Sam had just finished download all the probes data when her com goes off and the Col voices says, "Lt. Doogan I need the name of a valuable mineral starting with TRI.Also be careful but scan the mine area and find the biggest gold vein you can I need a big one.I also need this information as of yesterday."
tapping her Comm badge "I'll start a scan for the gold" she says as she then scans for gold trilithium, trionium, Tritonium, trillium, trillium 323, trisodium and Trianium Sir" Sam reports with out even looking it up
Her scan for Gold goes quick she the reports it to the Col "Their is a large Gold deposit at the southern end of the mine 800 ft deep beneath an Iron deposit"

He listened very carefully to the list put out by LT.Doogan plus she found a large gold deposit in the mining area."Jay go with trilithium since I know its valuable and get those gold coordinates to her now."

Ms. Iverson,
We got some interesting info from the HQ. Large gold vein at southern end of the cave, located under an average iron deposit. Trilithium also in the same location. Anything else? Check into an older civilization revealed one existed, artifacts may or may not exist. Location was at 140 lat, 123 long.

The last part Jay discovered on a personal search of that area. Why she did it was still a mystery to her but she did.

Ralph hears the Sam's report the Allen give the Major the go with the gold and trilithium.
He was about to reply to Allen when the Major stated she sent the message, Yes we do have the best crew in the fleet, and giving Iverson that extra time will come in handy for us, getting Kaine back, thou David is getting anncy he smiles

He exits with Allen and the Major to the bridge Yes Sir he says when Allen said he had the Comm.
He then spotted a new Andorian Lt. when Allen said belay the last order Of Course we walks over to the XO seat and sits down, as the Col talks with the new Andorian

She followed him into his office and stood there in front of him with her hands behind her. Well sir as of late I have given a lot of thought to retiring from the corp. The only problem is the Marine Corps is all I have ever known. So I thought maybe I should try something else. So I was hoping after this mission is done if I could transfer to a different department. I am sure by then I will have an idea what I would like to do. If thats ok with you sir?

Understood sir. one more thing before you go, I am training Lt. Darten to help out once I transfer. He is a bit rough around the edges and some what impetuous but weren't we all at that age? She grins. Well I like to put him up for consideration if I may sir.

Being a new crew member it took her a while to walk the ship and to find her way to the Captain’s office. Next to nothing was given as to how this new to her command officer would be nor as to how he would react to her coming to him rather than his executive officer to report in. Something told her though that he might just like this type of a meeting. Once at the doors to his office she rang the chimes to see if he was present or if she was going to have to wait for his arrival. Placing her hands behind her back she waited.
