U.S.S. Pegasus NX-50000 Evaluation Report and Counseling Record
Action- Drop Ship Exercise. Delivery of Medical Supplies to the 312th Marine Group.
List of Participating Officers
Major Andrew Shackleford, Executive Officer
1st Lieutenant Kiele Christienne, Counselor
Ist Lieutenant Ranadhira, Marine Commanding Officer
Lieutenant Ethan Thames, Chief Engineer
2nd Lieutenant Janice Blackwell, Medical Technician
Report:
As drill team leader, Major Shackleford consistently exhibited an understanding of the required technical knowledge and practical ability necessary for the successful completion of the simulated mission. Conduct and professionalism rated as excellent.
Lt.Thames, though at first unwilling to assume a more active role than that of technical observer, did well overall, completing assigned tasks as directed.
Lt.Ranadhira was sent in this case to observe rather than direct the Marines involved in the exercise. His report should be considered more conclusive regarding the performance of his personnel.
Lt.Blackwell, assisted in off loading supplies and also took the initiative in insuring other personnel's safely and comfort. No injuries were sustained during this exercise and I can not further evaluate her technical performance.
