Jane rested on her back into the pellows that were around her. She was very tired from birthing the twins and sore. Her mind needed rest as did her body. Lon and Jemma both slept for a few hours before waking up wanting to be fed. Jane didn't really hear them as she was still sleeping. The blankets of the bed where covering her keeping her warm and the softness of the pellows. When she did wake up her heard Lon and looked over to see if David was up. She knew that she wasn't allowed to move quit yet.

Lon fell asleep in his arms, with his head on his chest and he drifted off to sleep as well, in the chair that he was sitting in on the bed
His body asleep, but his mind was awake and watching Jane and the twins
A couple hours later, the twin wake up and start asking to be fed. He tried to keep them calm as Jane was still sleeping, knowing that she needed the rest
Hewent to go get some formula from the replicator to feed Jemma as she was asking for food loudest. He had to chuckle at that
As he was feeding Jemma, Jane opened her eyes and looked at him "Good morning, Imzadi. Do you have a pleasant rest? The twins woke up hungry so I tried to feed them without waking you. Would you care to feed Lon"?

She smiled, " I feel up to feeding him. Should we bottle feed them or have them be fed by me? Either way will be fine by me. I'm not going to be picky about it. I'm just so happy they came out alright." She streached a bit in the bed vary carefully so not to upset anything that was healing. I thought I heard Jemma yelling but I must have been imagining that.

"I was thinking that you could feed them, if that is not a problem. I am sure you would have enough milk to go around" He smiled lovingly at her and watched as she stretched a bit. He laughed as she told him that she thought she heard Jemma yelling "She was yelling as she was hungry, so I decided to feed her first as she was being the most adamant about being fed so she wouldn't wake you up"
He looked over to Lon as he stopped crying for a moment and looked at Jane expectantly "You hungry, my baby boy?" He just looked at Jane "He's hungry" He got up and put Jemma down "I be right back, dear Jemma" Jemma just looked up at him adoringly. He went over and brought Lon over to Jane "Here's mommy.. yes, here's mommy" he said as he handed him over. He made sure Jane had him before he went back to Jemma

The pellows around her made sure that she had a good grip on Lon as David handed him to her. She smiled knowing full well that David was going to ador his children no matter what they did. With Lon in her arm she wrapted the cover around him so he could get to her should he be hungry. It wasn't long and she felt him latch onto her. He was hungry, just being polite about it. She smiled lovingly at David. I'm sure my body produces what the children need. It will take time to adjust to the new feelings I have. She looked down at Lon and smiled humming to him as he fed. Just like her mother use to do for her when she was little. Lon seamed to settle down to a more rythmatic feeding once she started humming to him. Jane didn't even relize what she was doing.

He turned back to Jemma and smiled at her and he looked down at her. Jemma looked up and him and gave a small smile back to him. His heart warmed as she was such a beautiful little girl, just like her mother. He heard Jane tell him that Lon was hungry, that he was just being polite about it
He sat down and curling up with Jemma to continue feeding her and he smiled at Jane, feeling that Lon was already eating "Of course, it will take us all time to adjust to this new life. Although, I doubt we will adjust fully as things are constantly changing"
He looked down at Jemma a moment then looked back to Jane as she started humming to Lon. He couldn't help but smile again, listening to her hum

She looked over at David and saw him looking at her. She stopted humming and spoke to him, What was I doing to get you to look like that at me? Must have been something really good or you wouldn't have that look in your eye. She smiled at him seeing that Jemma and Lon were both feeding and both relaxed.

Jane must have sensed that he was looking at her and looked over and asked why was he looking at her in such a way. Must have been good if his expression was any indication "As you were feeding Lon, you were humming a merry tune or a tune that you knew. it was very relaxing and pleasing to hear. I was enjoying the tune and your beautiful hum." He wondered where she heard such a loving and relaxing tune

I didn't even know I was doing it. Just knew that it would calm down Lon to at least hear some music so he wasn't drinking so fast he'ed get the hick-ups. Jane moved Lon from feeding to her shoulder to burp him as he was probally getting gassy. Mother use to sing all the time, and I know Lon heard me hum in the shower before so I figured if it worked to settle him then perhaps it would do it now. Sure enough he's a bit calmer. She smiled at David hearing Lon burp she sets him back down into her arm and he goes back to feeding and making his noises.

He nodded when she told him she didn't realize she was doing it. He did as he noticed that Jemma was also trying to drink as fast as she can. Jemma relaxed as soon as Jane started humming in tune. He shifted Jemma just as Jane shifted Lon to her shoulder for burping "I'm sure Jemma also heard you humming since too calmed down and not ate like she had not ate in awhile." He heard Lon burp and the a moment later, Jemma burped too. He couldn't help but chuckle "It seems these two will be doing everything together. I presume that's too be expected, they are twins" He grinned at Jane as she settled Lon in to feed some more

I'm sure that they both heard me. She then looked over at Jemma as David was putting her back to feeding or at least craddling in his arm.Probally will for the first few years of life and even share a bond with each other that makes them think similar at times but I think they'll be their own people too. Just then Lon started fiddling with her in his mouth like he was finished so she moved the blanket to cover herself and Lon to sit on top. Not sure who is going to do what but it seams that Lon doesn't like to talk much yet.

He looked down at Jemma again as he cradled her "Yes, they are there own person and they do share a bond as brother and sister. As they are twins, they may do some things that are the same but at the same time different' He looked back to Jane as she shifted Lon and herself then heard her speak about Lon not liking to talk much yet "That, I presume, he takes after me. My mother told me that it took me a while to start talking. She feared that I was not able to talk but was relieved that I eventually started"

He must be taking after you then. I talked from the moment I was out until I was good and ready not to. She smiled a bit and Lon was making faces which made her laugh, Carming son to let me know what you are doing by wrinkling your face like that. She then looked over to David and Jemma seeing him positivly glowing with pride, I didn't think it possible, but I think I'm falling deeper in love with you. Just seeing you with your daughter makes me relized how truly blessed I am to have been guided to you. She then smiles at him lovingly making sure to send him an image of what she seeing in his eyes and face as he holds his daughter.

He chuckled when Jane told him that she started talking from the first moment she came out and hasn't stopped until she was ready too "I presume that girls would be more inclined to start talking at an earlier age then boys. It that is the case, then this little one will be talking in no time" He gave a grin toward Jemma. He was very proud and blessed to have two beautiful children and a beautiful wife that helped them into this world
His heart burst with pride and love when Jane spoke up again I didn't think it possible, but I think I'm falling deeper in love with you. Just seeing you with your daughter makes me realized how truly blessed I am to have been guided to you.
"Anything is possible, Imzadi. We both are truly blessed that we've been guided to each other, then the children were blessed to this union. I know the goddess Imza herself guided you, with her loving hands, into my life to complete it like nothing else could"
He got up from his chair and brought Jemma closer to her mother "Here's mommy" he said to Jemma. Jemma just grinned and he leaned down to kiss Jane softly and lovingly on the lips

She let him kiss her lovingly as he got closer with Jemma and kissed him back. The love she felt for him seamed to overspill into the room in the moment. No one else could complete me like you Imzadi. She looked down at their children Lon was drifting between sleep and awake and Jemma was cooing. Jane reached with her free hand and touched their daughter's cheek which made her roll towards that side and become content to lay in David's arm. They already know the touch of their parents and understand what it means. I just hope you can deal with me being slow at getting around for a few days. That is if there was no instructions for me to rest for a day or two. I don't fully remember the birth because of how emotional it was for me.
