General Announcement As we all are aware it seems our HoD has left simming. I will now step in his place and continue the sim. I have allowed this delayed for the following reasons. 1) I needed to be sure of my decision to remain and to give my all to this sim. I rarely do anything half assed, I'm more of your all or nothing type of personality. 2) I ask for certain things to be done or accomplished on this sim. Nothing that is excessive, time consuming, or invasive in your real lives. 3) I follow the ways that were shown to me by a myriad of resources, and have proven over 15 years to be a formula that has worked on countless sims. And will be explained to you. 4) I am available to you via PM's on this forum, IM's if you catch me on line, emails. I will answer all your questions and concerns ASAP. Let us now forge a way to make this sim happen in a timely, efficient, and informative way.

What do I expect on a forum simulation? The way this type of simulation works is via posting in a central area, namely the forum. Unlike a live sim where the forum works to create interest, involvement, allow for the members of the crew to actively participate within the development of the SL, this is the SIM. There is no better way to say it, or to bring home the concept. As a result, we NEED to post. Without it there is no sim. How much posting is enough. I would suggest no less then one per week for a slow based sim. Many wonder how that can be accomplished IF there is no interaction with their character. My answer to that is easy. Your character is a living, breathing, thinking, feeling simulation of what we know as a Star Trek racial character. Good, bad, indifferent, ugly, perfect etc. That character has thoughts, feelings etc. State them. Let me know what is happening so I can gage the sim to move in a direction that not only captures our storyline but allows for each of us to enjoy this sim. I want you to look forward to the storyline and posting, and I promise to work to that end. I'm going to end here for now and will continue in a day or two. Looking forward to reading your entries. We will be the best there is offer in a UF Klingon based sim.

From the entries I read this appears to be a slow based sim. I can work within that, however beware if I need to quicken the pace I will to do so, via instructions though the action character, email or forum PM's.
About our first SL. This will be one that involves putting the ship and crew though its paces. It allows me to get to know each of you and your abilities, understanding of Klingons, and simming skills. So on this expect anything at anytime. Lets enjoy ourselves and forge a great working relationship.
