This deck is dedicated to marine Training and combat staging. The office of the Marine Commandant and Infantry CO are on this deck.

After leaving her quarters she went to the Marine deck.Looking around she quickly found her small office.It was cluttered with reports that the old ICO would never finish.
Deciding that they could come later she walked out and watched as the infantry trained in hand to hand combat.Waving off the call to attention she looked across at the troops.
Looking closely,"There she thought to herself."A taller muscular male sergeant stood his ego shown in his eyes".You Sergeant pull your blade and attack me."
He smirked lunging using his size and strength to over power her.She stepped to her left pulled her knife and caught him in a choke hold as he was leaning forward.
She let the blade lightly go across his neck bringing a small amount of blood"Never underestimate your opponent no matter their size or by their looks or you will die.Now everyone pair up and lets try this again."
She watched for a second then went back to the reports.Sinopa and how he ended up on the Defiant still in her mind.

She finished up all the reports left by her predecessor.She carefully went over the Defiants encounter with the alien ship and the rather one sided affair.
She would talk to the Captain about her troops readiness and inform him if they could pull things off on there end her troops could board the vessel and gather whatever he wanted.
Standing she knew she had something to do before she did anything else.She called in her second in command for now.She informed the First sergeant to keep training the troops hard.She left the marine deck and entered the TL.

She walked off the TL back on the Infantry deck.She watched for a moment as the NCO's drilled the troops before entering her office and taking a seat.
Her door closed she let out a deep breath.Sinopa's words about how most of the crew were so worried about advancement and power still fresh in her mind.
Turning to the computer she tried to look up the Defiants encounter with the alien ship.She bit her bottom lip in frustration there was little to find that she could access.
In fact she had learned more in the debriefing than she had on the computer.Picking up a PADD she began to write a basic plan if they encountered the ship again.Since she had little to go on she improvised and did her best.
The plan was very simple but had been written in a way that she could modify it as more information came to her.
