He walked with Winter out of sickbay not looking back to see what would become of Thames. He was a capable officer and would get his work done on time despite Andy. He focused his attention on this mate. He so wanted to marry her by human standards but yet again the circumstances didnt' work in his favor. He could understand her being cross with him. He had missed her too. They made it to his officer.

Waking up on a bed that wasn't his nest, the feeling of air underneath him making him even more disoriented, and the too quiet atmosphere of the sick bay compounding his befuddlement, he raises his head and looks around.
Seeing the sterile, pristine room, he's finally able to place where he is.
"Great, just what I need. What did I do THIS time to deserve this?" he asks to the room at large as he attempts to get up.
Painfully stiff muscles protest the movement, and an even larger area of complaining nerves and muscles make him stifle a groan as he manages to swing his feet off the table and attempt to make it to a true sitting position. Instead, he topples to the floor.
"This will never do."

Bri sat down in the Sick Bay lab, located directly behind her office, working on sorting out a mystery that she could not yet find a solution for.
It has been a couple of months since an officer was brought in dead. All previous medical reports on the relatively young officer indicated he was in perfect health. This mystery had gnawed at her ever since, and she is sure she's exhausted all other possible explanations.
"This man wasn't who he appeared to be..." she kept thinking to herself, as nothing else could've explained what she found.
She then presses her com badge.
"Jazra to the captain. At your leisure, can you please come down to Sick Bay? I think I've finally solved a puzzle about that death with suspicious circumstances."
