ill or are injured I would do everything I could to care for the family and for you as you have cared for me while I've been unable to move about. But, I need to get up and moving. My body won't heal itself. She propted herself up against the pellows in the bed to sit more upright. Little steps at a time, but before you know it I'll be chasing the twins around the quarters and fixing you meals. Just like I use to do before I got pregent.

He listened to her and nodded a bit more "I know you would take care of me and the twins, should something happen to me that I would require to rest, whether through injury or fatigue but I am sure I would be like you, Imzadi, anxious to get out of bed and wanting to do things with the beautiful family he has. I agree that you should try and move a little more as you might get stiff from non movement and we wouldn't want that" He smiled at her, teasingly "Course, I could massage the stiffness out" He commented as she propped herself up a bit more. He then chuckled "I am sure we both will be chasing the twins around as they play try and catch me" He could see the twins running then all of a sudden the split, trying to escape their mother, or dad

She saw a distant look come over David as he saw the fuchure. Their two little ones running around them chaising after them. She smiled knowing he was truely happy with everything he's been given in life. That's what she wanted for him...to be happy. It will come sooner then we think. Mind helping me with the babies putting them in their beds so I can get seated in a chair for a bit? She didn't want to intrupt his vision but knew she had to in order to keep him well grounded in the presence so he wouldn't miss a thing their twins were doing.

He is extremely happy and feeling blessed to have such a wonderful wife and 2 beautiful children. He chuckled as he came back to the present "No, of course not, love. I can put the twins to bed and help you into the chair that I was sitting in" With that, he got up and went to put Jemma gently in her crib, covering her with a little blanket. He came back and got Lon and put him in an adjacent crib, covering him as well. He came back and held out his hand, to help his beautiful wife
