Born in Paris Lived just off of Orly Spaceport. Father was a master chef at the Premiere restaurant in Paris "La Petite Marmite"
His father uged a friend to give young Otto lessons in Savate and Muy Thai starting at a young age. He was first taught Judo, for Balance, then as his body matured, he was introduced to the harder Martial arts. Savate, Muy Thai, Tae Kwon Do.
Jr Savate Champion of Paris at age 15. At 17 Won the sector 001 Mixed martial arts grand championship.
Entered the Imperial academy shortly thereafter. Studied Engineering, Warp theory, Weapons design. ALso advanced computer programming. High Mathematical aptitude.
Expertise in demolitions.
Academy Martial arts Champion.
Also recieved advanced Marine hand to hand combat training. Profinciency level: 9.8 (Out of possible 10. Avg score: 8.3)
Stationed at Utopia Planetia shipyard design center.
Later transferred to a Starbase to upgrade systems until "Recruited" by USS Maelstrom.
