(( On Vulcan ))
T'Lar walked down the path towards the Temple of Amonak. She had meet up with Sortak before arriving in the Temple of Amonak. They would look at each other before they spoke.
T'Lar: Sortak, it is I.
Sortak: T'Lar, parted from me and never parted. Never and always touching and touched. We meet at the appointed place.
T'Lar: Sortak, parted from me and never parted. Never and always touching and touched. I await you.
Sortak walks to the center of the place of kun-ut kali-fi and rings the ceremonial gong once to show his arrival. After a pause, he rings it a second time to signal his readiness for the ceremony to commence. The marriage party of both Sortak and T'Lar now enters into the temple, lead by the matriarch, T'Rel, of the male's clan. Both of their families had arrived along with the matriarch. Whom they both had chosen to come to the ritual.
After the marriage party has arrived and all have taken their places, Sortak and T'Rel give each other the ritual hand greeting and place each other's fingers on their face for a brief mind meld to confirm the Pon'Far had arrived. T'Rel would look over at Sortak's friends that were present there and speak up towards them.
T'Rel: "What you are about to see comes down from the time of the Beginning. This is the Vulcan heart, this is the Vulcan soul -- this is our way." She pauses for a moment. "Kali farr! (Time for challenge!)."
After a reasonable pause and having received no challenge, Sortak rings the ceremonial gong a third time to signal the marriage ceremony is to begin. T'Lar and Sortak will now come forward and they will enter into a mind meld with T'Rel, the matriarch. She will complete the marriage bond and initiate the bonding fever in both.
((Some time had passed and they were already at their house on Vulcan.))
T'Lar pulled the covers back as she stepped out of the bed and looked over at Sortak, who was still sleeping in bed, as she placed a robe around her. She looked over to where the bathroom was and proceeded her way into the bathroom. She slide the robe off and placed it on a hook as she turned the water on in the shower. Once the water had gotten at a certain temperature, she stepped under the shower head and continued to take a shower. After a few moments, she would be through taking a shower, turned the water off, and take a towel to dry off.
T'Lar walked out of the bathroom and into the bedroom, towards where her uniform was laid out at. Their things were already packed away from the night before so that they would not have to do any packing. She picked up her Starfleet Uniform and begun to get dressed into it.
The sound of the water running had woke Sortak up from his sleep. He sat up, pulled the sheets back and stepped out of the bed. He looked over to see T'Lar, already standing in her Starfleet Uniform. He had came to the conclusion that it was time for him to get ready as well. Sortak had already agreed to come along with her on board USS Aryes. He knew that it was illogical for her to leave Starfleet at the time being when they most needed her. It would be unfair of him to ask or demand her to stay on Vulcan. Plus, he may able to give a hand on Aryes now and then, if it is called for.
Sortak: "T'Lar, when do you have to report to duty?"
T'Lar: "Within an hour, Sortak. I can have our belongings transported up before we have to board the Aryes."
Sortak gave a nod towards her as he walked over to where his clothing have been laid out at. He himself would get dressed as T'Lar tapped on her badge and had the Aryes Transporter Chief to transport their belongings to their quarters.
T'Lar watched their belongs transported out of their room and into their quarters on the Aryes. It was only a brief moment when the transport was complete. She looked over at Sortak, now already dressed and ready to be transported onto Aryes.
Sortak looked over at T'Lar once he was already through getting dressed. He walked over beside her and held out his hand to her to hold her hand.
T'Lar took his hand and held it as she tapped on her badge.
T'Lar: "Transporter Chief, two to beam up."
They both would hear the Transporter Chief confirming the order and would proceed to transport them onto the Aryes. T'Lar and Sortak would materialize onto the Transporter Padd.
T'Lar and Sortak stepped off of the PADD and proceeded out of the Transporter Room. They proceeded down the corridor and into the Turbo Lift.
T'Lar: "Deck 2."
As the Turbo Lift ascends towards Deck 2, she turned to look at Sortak.
T'Lar: "Our quarters would be on Deck 2, close to the Captain's quarters."
Sortak: "Of course. I took the liberty to read the layouts of the ship and to know where are quarters would be at. I presume that your Captain wishes to see you on an upcoming mission."
T'Lar: "Yes, she would want to go over some information before heading towards the Delta Quadrant. But that is not until 45 minutes. There is still much for us to do on the ship before my shift begins."
Sortak: "I do not want to wish to keep you from being late, but you are right. We should take this time together before your shift beings."
Moments later, the Turbo Lift would stop and they both walked down the corridor. Making their way into their quarters. It would be 30 minutes before T'Lar would come back out of their quarters. Fixing her uniform top before she proceeded to the Captain's Read Room.
Sotark would still be in their quarters, taking the time to mediate.

Darius overjoyed to hear the good news sends a message back to Jenina :
to Field Marshel Jenina Weslynes :
I think your right i've been away for far to long working hard long hours, perhaps i'll have to put in for a little leave after all. Perhaps we can bribe enough time in our schedules to go home for a bit. I'm sure we could find ...something to do while we are away

Shaun> Computer time?
Computer> 04:30.
:: Sighs and thinks to himself still a long time till my shift starts, and gets out of bed and heads for the shower, five minutes later he get out and put on his uniform and is out the door wondering the corridors. He gets to the hanger bay and decides to go up to the observation deck, above the hanger bay and finds a seat then just watches the Delta shift do routine maintenance on shuttles and starfighters. killing time till he is due on the bridge. ::

::Walking in to his quarters for the first time, he stops still in the door, looking over the accomodations. The real, actual bed, not a pile of rags over some loose scree; the personal space, set aside for just his use; the furnishings, and the wonderful empty, begging book shelves. All of it, just for him.
::Finally convincing himself that neither the Romulan government, nor the Reman Under Ground Governments had managed to end his life prematurely, he steps in tentatively. Still waiting on someone to come out to the fore, and demand he leave.
::The few belongings he had from his old ship, make a pitiful pile in the center of the room.::
I wonder if they truely intend for me to use this much space, or if I will share? ::Cowl raises slightly:: Computer, lower room illumination to 3 candels.
**Comply **
::The room darkens to almost pitch, and he sighs with relief, taking off his robe and glasses, placing them on the top of the dresser.::
Computer: Set room atmosphere to Reman surface camp conditions. ::The room begins to gain humidity, and the air gains an acrid, sulphuras smell as the sulphites, sulphates, and Nitritates are introduced to the room environment.::
::Smiling a little for the first time in quite a while, he starts putting his things away. Being a scientist, he is meticulus in his placements, and ensuring everything is where it belongs. Finishing quickly, he moves over infront of the mirror, and stands there looking at himself in wonderment at the change his life has just taken.::

::Arriving from the harrowing trip with Darius from the Pegasus, he walks into his quarters, reveling in the darkness and air quality. Smiling he gladly sheds the extra layers of protective clothing down to his issue uniform, and looks around, placing his glasses and robe on the dresser, then settling him self comfortably into a chair.::
Computerrr, begin rrrecorrrding.
Assss I have finalllly finisssed rrreading sssuch materrriealllsss asss I have found interrresssting todate, I have decided to ssstarrrt rrrecorrrding my hissstorrry with Ssstarrr Fllleet. Though I woulllld lllike to ssstarrt jussst a few weeksss ago, I feellll I need to intrrroduce my sssellllf to thossse who woulllld alllssso folllow my foot ssstepsss.
I wasss not borrrn frrree, asss defined by otherrr sssentient rrracesss, but I wasss frrrree asss dessscrrribed by Rrrremansss. Borrrn into a lllloving famillly, what lllittllle I can rrrecalll of them, and alllowed to rrroam wherrre everrr I plllleasssed.
Ourrr overrrssseerrrs, the Rrromulllansss callled my home Mining Camp One. I cannot sssay it wasss the firrrssst camp everrr essstablllissshed upon Rrremusss, norrr can I sssay it wasss the clllosssesst to the sssurface, but it ssservesss asss a point of rrreferrrence to wherrre I ssstarrrted lllife.
I wasss an inquisssitive chilllld, and ssso wasss sssellllected at an earrrllly age for ssscholllassstic trrrraining by the Rrrromulllan goverrrnment. I wasss taken away frrrom my home, my famillly, everrryone I knew, and plllaced into a sssterrrile ssscholllassstic envirrronment frrrrom which I wasss inforrrmed I woullll lllleave when I ssshowed prrroficiency in my asssigned courrrssse worrrk.
I found new companionssship, even though we werrre being conditioned to sssolllitude, even herrre in my clllassssssmatesss who werrre allllssso technicalll orphansss. The cllllasss wasss cullled everrry yearrr asss ssstudentsss werrre unabllle to keep pace with the materrriallls prrrrovided. We werrre given sssciencesss, enough arrrrithmatic and rrrreading to alllow usss to comprehend the sssciecess, and enough hissstorrry to apprrrreciate the advancement thossse ssssciencess had taken.
By the time I wasss counted twelllve, my clllasssss had dwindlllled to sssix otherrrsss, and ourrr advanced ssstudiesss began. Depending on ourrr aptitudessss, we werrre asssigned ssspecialllizzzed courrrssse worrrk frrrom the availllablllle materrriallls. I had ssshown aptitude in theorrreticalll weaponsss desssign and ssship desssign. Thusss, I wasss asssigned to the Navallll ssspecialllizzzed courrrsssesss. I wasss alllone in my ssstudiess at thiss point, and crrraved contact with anyone, dessspite my conditioning to date forrrr ssssolllitude.
Thisss isss wherrre my lllife began itsss downwarrrrd ssssllllide into perrrrmanent darrrknesss. I wasss contacted by the Rrreman Underrrgrrrround Goverrrnment rrregarrrding contact to my famillly. At lllleassst wrrritten contact of a sssorrrt. Not knowing what I wassss agrrreeing to, I accepted the offerrrr. When I rrrecieved my firrrssst lllletterrr I wassss ssshocked to lllearrrn my famillly had been tollld I had died the day I wasss taken, and that they had been trrreating me asss if I werrre a ghossst. My lllletterrr had been asss much a sssuprrrissse to them asss the knowlllledge of my death wasss to me. Sssadllly, though thisss new contact did llllittllle to eassse my mind rrregarrrding them. Forrr wherrre I had lllived in igmorrrance prrriorrr to my ssscholllasssticss, I now wissshed to sssharrre my aquirrred llllove of lllearning with them, but they werrre not interrrresssted. They onllly wissshed me to rrreturrrn any way I coulllld, and fit my ssselllf back into the moullld of a rrrote taught drrrone in the minesss. I rrrealllizzzed I had out grrrown my own famillly. And becaussse I wasss dead to them forrr ssso lllong, they coulllld not carrre forrr me the sssame way I rrrrememberrr being carrred forrr beforrrre my ssschoolllling had ssstarrrted. I coulllld not rrreturrn, but I alllso coullld not ellliminate the crrraving eitherrr, ssso I alllowed a sssmalll trrricklllle of contact to rrremain, harrrming morrre than helllping eitherrr sssside. But I coullld not give that llllittllle glllimpsss of theirrr llllife up.
Becaussse of the pain of that contact, I turrrned morrre and morrre to my ssscholllassstic ssstudiesss excelllllling in alll my cllllllassssesss, and ssssoon grrraduated. I belllieve it wasss one of the ssshorrrtessst rrrecorrrded ssstintsss in the advanced courrrsssesss.
Upon grrraduation, the Rrreman Goverrrnment once morrre contacted me, thisss time to inforrrme me that I woulllld worrrk to sssuit theirrr purrrposssesss, or the inforrrmation rrregarrrding my contact with my famillly woullld be rrrevealllled, thusss being my death, asss I had broken orrr rrresssisssted the conditioning to sssolllitude. To sssurvive I agrrreeed, and turrrned to my new dutiesss.
I wasss asssssigned a worrrking lllab, and given the toollls I woullld need to develllop prrrototypesss forrr new ssship desssignesss and new weaponsss sssyssstemsss, but no assssisstantsss to aid in the develllopment. I sssoon became accussstomed to the sssolllitude, negllllecting my contact with my famillly, asss I wasss involllved rrratherrr deepllly in devellloping a new hullllll desssign. Alllso asss an outgrrrowth to thisss a new weapon asss wellll.
When I inforrrmed the Rrromullan goverrrnment afterrr no morrre than a yearrrr about my advancement of the prrrototypesss to a ssstage wherrre I needed to sssee them in fact asss welll asss theorrry, they denied any extrrra funding, becaussse they werrre not interrresssted in the hullll. Onlllly in the weapon. Howeverrr, the Rrreman Goverrrnment wasss interrressssted in the hulllll asss wellll, ssso prrrovided sssome sssubtllle funding, which I usssed to builllld a worrrking modelll of the hulll materrrialll, and lab tessst the weapon upon. Both showed extrrreme prromisse in the lab tessstsss, and when I asssked for a tesst bed plllatforrrm, the Rrromulllan goverrrnment prrrovided and olllld frrreighterrr barrrely abllle to sussstain itsss own interrrnallll powerrr needssss. The Rrremansss prrrovided technicalll ssschematicsss of the ssship, but rrrefusssed to prrrovide any additionalll funding unlesss the plllatforrrm sssuccedded thrrrough the tesssting phassse.
I had to asssk forrr and rrrecieve ssspecialll dissspensssation to lllearrrn enough navigation, assstrogation, and ssship maintenance to move the plllatforrrm to a nearby sssyssstem to tessst the weapon. It wasss given, but I wasss to be essscorrrted by Rrrromulllan heavy crrruisssersss which woulllld rrremain nearrr by to ensssurrre I did not sssucceed in my tessstsss, then turrrn upon my beniffficiarrriesss. Neverrr woullld thisss have crrrosssssed my mind until they mentioned it. Howeverrr, the weapon faillled durring the tesst, eitherrr thrrrough lack of powerrr, or lack of tarrrgetabllle masss.
In eitherrr cassse, when I rrreporrrted the failllure to the Rrromulllansss I wasss inforrrmed of my banissshment frrrrom the worrrking lllabsss I needed accesss to in orrrderrr to underrrssstand why the fullll scallle modelll tesssstsss faillle overrr the sssuccesssssfulll bench ssscallle modelll tessstss. The Rrremans inforrrmed me that sssince the tessstsss faillled I woulllld have to rrrrepay alll the funding forrr my prrroject they had prrrovided to date. Again, and impossssiblllle tasssk.
Being inforrrmed that if I did not rrrepay the Rrremansss, the trrrruth rrregarrrding my contact with my famillly woulllld be rrreveallled, and being inforrrmed that I wassss expected to expllllain the failllurrre of thisss ssseriesss of tessstss without the toollls I woullld need, or be executed forrr my failllurrre, I had no option but to fllllee.
With the ssschematicsss I had been prrrovided with, I managed to make the ssship achieve warrrp thrrree, and essscaped with a prrrice on my head. With no fundsss to furrrtherrr my rrresearrrch, no chance to rrreturrrn to the minesss, and blllend with the lllocalll populllation, I wasss forrrced to lllearrrn a new trrrade. With the frrreighterrr tessst bed, I wasss abllle to turrrn my hand to frrreight haullling, but I wass not abllle to choosse which frrreight I carrrrried, due to my prrroximity to the Rrromullan Empirrre.
I worrrked my way away frrrom that arrrea, not carrring wherrre I went, sssso llllong asss it wasss away, I became known asss a frrreighterrr often carrrrrying contrrraband, and willlling to carrrry any carrrgo. Thuss, without a crrrew, I wasss forrrced to accept any frrreight which wasss going in my generrralll dirrrrection, but I allllso became a tarrrget forrr any pirrrrate or Blllackmarrrketerrr in the arrrea. Afterrr ssseverrrallll yearrrs of llllooking overrr my ssshoulllderrr, and attempting to keep my ssship, my lively hood in one piece, and operrrabllle, I wasss fianllly ssstrrranded on SB 234 in a ssship that woullld not make anotherrr jump. Ssshe had rupturrred herrr warrp core, and I coulllld not maintain the fiellld any lllongerrr.
Though that wasss the bessst that had happened to me in quite sssome time. Wanting to rrreturrrn to my orrrigonalll interrressst, I appllllied asss a sssscientissst to the SB, but wassss denied. Howeverrr, the Arrreyesss, hearrring of my backgrrrround, sssought me out, and enlllisssted me asss theirrr Chief Sssscience Officerrrr.
Thusss, I have obtained sssome new rrressspect, though I am not sssure what all the dutiesss arrre in my new prrrofesssion, I am content to llllearrrn. They have alllowed me unlllimited access to theirrr incrrrediblle lllibrary base, and I have a worrrking llllab alll to my ssselllf with a knowlllegablllle ssstaff to aid me in any projectsss I wisssh to purrrsue.
I alllssso have accesss to alll the incoming ssscansss Iwish to tap.
Frrrom llllimited knowlllledge to thisss. It isss amazing.
End llllog.

Once more returning from his extra duties on the Frontier, he gratefully enters the darkness of his quarters, not yet removing his protetive layers, instead pulling up the ship's schematics and mentallly running the systems to ensuret hey were working properly.
Only then did he take off his shades, robe, and cowl. Leaving them near at hand, he settles into a chair thinking of the adventures he has been having.
Beginning to speak, he rambles some in Reman before deciding he had better record this thoughts. Not because he will forget, but because he knows it is always best for a scientist to have a trail recorded of their knowledge.

He had left ten forward after an educating five hours, and enters his quarters for the first time since arrival and assignment. Looking around again, he picks up a PADD, which had most of his work recorded on it.
Bending his knees and hips exactly to the correct angle, he sits crisply two milimeters off the chair, and brings up his studies regarding the humanoid interactions. Once the data was displayed, he began adding to, and modifying his entries, attempting to find a method which would let him seem more human.
Though he had an emotion chip, he had not yet activated it on this ship, as he was still running probabilities for his acceptance both with and with out the chip.

She walked out then headed to Ten Forward.

He entered the ship from the Runabout he had just left.Asking around he found the quarter master and got his uniform and where his quarters were.
Carefully he placed his Claymore with the family crest on its pommel on the wall.
He took his other belongings and hung them up and placed them where wanted or needed. Finally he took a shower put on some civilian clothes and walked to Ten Forward.
