A following communication was sent from High Command, to the Dhivael.
The fighter pilot known as Tiffany Wilkerson who was assigned to the Dhivael was found, her fighter was disabled and her air supply was exhausted before we could locate her. The Federation has been notified.

She heard the Leih's order to send out a security team to meet and escort T'vlack back to the oira. Though she did not know if the other officers shared her feelings, she had been glad for the few days respite they had received while en route to their new assignment. That brief time had ended quickly and forcefully. It seemed to her that no sooner had they dealt with one situation, then another followed. She sent the team closest to the transporter. Whoever this officer was, she was accustomed to doing things as she pleased and expected compliance.

The Dhivael is sent a communication from the RSE Ihao Ra'khoi (cold revenge), a D'deridex Class (war bird).
"Dhivael, this is the Ihao Ra'khoi, We are within transporter range and will be transporting her in one minute."

Exactly one minute later the transport began, and in the white lights of the transporter 2 individuals materialized. One was a male, he stepped off the transporter padd first. Once he checked the room he nodded, and the Tal'Shiar officer stepped off.
She was tall even for a Rihannsu, she had an air about her that was undeniable. The appearance was everything you would expect from a Tal'Shair officer. She wore a cloak that cover her pips.
"I assume your Leih is on the oria. I will go there now." Her body guard fall in behind her. To her it troublesome but necessary. She walked swiftly to the TL, once in she turned to face the doors. "Computer oria"
As the TL stops and the door opens she looks out on the bridge. She waits a moment then steps foward onto the oria. __________________________________________
The transporter chief reported to the Lieh that the officer was here and on her way to the oria.

She heard the order to report in, "Leih the diplomatic section is ready.
After hearing the transmission that the new first officer was on his way. She looked into her files, accessing personnel. She had greater access on this, since it was imperative that she knew something about each officer. If she was to act as the liaison between Rihannsu (Romulan) and lloann'mhrahel (Federation) she had to have this information. She read it and then closed the file.
He arrived exactly on time, and reported in immediately. He would have known about the t'Vlack and would want to be on the oria before she got here.
After hearing the the message that Lt Wilkerson died, she removed her name from her active files. She wondered exactly how this came about but knew they would find out if and when it was deemed a need to know. She glanced at the time and checked her sapphire belt sash, showing that she worked primarily with the lloann'mhrahel (Federation). She untied it and then tied it, then fixing it so it was properly placed.
She heard the doors of the TL hiss open, she allowed herself a quick glance. It was the officer she thought it was. She had met her only 3 times. It was when she working on a special project. She didn't know her per say, it was more of a know of. The only time she talked was to the project manager. But during that brief time she came to respect her, for her unique abilities to clearly see and address issues. And she heard talk before coming to the Dhiv, that someone would be assigned to oversee the Rihannsu presence.
She wondered if they knew her rank. As a Khrein, she should have been shown more respect. But then all signs of her rank were hidden. And having worked so closely with the Tal'Shiar she knew it would not be revealed until she was ready, if ever. She remained silent on this, knowing how things were done. But internally wanting to inform the Leih so no mistakes were made.
She returned her full attention to her console.

He continued to stand formally in front of the Leih as she had yet to inform him to relax. He heard the different transmissions and reports that were being ssent ship wide and some to the Oria
One message being that of a fighter pilot, one named Tiffany Wilkerson, a federation pilot assigned to the Dhivael. He had seen her name listed in the crew manifest as he looked through it on the shuttle.
A second transmission came from the hteij'rhe ( transporter room ) alerting the Oria the Tal'shiar agent has trasported over with her body guard and is en route to the Oria
He causally relaxed out of his formal stance in front of his new Leih. He didn't think it would look proper to the Tal'shair agent's eyes to look like he was reporting in just as she arrived or she may get a different idea
He turned slightly and stood to the side of the Leih. He was like that a few moments later when the TL doors hissed open and another officer walked out, followed by a stern looking body guard behind her. He felt his body stiffen back into an AA stance, relizing this must be the Tal'Shair agent

Communiques and reports came in rapidly. Everyone was prepared. She turned toward the doors as she heard them hiss open and watched the Tal'Shiar officer and her bodyguard enter. The agent wore a cloak that hid her insignia but her bearing was unmistakable. This was a person of power. She came immediately to attention.
"Lhhei. (Ma'am) How may I and this ship serve you?"

She didn't answer immediately instead she looked around the oria again. Her eyes rested on Khev just long enough for the command officers to notice. Since, they of course, were at heighten awareness of everything around them. Then she looked at the command officers, sizing them up as it were. As they doing to her no doubt.

Renn, beamed into the transporter room as scheduled. It was not easy finding a ship to meet the Romulan vessel on short notice so it had to be a beam in just below warp speed. He had never done such a thing before so it was odd. He gave the proper salute to the officers in the transporter room. He had practiced it and headed to the br..Oira to report for duty. He had to start thinking as these Rihannsu did if he was going to make this his new home.

She stood and waited for a response. Even a low ranking Tal'Shiar could, if they choose , assume command if a ship was needed. She did not look directly at t'Vlack but appraised her peripherally, noting particularly the extra moment her gaze lingered on Khev.

Zareth watched as the Tal Shiar agent glance around the Oria, her eyes landing on him and t'Takar first then went toward the back of the bridge
He felt how fast t'Takar went to attention to greet the female agent. His eyes then briefly followed where the Agent was looking to
She was looking at another of the Oria's officers. He remembered reading there was also a diplomatic advisor aboard when he looked up the cew compliment for the Dhivael and it appeared that's who held the agent's attention for the time being. He thought this was a bit interesting. Perhaps the two knew each other?
His eyes went back to the Tal Shiar agent, waiting for her to speak

She stepped forward closing the gap ever so slightly. "Perhaps we should move to your office."

She nodded and stepped aside, giving t'Vlack and her guard clearance to walk in front of her. She knew that he would want to check the office first. Once they had passed, she nodded also to Zareth and indicated that he should accompany her.

He caught the nod from t'Takar and waited for his Commander to follow the Tal'Shiar agent and her guard into the Commander's office before following them all inside himself, curious as to what the Tal'Shiar wanted to say but held a neutral, if not cool, expression

Once they entered she sat in one of the chairs and got right to the point. "I suppose your wondering why I'm here. I've come for several reasons. The first be assured I will not and I am not here to remove your command. Instead I am here simply as you were. Assigned, I have been placed as the Alliance Fleet ah the Federation would say Fleet captain, but we know I am not a captain." she laughs softly. "for our ships only." Her eyebrow raised slightly, "You will be answering directly to me. I am here to insure that this alliance does not fail." It is here her body guard removes her cloak and her rank insignia is seen as Khrein. She nodded to her body guard. "We are more then confident you are skilled enough to achieve this. But in light of the recent unrest by fractions within both the Federation, Klingon, and our Empire it was felt necessary. This way if needed the response can be swift" It is here she stopped to allow both to absorb what was said. OOC: Khrein (General) In reality, Generals have more authority than the senate, and do not need to inform it of anything unless they so choose. They Command fleets, formulate plots, organize the structure and goals of the order as a whole, and serve high posts in the Political structure of the republic. If anyone is lucky enough to ever meet one of them, they wouldn't even be aware of it-- Khrein are so secretive (aside from those in public spot light) that only the upper ranking of the Tal'Shiar and the government know who they are quote is from and special thanks to : www.pfrpg.org/RH/TALSHIAR.HTM
