Normally, under our customs Jarius Winn, would make this announcement. But the bylaws don't permit him to. And you all know my cousin Jenina Welsynes. She will not, bend any rule she has others comply too, while breaking it for her own purposes.
It is my honor to announce the upcoming Bonding Ceremony of General Jenina Welsynes and Lt Commander Jarius Winn. Both hail from Dalaria, Betazed.
They plan on having the Bonding Ceremony on March 5, in Dalaria, Betazed. May the Four Deities bless them and hold them close.

Continuing with Honors, I'd like to annouce that my wife, U.S.S. Frontier's Csec Lt. JG Delta Fox and I are expecting our first child within the next few weeks and are celebrating our 2 month wedding anniversery on the 28th of Feb.

I would like to announce that my wife, Commodore Charan Taylar, and I had recently found out that we will have a baby boy on the way. He will be born in about less then 5 months from now. His name will be Kenneith Basal Jr. We are happy to hear this news and would love to share this with you. Laren, our daughter, is happy to hear that she will be a big sister soon.

By the traditions of Betazed, it is my place to announce that 1st Lt Zarlena Dorius and I are engaged. I recently found out that we are genetically bonded as children and there will be a Betazoid bonding ceremony in the future which has not been set. Once it is according to Betazoid tradition, I will announce the date.

I would like to announce that my wife, Commodore Charan Taylar, had just gaven birth to our son, Kenneith M. Basal Jr. He weighs at 7 pounds at 12 oz.
Both my wife and son are doing very well.

I would like to announce that my cousin Jenina Weslynes and Jarius Winn were bonded on Betazed. The ceremony was on Saturday, March 5, and was a beautiful one.
I would like to be among the first to welcome my new cousin Jarius Weslynes into our family.

I would like to announce the arrival of our daughter, Stephanie Illiana, who was born on the evening of the 10th to myself and to Captain Keith Fox of the USS Pegasus. All of us are doing well, and she is absoutely precious...though as the mother I might be just a tiny bit biased on that....  |

It is my pleasure to announce the pending wedding of myself to Justin Kinsely; we will wed after the holidays once all our families from both Bajor and Sol can arrive. We gladly invite everyone from United Force to attend the joining services once the date has been set. In place of gifts both Justin and I request that each of you spend the time you would have used searching for gifts for us by attending to the needs those without as much as us. Bajor and Sol are filled with children who love lost one or both parents because of the brutality of war. Find ways to fill their lives with hope and joy and it will be the greatest gift you can give to us.
On a second matter: If you see me sneezing a bit more often, it’s not a cold.
One final issue of concern, my interaction with the Orb has blessed me. You’ll notice a silver streak of hair, it is said that the Prophets mark those they have touched. In time word will arrive to Bajor of this and pilgrims will eventually search out anyone who had direct contact with the prophets, via the orb. It is my intent to maintain my posting at Star Fleet. If they come please treat them with the dignity and respect each is due and I will see each in their course of time. I have no desire to be locked away in a monastery; I wish to keep giving of myself to my friends and ever-growing family here with Star Fleet. The prophets touched me here, and here I shall serve.

It is my honor to announce my Engagement to Ensign Zandile Rey, Helmsman of the USS New York. We are going to have a Terran ceremony, probably in late January. The location is still pending, but we will notify all of you as soon as we figure it out for ourselves. I would just like to let everyone know that all United Forces members are Invited, and we hope to see you there.
