The transfer to the new Pegasus has been completed. And while it was smooth there was still the incident to mar the event.
The body has been transfered to sickbay. I want to keep this in house for now. Hopefully the new CMO and Lt Kiele Christine who's stepped in our regular Science officers place while he has business to attend to on his home world.
I have a suspicion but until I have some facts and speak with Major Shacklefored I'll keep this suspicion under wraps. With the second death its becoming harder and harder to do this.

With the resolution of the "event" we've left the station. The ship experienced no difficulty in leaving and minor glitches were reported to be fixed asap.
We are now at the testing site for the shakedown. I know the ship will do well. She has to with the crew we have it couldn't go any other way.

The shakedown has started and the first exercise was testing the transwarp drive. She preformed well although it was reported that a few crew members had to report to sickbay due to the speed we were traveling at.
Transwarp is exciting but I will not order its use unless its really necessary. I see no reason for a speed that high, even on the old Pegasus I used it only a few times.
I look forward to the rest of the test and the Ceng's report on how the transwarp engines did.
