::walks onto the holodeck, first time since being assigned:: Computer, initiate the Physical Fitness Test
Computer> Acknowledged ::the holodeck turns into a green grassy field with a 1/3 mile track going around it and two marines in the distance. One with a stopwatch and one with a clipboard:: Soldier 2> The first event is the Pushup. Marine, get down and assume the proper pushup position
::gets down:: Soldier 2> You have two minutes to complete as many pushups as you can. Begin!
::starts doing pushups as time elapses:: Soldier 2> Marine, you did 65 correctly performed pushups. The next even is the situp. You will have two minutes to complete as many as you can. Get in the proper situp position
::does so:: Soldier 2> Begin!
::does the situp until the time elapses:: Soldier 2> Marine, you did a total of 80 correctly performed situps. You will now do the 3 mile run. Marine, get on the starting line. You will have to complete a total of 9 laps
::gets to the start line:: Soldier 2> Begin!
::Starts running at a reasonable pace, averaging about 2:30 minutes a lap, comes around the last stretch and pushes hard to cross the line::
Soldier 2> Time complete: 22 minutes.
Soldier 1> Marine has met effective standards

Pvt.Nivar enters the holodeck:computer ,start my PT sim would ya?::Cracks his neck by moving it side to side in a circular motion.He sees two Marines.A 2nd Lieutenant,carrying a clip board and a stop watch, and a staff sergeant.He walks over and the SSgt. speaks:Marine,are you ready to begin your physical fitness test?::Places his hands on his waist,looking at Nivar::Yes Staff Sergent I am.::Stands at the yellow line that cuts across the track.::You have 17 minutes to complete the 3 mile run,given your age bracket.Do you have any questions at this time? No SSgt.I do not.::The SSgt. says::Start.::Nivar takes off at a good pace,for him anyway,and is sweating heavily by the time he finishes::Done Ssgt!::The 2nd Lt. clicks the stop watch and writes down Nivars time::15'40..what's your problem Marine,you can't run? I passed didn't I Lt?::The Lt. scowls::That's not what I asked you PRIVATE!:Nivar stiffens to Attention::Sir,Marines don't run Sir,they advance!::The SSgt. grins::That'll do ,now get ready for push ups son..you better do enough for the entire company! Nivar completes the push ups,doing 95 of them in the 2 minute time limit and also completes 78 sit up,again in two minutes. He completes an outstanding 103 pull UPS in his time allotment and receives a word of praise from the Lt::I'll let you stay in my beloved corps for now son..dismissed::Nivar stops the sim and exits,satisfied.

Walking into one of the large building on the training complex, Max head to the Physical Fitness Test.
Max know that this traning is for SFMC and Starfleet personnel and since he was a doctor on a Starfleet ship even if it was a Klingon...Max enter the holodeck.

the computer answer back...
Acknowledged.
With that the computer turns the holodeck into the large out door track at the SFMC Academy back on earth. There is two Marine NCO's waiting for Max once he walks onto the grass. One with a stop watch and the other with a clipboard. The Gunny speak out...

Ok Sir..this is Physical Fitness Test...or as we like to call it PFT. The test consist of three events...pull-up, abdominal crunches, and a 3 mile run. There is a minimun performance to pass...for your age it is...3 pull-up, 45 sit-up, and 29 minutes to run the three miles...so let get to it. Pull-up first....to the pull-bar please.
Max jump up to the bar and get ready...
Start!!!!
Max starts push out as many pull-up as he could..
...15...16...17..18.......that was 18 pull-up...mark that down Sgt. Wilson....Next Sir are the sit-up or as we call them Abdominal crunches...again it will be two mintues ...so get to the sitting position...Sgt Wilson...please take the Doc feet to hold him down...The Gunny sits his stop watch...begin!!
Max starts out like a ball of fire...but as the time go on the fire start to burn out...
80...81....83...84...Time!!!...That's not to bad Sir...84 in two minutes..Sgt. mark it down... Well Sir you have just one more test.. The 3 mile run..I give you a few minutes to get ready.
Max nods to the Gunny as he gets up and loosen up for the run...Max is sure what his score is and at this time he doesn't want too. Afte a few minutes the Gunny calls out.
Doctor...to the starting line. I would say try to keep a good pace and you wil get a good score...don't try to push it..Are you ready?

Begin!!
Max starts of at a med pace and doesn't push it like the Gunny said. After the second miles Max starts tp push it. On his last lap Max pushes it a faster pace...he crosses the line with a time 23:40....Max starts to walks to cool himself down. Once that is done Max walks over to the Two Marines..

Well Doctor..you must keep yourself in great shape...you score 240 and at you age...that 1st Class score. You are now mark in the system. We will be looking forward to see you in six months.
Max is feeling pretty good about himself anfd starts off the field..
