Location: Brig, Detention Cell 1
"Yes I could play with you in the holodeck" he heard her say then quickly amend it, as if she said something she didnt mean"The Games, I mean, we could play" He took a bite of bacon and looked at her, thinking he heard a little uncertainty in her voice. As she drank some orange juice, he wondered if she was feeling the same thing he is feeling. She then went to place her hand on his and he felt the softness and the warmth of her hand, just before feeling what felt like an electric shock travel from her arm to his arm and up into his shoulder. Surprised, he jerked his hand back, involuntarily saying "ouch". He saw that she had pulled her arm back at the same time and just as quickly
Surprise hit him like a ton a bricks, thinking ~oh my god. This cannot be happening. I seem to be in my own romance novel~ This thought in the space of a second. As he glanced at her, he was almost certain that he could see confusion, uncertainty, maybe a little surprise in her eyes and facial expression ~Perhaps Clyde is right, the ice around her heart can be melted~
That was a moment before he saw the coldness return to her eyes, and the wall/shield snap back into place ~Then again, maybe not~ feeling disappointed, he thought ~Just when I think I'm making some progress with a woman, they end pulling back and I'm back to square one. Just my luck~ He inwardly sighed to himself
She broke into his thoughts with "You have no proof you went into the 28 century, without that proof the Commodore can charge you with insubordination, even mutiny"
~No way!~ shot through his mind as his eyes widening as he met her eyes. He thought he could see humor in them but wasn't sure. She could see the fear in his eyes as he tried, hard, to stamp it down
"I am sure he could do that but I can assure you I would never intentionally try and start a mutiny or try and take over the ship. I wouldn't know how to drive one of these ship or would know the first place to go. You gotta believe me, Counselor" He voice laced with fear, his heart felt like it was hammering hard against his chest

She could see the fear in his eyes, his voice was laced with fear as he said "I am sure he could do that but I can assure you I would never intentionally try and start a mutiny or try and take over the ship. I wouldn't know how to drive one of these ship or would know the first place to go. You gotta believe me, Counselor"t
Her eyes went from cold to soft as she reached for his hand she pulled back, thinking of the shock she got last time and her feelings
Her eyes started to go cold again but never made it as she grabs his hands "I believe You Aidan, and I will find away to prove you weren't trying to do that" she says as she kisses his hand she then looks at him with wide eyes "Clyde did you say anything to Clyde?" she asks as she pulls his hand to her chest, her eyes were warm and caring

As he waited for the counselor to respond, he felt like his heart was gonna beat out of chest. He also seen the war within herself, her facial expressions softening then chilling. Confusion mixed with the fear in his eyes
Surprise blind-sided him again as she took his hands and pulled them to her chest, kissing them in the process. Relief and Desire replaced the fear and confusion and he concentrated on the relief, for the moment
"I believe You Aidan, and I will find away to prove you weren't trying to do that" He heard her say, then wide eyed, saying then asking "Clyde! Did you say anything to Clyde"?
"Um." he started, seeing the warmth in her eyes and then looked to his hands that she held them to her chest. He racked his brain, thinking what had happened just before he was knocked out and brought to the Brig "I spoke to him briefly when we were in the turbolift together. I was talking too fast, trying to explain everything but I dont think he understood or believed me. So I tried to go back and tell the captain. That's when I got shot and put in here
His eyes floated down to her chest for a moment, before going back to her face and eyes

She smiles at him and gently squeezes his hands "I got go speak with Clyde maybe he will remember something to help" she says as she stands up calls the guard, then exits

He just nodded as she squeezed his hands and then got up to leave "I got to go speak with Clyde. Maybe He'll remember something" She then spoke to the guard and he let her out
He watched her go, feeling a bit stunned at the turn of events. He just sat there and thought about what happened, not just with him being there in the cell and how he got there but with him and the counselor
His stomach grumbled a few minutes later and he remembered that breakfast was only half eaten. He slowly ate the rest of his breakfast, his thoughts were of Cindy and how he could get himself out of this mess

Having nothing better to do, as he us stuck in the brig for the time being, he just sits and reads and periodically stands and walks around his cell, noting a new guard outside his cell once the first guard shift ends. He tried to introduce himself but the guard just stood there and ignored him
He gives a slight shrug of his shoulder and goes back to sit and read

Several minutes after leaving Clyde's Office she arrived back at the cell, the guard lets her in the table and food is gone she talked with Clyde for almost 2 hrs
Sitting next to Aidan she smiles warmly at him, then thinking your here to help him, not fall for him, she blinks and her look is neutral her smile is gone
"You knew about the nebula before the ship got their" she says with a pause, she can't understand these feeling she built that wall around her heart, this feeling died some back, but here is Aidan who found a crack and has weakened the wall, he revived feelings she thought were dead, She takes a breath. "its not much, but its something to work on" she says

He had just got back into reading when he heard someone come in, more accurately, the door slide open with it's whooshing sound.
The guard let his visitor in, and happily, he saw that it is the Counselor. He smiled at her and saw her beautiful warm smile in return as she sat next to him. Then a moment later, the warmth in her eyes left and she gave him a neutral expression. He toned down his smile a bit as well, thinking ~She's still trying to fight her feelings instead of just going with them. I guess she's been hurt too by other men. Won't men ever learn to treat a woman right?~ he questioned himself mentally. Granted, he wasnt the perfect one on how to treat a woman, but he wouldn't intentionally hurt them
The Counselor broke into his thoughts, saying "You knew about the nebula before the ship got their"
He pondered that a moment, running the comment/question through his mind a couple time. The way she said it, almost sounded like an accusation, but it was more of a factual comment. He nodded his confirmation "Yes, that was before the ship entered the nebula the second time" He paused thinking about that a moment "second time, for me, anyways"
She then said "It's not much, but it's something to work on"
"Hope so.." he muttered, then as an after-thought, he adds "I didnt come here to try and take over a futuristic ship that I know nothing about and get put in the brig to eventually get tried for something I would never think of doing and probably get executed for"
He frowned a bit, looking down at the floor

She listened him then saw him frown and look at the floor as he said "He hope so I didn't come here to try and take over a futuristic ship that I know nothing about and get put in the brig to eventually get tried for something I would never think of doing and probably get executed for"
She places her hand on his leg "I do everything in my power to get you free" she says she rubs his leg and smiles "They don't execute you for that no more" she says, the thought of that scared her, she wasn't sure if it was they use to execute people or Aidan being executed
She looks in eyes and starts to remove her hand from his leg, then looked away

He glanced from the floor to the place on his leg where the counselor put her hand, which was near his knee,and felt her rubbing his leg. He took it as a gesture as to help him feel better. It did, but he also had other thoughts running through his mind as well
"I'll do everything in my power to get you free" as she continued to rub his leg "They don't execute you for that anymore"
He looked at her with a smile, thinking that her rubbing his leg felt good "Thanks, Counselor. They may not execute you for whatever they think I'm trying to do but I am sure they stick you in the brig and throw away the.." He paused, about to say "key" but then he figured that they probably didn't have keys anymore "..pass code" he said after a moment. He wasnt sure which was worse: Being executed or staying in the brig for the rest of your life.
He was about to place his hand on hers when she slowly removed her hand from his leg, as if she realised what she was doing, then look away, looking a bit embarrassed. He smirked a bit, then slid his hand over and patted her leg lightly, giving it a rub, as if saying he didnt mind her hand being on his leg

She smiles at his comment, she then looks down at Aidran rubbing her leg, she liked the feel of him rubbing it, She looks back in his eyes "Don't worry I'll make the Commodore under stand" she softly says

A question formed in his mind as after she stated "Don't worry. I'll make the Commodore understand" Absent-mindedly, he kept his hand on her leg
"How, without clubbing him over the head with a Sledge Hammer?" He said, trying to lighten the mood a bit with some humor. He knew she couldnt do that without her being thrown in the brig too, which wouldn't be too bad since he could share a cell with her. He dismissed that thought imediately

He laughs, hearing her laugh at his comment, replying with "I would not do that. I would sick Clyde on him"
He chuckled again "I wouldn't want Clyde sicked on me.. again" he commented, remembering Clyde having to chase him all over the bridge to catch him "He's faster then he looks"
He glanced down as she put her hand on top of his. he smiled a bit, liking the warm feeling from her hand.. and her leg

"I'll go make up the report shift will be starting soon" she says as she stands up
